Breathe Stretch Float: what do users think?

Os - Yoga & Meditation: I recently visited Breathe Stretch Float, and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calming and serene atmosphere by his lovely owners, Jo and Jim who had everything ready for a truly restorative experience.I tried the float therapy with healing minerals, then a deep meditation inside the Himalayan Salt Cave and it was all absolutely incredible. As I floated effortlessly, I felt all my stress and tension melt away. The sensation of weightlessness allowed me to completely relax and disconnect from the outside world. It was as if time stood still, and I could finally focus on my own well-being.After the sessions, I emerged feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. My mind was clear, my body felt lighter, and I was filled with a deep sense of peace. Breathe Stretch Float provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and recharge, I cannot recommend Breathe Stretch Float enough. It's a sanctuary for relaxation and healing, and I can't wait to return for more sessions! Thanks heaps Jo & Jim

caitlin pratten: This place is amazing! A haven for self care from the moment you step in you are nurtured by the team then rejuvenated in both the salt room and float tank. An out of body experience

Valdas Bijanskas: Today, I had an amazing, relaxing massage in the salt room, followed by a float session in a soothing saltwater bath. The warm, salty water created a sense of weightlessness that made me feel like I was floating in space for an hour. It was an incredibly calming and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended!

Sonya Noonan: .After the 3rd infection I discussed things with Jim and we decided that I should try going to the salt room each week and see if it would help prevent me from getting infections.Guess what!!!!! I haven’t had one infection this year. I’ve traveled to Cairns and hugged a million people of which some ended up with covid, I traveled on planes, through airports and still didn’t get sick.I guess I’m telling you this story cause I want you all to experience the healing powers of the Salt Room. It will heal your coughs, colds, hay fever, sinus issues, pretty much any lung issue. It is also amazing for relaxing, catching up with friends, napping, meditating, reading, de stressing and many other things.Google benefits of a salt room and read it all or go to the Breathe Stretch Float website.

Timothy Horbury: Flu prevention this works No Hay Fever!

Jo Williss: Absolutely amazing!

Steven Hoepfner: Of everything they offer, the salt room unexpectedly is the most therapeutic resource for me. The space helps settle all of my inflammations, especially working to do with my asthma and allergies. I'm a regular now!

Aaron Byrne: I was lucky to be gifted a float session. The experience was amazing and very beneficial. Jim, one of the owners was very thorough in explaining the benefits that would come from a session however I wasn’t sure it would be as effective as he claimed. My experience was to prove me wrong. It was rejuvenating and everything he stated it would be. I am now looking forward to another session and have been telling others of this experience.

Bec Norton: Having a passion for holistic therapies it's important for me to keep up my own health naturally and that's why I always choose Breathe Stretch Float. I start with the salt tank therapy and end with meditation inhe salt cave. 10 🌟.

Elena Fenton: Beautiful facility, relaxing floating tank experience. Very soothing for muscles, aches and pains. My body felt wonderful afterwards. Thank you very much.

Vincenza Salvati: AMAZING Float TherapyExperience!FULL RELAXATION….Just as I hoped and needed!Well priced in such a welcoming and blissful environment. Felt quite spoilt with their care and attention. Compliments to you Jim & Jo THANK YOU

SHEENA ROSE: Lovely space with easy access. The Salt Cave is so therapeutic and the float and yoga options look 'state of the art'. James provides such wisdom and warmth and definitely makes one want to return!I will definitely be back.

Rob Homes: Finally made the time to go back and do a Float Tank and Salt Room experience after not being back for about 2 years. Why did I not go sooner? What a regret putting it off for so long.I walked in feeling really ordinary, depressed, thoughts racing in my mind and struggling with some stressful times the last few months. After my session I was calm, settled, mind at ease and the afternoon now looked a lot better then it was looking when I walked in.Jim is a great host and has an amazing facility. Thanks for another amazing experience, I won't leave it that long before I return! I promise.Lungs / Chest and throat are all more opened from the salt room. I had forgotten how congested I was until I was writing this. Breathing deeply is so much easier!

