Bibi Hagan: The service was amazing the food was perfect and the cocktails were very tasty.I will be returning.

Robyn Donaldson: Found this gem by accident whilst exploring the alley on a recent trip to Adelaide.I honestly do not know what to rate higher. The food, atmosphere and service were absolutely first class.

Lynda Bae: My aunty has IBS so was a bit selective with food. However with the help of friendly staff and chef, they were very accommodating to her needs. We were happy to pay extra for all the dishes we were being particular about but they took it off the bill. My aunty was super impressed with the customer service and gave $20 tip.Overall great vibes, great food and exceptional customer service!

Dan: .

Jodie Thiele: Amazing food.Friendly staff

Joseph Beet:

Tara Hearse:

Gregg Qld:

Dick & Gina Galvin:

Scott Frith:

Megan Thompson:

Although the food in this restaurant is Latin American cuisine, it is actually more in line with Spanish cuisine. The food is quite rich and diverse, and the color is beautiful, which makes people feel good and appetizing. It has vegetarian food, seafood and steaks, which are very healthy, and the desserts and drinks are also It is even more delicious and delicious. Even if it is cold when taken out, it is still delicious. It can also be easily reheated in the oven or microwave. It is a wonderful store that I highly recommend.

Frances Gumapac: Always a good experience with the food and service. Our waiter recommended a few cocktails to try and I was not disappointed. The pisco sour tasted a little sweet, a little sour, and was beautifully presented. The coxinhas and empanadas came out fast and freshly hot. Not greasy. Both entrees were full of fillings and flavour. Of course, the paellas here are also very good.I keep coming back to Cumbia because of all these good food, drinks and people who work there.

Roaming Bush Barbie: Perfect breakfast and great service 😄 I had the prawn pancake 🤤 and son had bacon and eggs. The coffee was too sublime. Only issue, I regret sitting outside as there were construction works across the road and it was quite noisy but her not the cafes fault. They had the heaters on which was received with great enthusiasm. I will be back for more

Bernadette Mc Namara: A cold wintry Friday...lets do lunch! But where to go? Didnt want what has become boring pub food...and found CUMBIA! We were welcomed and seated warmly..under the heater in the garden area. Our waitress Alexandra was patient as we perused the menu.with so many delicious meals it was decided a paella and some garlic prawns accompanied by arepa...the dishes came out hot, aroma loaded and extremely tasty! OMG too many choices...really need to head back to try something new! The food was superb..a smokey paella...the garic prawns were plentiful moist and garlicky tasty and the arepa was a surprise to our taste buds yummy to say the least. Oh did I mention the margaritas??? Perfectly suited to our food. A very pleasant encounter all round! Ee will be back!

Madeline Paul: Had the most wonderful night for my husband's birthday at Zak's!! We had the flatbread, tuna cutlets, prawn and chorizo, peri peri chicken, potatoes, brownie and eaton mess. Can not fault any of it, every thing they put on the table was absolutely delicious! 😋As they have a smaller kitchen, it seems they can only make a few different dishes at a time, so for larger parties maybe might be best to choose 3 or 4 dishes and order several of each? We absolutely did not mind in the slightest about the wait, the time in between dishes was completely reasonable and it gave us just enough time for the last dish to settle properly before digging into the next delicious course.Relatively simple food, cooked perfectly Thank you so much for the lovely night, we will certainly be back soon!

Chris Gordon: or even a coffee

Jeff Craigie: Nice atmosphere and lovely food

brooke wakefield: New favourite restaurant! Wonderful dining experience & food was incredible! Thank you again to Troy for going above and beyond. We will be back again very soon!

maijam 02: Great food and great service, you will definitely be seeing my partner and myself again

Peter Williams: Excellent food. We had a selection of the tapas, including one of the specials. Everything was tasty, superbly bo5oked and well presented.Service was just attentive enough, friendly and knowledgeable.

We were made to feel very welcome and were well looked after. Would highly recommend to check out this gem, and we will certainly be returning 😊

Stephen oh: Great tasty food. Service was excellent and the ambience cosy. Definitely worth a visit.

D and D D: Just had a meal there with my family. Lovely owner, great food, my kids ate everything. Thanks guys

Dilen Shah: We recently tried the newly established restaurant Zaks Tapas and we were not disappointed. Great ambiance, really good customer service and the staff are super helpful and friendly. We ordered 3 tapas and a main and we were super satisfied. The only thing we were expecting was traditional Spanish taste but it was a mixture of Spanish and Indian cuisine. No doubt the tastes was great but it wasn’t authentic Spanish food. Anyways if you like to grab a drink and some food, one of the better places located near the city of Adelaide

Craig Cheesman: Great service, great food. We'll be back!

