He did his best to give us the most discount possible at the cost of sacrificing his own commission he provided great intel on the products we were interested in and we left feeling so greatful, we had to leave a review. They helped me find the right one for me, but it was slightly out of my budget for what I had on the day. They very kindly dropped it down just a little bit so I could afford it. Above and beyond service. They obviously care about their customers and I'm looking forward to come in this week and buy a whole new bunch of parts for my new build. Highly recommend!

TheyCallMeCoach: They fixed a issue that I had from another store even though I never used the product it was kinda annoying how u only get 14 days even if brand new and it was faulty. But don't pay for the warranty under 500 dollar items pretty much a scam it only is valid after the companies 2 year warranties so you cannot replace and it could take weeks or months to get your product back if a company warranty.

I should've taken this young guy's name, and said to him ' do you remember me from last year'? Which he did, due to my email address, he helped me immensely with my phone, wiping off what was needed! We have bought so many products at this place over the years including mattresses, refrigerators, washing machine, oven, i.e all of our kitchen appliances and accessories and electronics. Today I noticed they have lovely bedding and throw rugs too. Without fail, we get great service and there are always staff there to help. They know their products intimately and seem happy to be there. No hard selling just good honest, friendly service.