Enya Crockford: Salt room was highly relaxing and very helpful for my asthma. Highly recommend!

Daniel Wilczynski: Very relaxing.

Luke Lange: 100% Recommend Breathe Stretch Float to my friends and family already! We booked a float session for the evening and it was magic, can not wait to visit again to help clear the mind

Kevin Ellis: I have floated previously, but this experience was a level above, everything about the equipment the holistic and friendly feel to the place, made me feel at ease. I loved the float experience and they cater for all, an example was previously I tend to keep my head up which causes some tension in the neck, her they provide a support gif the head where I was able to totally relax the neck making the experience much more relaxing. I also had a salt room experience which I loved and overall this is a golden gem which I highly recommend a visit too.

Jules Paternoster: From the very first moment I walked into B.S.F I knew I had stumbled upon something very unique.A space I felt welcome, held and safe within seconds. My first treatment was for a SoulNar session with Jo in the magnificent salt cave - My second visit was a beautiful private Sound Bath in the salt cave to mark a friend's birthday. My third treatment is one that I'm still floating away from - Havening with Jim.When I first asked the question about this healing technique - I knew it would be something powerful. It resonated with me because it is both science based and evidenced. I knew I could trust Jim given his transparency in sharing some of his own experiences and whilst I knew it may be confronting, I was made to feel completely safe, capable and free to be vulnerable.Jim helped me shift a lot - about 3 times as much stuff as I had expected. The session felt insightful and completely taylored to me and my experiences. Guided by a kind soul who matched my energy and did an amazing job in leading me to the answers I've struggled years to find. I urge anyone struggling to let go, or stuck in uncomfortable holding patterns to have a chat with Jim about his offering.

Russell Dent: Such a great space, well worth a visit

John Camm: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Breath Stretch Float in Adelaide, and it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I entered, I was transported to a world of relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.Jim Ryan is incredibly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the various services from the Salt Room to the Float Tanks.Floatation therapy is a game-changer! The state-of-the-art float pods allowed you to let go of the outside world and immerse yourself in a cocoon of tranquility.Breath Stretch Float is truly a gem in Adelaide. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to float therapy, you'll find a haven of peace and tranquility at Breath Stretch Float.

Adelaide Hills Bikram: what do users think?

Julius H Monck: Omg Inferno pilates, most fun and intense workout I've had in a while. As a new comer it was welcoming the instructor was cool and helpful, members were super nice, workout was interesting and fun.Intro offer will likely convert into a full membership because I thought it was great especially to change up my current workout routine. What a challenge, thank you!!

Sammy G: and I felt the moves were achievable. Some things I couldn't do but I made little steps and wasn't made to feel dumb or silly for not doing it. We were encouraged to rest when needed. I felt absolutely amazing after. My back has had so much release. I was super energised and I'm definitely coming back 🌈

Mike Gainer: Great class 👌

Jessica Graham: Joan and the team at Adelaide Hills Bikram are welcoming, supportive and highly skilled. Their online classes are well worth the investment. Highly recommend!

Poona Ghazizadeh: A healthy and well balanced lifestyle requires commitment, a commitment to oneself, and Adelaide Hills Bikram is a wonderful facilitator for exactly that! Joan and her amazing team of instructors are most welcoming, supportive and unique. Every session is a new experience of pushing limits, cleansing, building strength and flexibility. At the end of each class, wether it's hot pilates or yoga, I feel my heart expanding and I leave with the biggest smile on my face!Thank you all so much.Love & Light,Poona 🙏

Belinda J: Gorgeous venue, lovely teacher and great facilities. I really enjoyed my Bikram class! Heading back for more & to try their meditation + yoga classes.

Diane Fang: Great spot in the hills for bikram! Good clean facility, shower and change room. Good parking options and most importantly, after the session, you walk out into the beautiful serene Adelaide Hills and plenty of fresh air.

