Such a great little restaurant, the staff are so lovely and have remembered us going back a few times now! The arepa are delicious, the tovar with the slow cooked steak and plantain is a favourite!
They’ve finally reopened, after a period of being closed. It is the only place in Adelaide where I will say that the best Arepa is to be found. The small eats, such as the guava compote filled Pastelitos was quite yum. Great to have them open again, and they’re so close to where I live. Will certainly be back.
Great, traditional food. Order lots of different things to experience as much as possible! We had Patacons, Empanadas, several Arepas and nachos. The house lemonade is delicious and helps cut through some of the heavy flavours.

Sarah Charles: I wish I could put more than 5 stars. Along with my two friends we tried easily a dozen things off of the menu and we were so impressed with every single thing. This was some of the best food I've ever had and the service was great. The chairs were a little hard but the atmosphere was great. I can't recommend Candela enough and I will definitely be back.

The food is quite rich and diverse, and the color is beautiful, which makes people feel good and appetizing. It has vegetarian food, seafood and steaks, which are very healthy, and the desserts and drinks are also It is even more delicious and delicious. Both entrees were full of fillings and flavour. Of course, the paellas here are also very good.I keep coming back to Cumbia because of all these good food, drinks and people who work there.
Roaming Bush Barbie: Perfect breakfast and great service 😄 I had the prawn pancake 🤤 and son had bacon and eggs. The coffee was too sublime. Only issue, I regret sitting outside as there were construction works across the road and it was quite noisy but her not the cafes fault. They had the heaters on which was received with great enthusiasm. I will be back for more
Bernadette Mc Namara: A cold wintry Friday...lets do lunch! But where to go? Didnt want what has become boring pub food...and found CUMBIA! We were welcomed and seated warmly..under the heater in the garden area. Our waitress Alexandra was patient as we perused the menu.with so many delicious meals it was decided a paella and some garlic prawns accompanied by arepa...the dishes came out hot, aroma loaded and extremely tasty! OMG too many choices...really need to head back to try something new! The food was superb..a smokey paella...the garic prawns were plentiful moist and garlicky tasty and the arepa was a surprise to our taste buds yummy to say the least. Oh did I mention the margaritas??? Perfectly suited to our food. A very pleasant encounter all round! Ee will be back!

I said to my wife We won't need the red light there's no such thing as to much food. I was wrong We uesd the red light a fare bit. I'm calling it a food party the sides came out and all of them are so tasty and would be the best potato salad I have ever had. Then the meat started to come out and wow I love bbq meat and this is next level so so so much meat then after the first round you. CAn just keep asking for what you liked.We haven't seen the price before hand and once they said that side was unlimited and all the meat we thought easy over $100 each looked on line and was shocked how cheap it was. 10 out of 10 for everything at this place food,service, vibe, all staff are professional and friendly shout out to Leo who served us the most. Foodie Files Melbourne: We visited Africola for dinner which is probably the coolest restaurant in South Australia and really reminded me of some of the fun eateries in London, turns out the owner is from the UK and has settled in Adelaide, lucky for us he’s brought an immaculately styled venue with a killer atmosphere.Food wise my favourite was the peri peri chicken and the yummy carrot side. The chicken skin sandwich is kind of a signature but I wasn’t a huge fan. If you can book into the open kitchen seating that would be a really cool experience also.

All the food was incredibly tasty and well thought out with interesting flavours but still using familiar ingredients. We had a work function booked for 16 people and she had it organised to the tee. Even on the night we had a gluten free person that she was not aware of, in a matter of seconds she sorted it out. I can not recommend Sosta enough. If I could them a 100 stars I would. Added bonus , The food was out of this world so was the service. Thank you Anna, for making this so stress free for me. David Parlavecchio: was overcooked, but you could feel it was a good cut and of good quality.My partner's gnocchi were also good.It is located in the center of Adelaide so it is easy to reach by public transport, but difficult to find parking nearby.Vegetarian options: There are various choices for vegetarian dishes, pasta, salads and various vegetables.
Mark Roman: . The dish is described as being between 400-500g and cooked to my liking. I wish I'd taken a photo now because the meat was definitely on the lower end of the weight scale, and I reckon it'd be hard pressed to even be 400g. In addition it was overcooked, but that wasn't a major drama. Not as tender as it's been in the past, but tasty. Parlamento is always busy, so it's not like they were dealing with an extra large group that strained the kitchen resources, but I was a tad disappointed in the meat dish, especially, given it's now $52 which had a decent increase from the previous visit. I could have bought this same steak from a local pub for $35, so at $52, it should be without question. The lamb loin chops and pasta dished served to my companions were to the usual standard.Wheelchair accessibility: Given the smallish nature of the restaurant, arriving in a wheelchair without advance notice is not advised. In addition, there's not a lot of room between tables.
MK: We dined at Parlamento twice while in Adelaide last May. The first time our experience was so special and delicious we went back the next evening. Food and service were excellent. Rafael and the team made us feel like we were VIPs. Then on the morning we were flying home we were looking for a good coffee and we’re so happy to see Parlamento was open just for a coffee! Silvano Porcaro: Visited Adelaide this week after a long absence. I had been to Parlamento on previous visits and was always impressed with the food and service. I went for dinner on Tuesday evening and ordered the spaghetti marinara and a mixed spirit to drink.The order was promptly placed and the drink quickly arrived with a basket containing bread and butter. The butter was at room temperature so easily spreadable.I had some friendly discussion with Ralph, one of the owners of Parlamento whilst waiting for the marinara. It didn't take long for it to arrive and the aroma was simply mouth watering! The dish was spectacular - spaghetti perfectly 'al dente' and an abundance of fresh mixed seafood. A beautiful rose coloued sauce brought it all together. Fiona Wallace: What a find! I am not an Adelaide local, but I own a French business, so when travelling to new cities I like to enjoy a French meal where possible. I had already eaten dinner unfortunately, so I just popped in for desert and a glass of wine.The manager gave me a warm welcome and seated me at the bar. I had the parfait, which was delicious and a lovely glass of red. I will definitely be back, it’s a lovely peaceful, professional environment, with the smoothness that only a well oiled team can bring seamlessly.Music and lighting were just right for a date night, I look forward to returning for the whole dining experience.
Liza Lam: The food here is delicious. Every dish we tried was flavourful and we enjoyed so much. The only thing that was not to our liking was the bread we ordered from the sides. The bread was too soft and it should be toasted to get the crunchy sides. Overall, it's a cosy restaurant and will definitely come back to try other dishes on their menu.

The peppercorn sauce was to die for, quite a kick not like your usual creamy pepper sauce. Chips were hand cut and crispy 11/10.Greens: big bowl of green beans with roasted capers. Not what I expected however really flavourful and capers added a nice touch.