Sunil Sharma: Had a great time last night , really good food and great selection of South Australian wines .Looking forward to another visit.

Mark Drechsler: Lovely hidden gem. Beautiful food and friendly team - thank you!

Leigh Harrison: Lovely, small tapas place! Food was very well priced and tasted amazing! Owner was delightful and had a very welcoming vibe. We ate a range of tapas and the dishes came at a well timed pace. Look forward to visiting again

My sister booked for about 25 or more people, I was quite impressed with the service especially with Chef Vivien Lee and Chief Annaya they try to get out of there way to make sure we are all satisfied and happy. They were very attentive and the food was delicious and fresh. Definitely love to come back at Riverside restaurant.

Nassim Hemmati: This restaurant has a perfect buffet for breakfast, with a variety of delicious foods

Neha Wali: Have visited this place while I was staying at Intercontinental. The breakfast is included in the package. Their breakfast menu is pretty vast. You can choose one of the main dishes from the menu. The fruits, tarts, yoghurt, crossiant, coffee and juice are included with it.Ordered Intercontinental breakfast which is basically Omelette on sourdough with bacon, sausages, tomato, baked beans and hash brown. It was delish. Loved the quality as well as quantity. Tummy fully satisfied! Also ordered, omelette your way which was scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and chices, served with hash browns and roasted tomatoes.Their latte and cappuccino was fantastic, loved their coffee blend! This place serves quality as the ingredients are fresh and the dishes are flavourful!

Belinda Wellings: Service was attentive and our steak mains were delicious. The brussells sprouts as a side were divine! The restaurant was empty the night we were there so the vibe was unfortunately a bit lacking.BUT we could not fault the staff, including their wine matching recommendation, and so we decided it was a lovely intimate dinner in this beautifully presented space.

Adam S: Servicenwas great - very attentive waiter. The atmosphere is also great - the period and themed decor is really well done. The food - one of the best food experiences I've had. Went with the five course chef's choice with paired wines. All amazing. In particular, the lamb was sensational. Was juat passing through Adelaide, but now i have a reason to return - just for the lamb!

Mark Swan: We started with a drink in the upstairs bar. The maître d’ in charge of the bar was welcoming and friendly. Good selection of wines by the glass.Dinner in the cellar was a knock-out. We opted for the four-course tasting menu, and each course was excellent. Well thought-out flavour combinations and a careful pairing of accompanying wines. Service was on point - our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The price for pre-dinner drinks, plus the tasting menu and wine flight, was much less than we would have anticipated. Excellent value for money.Highly recommended.

Gemma Frances Wellbeing: Beautifully appointed bar. Cosy and interesting decor.Staff were attentive and friendly.I had the tasting menu which had highlights like the kingfish terrine. The cute butter and crusty bread was also a highlight. All other dishes were ok but not ones I would return to in a hurry.

Beau Temby: What a great experience! Service was very welcoming and provided a good vibe. Cocktail was spot on. Then the food came and we couldn’t fault it. The ribs were so tasty and tender. The tacos hit the spot and the Paella was full of flavor and packed with fresh ingredients.

Clare Roberts: This place has a wonderful family atmosphere where food and flavour is the heart of it all. Such wonderful staff and great meal sizes too. Personal favourite is the Nachos. Wow. So good. The fusion of Spanish and Portuguese dishes are amazing. The restaurant itself was colourful, charming and gave the nicest vibes. Had an awesome evening. I will absolutely return. 10/10.

Dennie Taylor: My partner and I went here last night before going to Carl Barron and Wow, this place really started our night off great. We started off with the Guacamole and Corn Chips. So Yummy. Then we both ordered the Paella. Mine was a little more cooked than his, so it had those super yummy bit of crunchy rice and chorizo. When I was full my partner even finished it off because those little crispy bits did make a difference. His was a little more wet, but overall, the food was delicious. I'm definitely going to come here again.Service was friendly.Though I would have to suggest trying to level table 11 as it was very wobbly.

Everything we had was authentic, although it's probably Mexican with an Aussie twist...regardless, still muy bien! Our waitress was Cuban, and she was pleasantly surprised I ordered in spanish. For those reviews here saying this food isn't authentic or that it wasn't quick enough, you clearly do not understand the food or the culture.