Justine Duerden: Welcoming Bikram studio with nice people. Seriously very good well experienced instructors here. Everyone can feel themselves a perfect fit at this studio. Schedule is predominately Bikram with just a couple of Yin. It's nice to have a smattering of Yin throughout Bikram practice, a real treat! Location is on the main street of beautiful Stirling. To allow yourselves some time to explore the local community book an early session, or a weekend casual. Spoil yourself after class wandering the monthly market or admiring the cafes and the arts. Love Love Love Bikram in the Hills!

M Black: Management and staff at Adelaide Hills Bikram are always welcoming and supportive. I love the location and building too.I started yoga because, in January 2017 I was having difficulty putting shoes and socks and socks on without injuring my back! I was also gaining weight and was very unhappy with my figure.I had never done yoga before but everyone was amazing and genuinely supported me as a newbie. The first few sessions I struggled a lot because of my weight, my inflexibility, the heat and my claustrophobia. I persisted though, and every session I attended, I could do just a little bit more than the previous time. After every session I felt energised and stronger, and found myself running up flights of stairs instead of the previous slow climb, stopping halfway for breath! This helped me lose weight, and in the past year I have lost 15 kilos. In July this year, my world fell apart when my husband ended our 21 year relationship. It has been, and continues to be, extremely traumatic. I have suffered high levels of anxiety and stress, and depression as a consequence of his ongoing behaviour. Through this very difficult time yoga has helped me immensely. For 90 minutes I push myself to my limit, and I think of nothing else other than stretching, balancing and breathing.Just having 90 minutes to escape from the stresses of my life gives me enough respite to push on and stay focused on being positive and strong.I also have osteoarthritis in my knees and was in quite a bit of pain before. Yoga has significantly reduced my knee pain.A side benefit has been an increased range in my singing! My son pointed out that my singing has improved dramatically since starting yoga!

Sandra Thring: Im involved with all the practises on offer and love them all. Bikram, Yin and meditation are part of my weekly health routine. I liken it to being at home and the people I see regularly, especially Joan, are like family.

heidi rollins: I love bikram yoga with these lovely and caring instructors ❤️I'm definatley more patient , strong and flexible !

Anthony Scotland: Beautiful location, excellent facilities and staff are amazing. Heating is best in Adelaide, radiant heat - consistent and not blowing. The owner Joan is absolutely lovely as are the other teachers. Highly recommended. And after yoga you can go to the Stirling markets, local cafes or chocolate shop guilt free. Win!

Tristan Curnow: Awesome studio, great instructors, and the best heat in South Australia. Highly recommend.

Michael SNOSWELL: Great location, many different classes.

A Class Shoe Repairs: what do users think?

Joseph Bloggs: These guys are the best shoe repairman I have used, and I’ve frequented a few.Their quality of workmanship is as good as you get and the advice is unbiased also.Only criticism is wait time, as they’re so popular

VKNY: I can’t say enough good things about my favorite shoe and leather alterations store. They are incredibly honest and offer quite affordable pricing for the quality of work they deliver. The handiwork is truly amazing, and on the rare occasion that I’m not completely satisfied, they are more than happy to take it back and redo it.The only downside is that they are so busy, and the turnaround time is at least a week. However, it’s totally worth the wait because their work is so professional. I have never felt scammed or had any reason to go elsewhere.Once, I had my shoes “fixed” at another popular store in the CBD area, but they quickly started wearing out again. This store pointed out the poor job done by the other place and fixed it for me. Now, my shoes and leather goods are in fantastic condition.Another great thing is that they are open on Saturdays, which is very convenient for my schedule. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I found this place and highly recommend it to anyone in need of shoe or leather repairs.

Crystal Kruzycki: Bought my shoes in with missing tassels and didn't hold much hope it can be repaired. Thanks for the amazing craftsmanship, giving my shoes a new life. Absolutely in love with my shoes again!

jenny mahoney: Great experience.. Had 2 buckles fixed on some sandals - turnaround 2 hrs!!! Very friendly and helpful.. Recommend

Daniel Thai: Great professional service.

Neal Holmes: Great, friendly service and high quality repairs — well stocked shop. Worth a visit!

Ben Matera: The service was friendly, the workmanship was beyond expectations and the price was far less than I was ever expecting. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs

Wil Stevens: started coming unstuck.Without hesitation they offered to fix it up as part of the previous transaction. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks and will definitely be going there again if I have more repairs on other shoes.

C P: Great 👍 customer service ,

Estefanie Sousa: Amazing shoe repair, they fixed what needed to be fixed for a good and fair price.

Lynne Pharoah-Hamer: My backpack strap broke at the airportA class shoe repairs had it fixed with a new buckle in just a few hours- great job guys and great service thanks heaps

Yozange’s Day: Amazingly excellent work.👍

dfgiuy22: The bloke is awesome. Thanks for helping someone who knows nothing about shoes without making them feel stupid!

mis “M18” L: Great customer service and reasonable price. I was looking for a good shoe repair shop to do my Tabi shoes sole. He did it in 3 days.

Links To Learning: What a beautiful space full of positive energy that has no doubt been carefully and thoughtfully cultivated. The yoga teachers are all so genuinely kind and passionate about the practice they share. After exploring other yoga studios in the city and feeling very disappointed I feel fortunate for finding Yoga Theory and extremely grateful for the space that they hold.

Therapia Physiotherapy & Pilates Adelaide: what do users think?

kavitha poola: This physio centre is very good where patient is always put first. The warm welcoming to the patient is so good from reception staff to all the physiotherapists in a professional manner. My physiotherapist, Mukul was incredibly good who spent time in listening to my problem and explained very well of what he is trying to achieve with the treatment. He definitely made me feel positive about my recovery. Napa, also helped in my recovery with the remedial massages.I would highly recommend Therapist Sports and Spine for all physio treatments.

Jon Parsalidis: Devendra was absolutely precise in helping me understand what was truly going wrong to cause my back pain.Dev attentively asked me loads of questions & got me to do various exercises throughout all my sessions to ensure that we were focusing on the right strengthening activities.Within a couple weeks, I started to notice the pain was lessened and my core was much stronger. Fast forward almost 3 months now and I’m in a much better place.I’d advise anyone who is looking for precise help with their body to reach out to Mukul, Dev and the team at Therapia as they are truly experts.

Ashley Farrell: Therapia Sports & Spine are the best Physiotherapists in Adelaide. Dev being my personal Physiotherapist, is really all about listening to the client and working with you to achieve great recovery with whatever your personal situation is. I highly recommend Dev for the best recovery for your needs.

Sebastian Ninkumvongs: One of the best Adelaide Physiotherapy studio. Stefan has helped and sorted out my niggling lower back pain and helped me regained a lot of mobility from past sporting and work related injuries !!

Ferdin Prifti: I’ve been seeing Mukul for a few years for chronic muscular pain in my neck and shoulders along with spinal issues. Mukul is thorough and personal in his approach and has been the only physio to provide long term relief from my pain. His knowledge of the body and how it moves is incredible and his manipulation, dry needling and massage techniques are the best. Recently i also saw the other physios who work with Mukul and noticed that they have a very similar approach, with focus on long term recovery and help me understand the problem so I could look after my own body independently. I highly recommend Mukul and physiotherapy team at Therapia Sports and Spine to anyone in need of a great physio in Adelaide.

Julie-Anne Johnston: Thanks to Therapia and especially Devendra for such thorough treatment of multiple issues for me over the past few months this year! He is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients' recovery, highly recommend!

Marianne Nguyen: Thanks to Therapia I have made a full recovery from my back injury. I was provided with a comprehensive treatment plan, clinical pilates and a range of home exercises and stretches to work on my mobility and strength. I was also supported with dry needling and massage therapy. I highly recommend Mukul and the team if you are looking for professional, effective, and supportive physiotherapy services.

Jeffrey Porter: I had seen many physiotherapists over the years, but Dev is the only one that did a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan that has enabled me to become pain free after living with pain for 12 months. He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I 100% recommend Dev & the physio team Therapia.

Marie Watkins: I saw the team at therapia in Adelaide city a few years ago and got lower back pain relief from a chronic back pain. They are a great team of very knowledgeable therapists, who work to create a plan that suits you and achieves great results. More recently they have done wonders treating my daughter's sports injury to get her back to her sport and I can't thank Mukul and the team at Therapia enough.

Caryl Didion: Amazing service and knowledgeable physios who genuinely care about your well being.I couldn’t recommend Therapia more if you are looking for clinical pilates or physiotherapist in Adelaide city, the physio team is the best at what they do. Physio at therapia prepared a pilates program for me, which helped me recover really well after back surgery, I wish I had found them sooner. all the very best to therapia physio team.

Stella Mitchell: Mukul has been a great help with my back pain and hip soreness and I highly recommend him. He has done a great job of getting me back doing the things I love. my wish and blessings are with him and his team.

Ben Comfort: Devendra was great in helping me resolve my back issues. I had a noticeable reduction in pain after only a few sessions and haven't had any issues since.

Henrietta Summers: Glad I found this physio in Adelaide. Great clinic, friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient location and also do telehealth appointments which have been great for my ACL surgery rehab while travelling.

Karen Detablan: Dev has been amazing with my 4 yr old son. He listens and is highly knowledgeable in brain and movement connection.Dev, thank you for your patience and hard work. I wish you all the very best!

Geoff Potter: Physio Adelaide great people with a fantastic holistic approach to care for their clients. Highly recommended

Jelena Kovanovic: I'm grateful to Stefan at Therapia Sports and Spine for the exceptional support and expertise he's provided in helping me manage my sciatica and lower back issues. When I first started seeing him, I was in the worst pain I've experienced in years. Despite struggling with issues for the past decade, Stefan approached my case with fresh eyes and a wealth of knowledge that truly made a difference. His tailored exercise program has been a game changer. I've made significant progress in managing my pain and improving my overall mobility.Even though now I've transitioned from the acute phase to maintenance, Stefan continues to be a source of support and guidance.

david bellenger: Dev is an excellent physiotherapist, he listens to what you have to say and is very knowledgeable and caring. His knowledge is extraordinary and always puts his clients health first. He even answers questions out of hrs thru the app and is essentially contactable 24/7 .I will definitely recommend him and this practice to anyone 100%.

The staff were welcoming and the gym had a friendly vibe even though it looks like a bodybuilder gym so don’t let that turn you off. They also have another location in CBD East which is a more commercial gym set up. Will definitely be coming back here again the next time I am in Adelaide.

prem sekhon: Best place to exercise, very modern equipments and friendly staff. Only thing I want to recommend them that they should place some notes for mobile users. I want to use the leg press and one of the lady sitting on the machine watching social media and even I asked that I want to the machine and she didn’t care and for two set of leg press she took 20 minute’s because she was more focused on social media. I had to for 20 minutes to get my turn.otherwise it was good experience.

Jo Spargo: The Simple Everyday is an oasis of calm in this world. I have been working on my strength and flexibility with Magda and her team off and on for 15+ years. The improvement to my physical health and wellbeing is imersurable. Small class sizes, expert instructors, reformers and a weights area. I could never go back to a regular gym! Each workout can be tailored to how your body is feeling to maximise the effectiveness of your session. Magda is also able to help with nutrition and many other areas of your health journey too. Do yourself a favour - get in touch with Magda and her team!

S Williams: I would highly recommend The Simple Everyday for anyone. As a complete novice to reformer pilates, I felt so welcomed by the team of instructors and the participants, and I haven't looked back since. I've finally found a form of exercise that doesn't feel like a "task" each time, instead each class flies by, and I feel so energised each time. The team is super supportive, ensuring you learn the correct technique and allow you to take each class at your own pace. Thanks, team!

Vynita Muller: A fantastic studio with a very supportive and motivating environment. Trainers are respectful and encouraging to all clients and smaller group sessions mean that you will experience a class tailored to what you need. A great place for those that want a genuine experience and want to build strength and improve their overall health.

Cristi Roibu: If you ask why Pilates? For so many of us, Pilates is much more than an exercise method - it is a way of life. A fusion of the mind and body based on the reawakening of dormant muscle and brain cells, Pilates gives us the opportunity to live a life where the gap between functional motion and enlivened thought has been bridged.

Mason Ross: Alice was a wonderful instructor

Hannah Coombes: Love coming here for my Saturday morning Restore class! Get’s me energised and mobile for the weekend ahead! Magda and her team are super friendly, very knowledgable and have a genuine care for their clients. Highly recommend!

For me, following spinal surgery, my mobility, strength and physical confidence has improved and I understand my body so much more. I can’t thank Magda and her team enough!

Audra McCarthy: Club Rhythm is a truly amazing gym. It's the first gym I joined where the staff know everyone by their first name and you are cheerfully greeted every day you enter the gym. The facilities are truly amazing. The gym machines and equipment are modern, well maintained equipment and bathrooms have hairdryers and ironing boards! The perfect set-up to do a work-out on the way to work. The staff conducting the pilates reformer classes are truly amazing. They each have their own approach to classes, ensuring clients never grow board or tired with routines. Some have a preference to infuse yoga in to the classes, making these classes the perfect blend of a work-out and wind-down straight after work.I highly recommend Club Rhythm to anyone looking for a good quality, friendly gym.

Leon Alpareanu: Club Rhythm is a fantastic place to go to address any exercise needs. With the brilliant and helpful staff, as well an excellent facility, Club Rhythm is ideal for helping you make progress towards your fitness and wellbeing goals.

Mark Redmond: I have been a member of Club Rhythm since early 2009. Magda and her team take the time to know their customers, and they thoroughly enjoy seeing the improvement in the health and fitness of those people. The holistic approach to fitness - education, diet and, of course, exercise, makes us more aware of how it all comes together without pressure. From a personal perspective, I feel fantastic, flexible, and strong and no longer know what a back ache is. Here's to the next 10 years!

David Vincent: Magda and her team deliver a phenomenal, personalised fitness and wellness experience. I have had incredible improvement in my core strength, balance and flexibility using the reformer pilates machines in Club Rhythm sessions. Outstanding facilities and equipment to go with the amazing service. Whether it's for general fitness and conditioning or for rehabilitation from injury, I would recommend Club Rhythm unhesitatingly.

Mark Thompson: “I could not recommend Club Rhythm more highly! The Pilates done on the reformer bed equipment has been the best way to strengthen my core and improve my back and my overall posture. Everybody in the club is friendly, approachable and the instructors are professional with a strong focus on technique.”

Renee Auciello: As a dancer my preferred form of exercise has always been body-weight training until I discovered the group reformer Pilates at Club Rhythm. Their sessions are fantastic if you want to tone, burn fat, and stretch all in one session. Challenging and fun, you'll get quick results while enjoying the friendly environment the club offers.

Individual attention and focus on correct alignment are commendable. Over last two years at Coast Yoga I had a pleasure to attend classes with many yoga teachers and all of them were professional, helpful and dedicated. It is not just to teach yoga, it is to live it, and this is what I have observed at Coast Yoga.

Maggie McNeill-Baxter: Whilst on my mat and under the direction of one of many excellent teachers at Coast Yoga, I am able to find a spacious mind and an open heart. At the same time my body is stretching and moving in yoga positions which can be stimulating, challenging or relaxing. This mind is still and nothing else exists, just the the voice of the teacher and the rhythm of my breath. I look for this experience week after week and it enriches my life. The classes also provide so much practical information, real in-person birth stories from mums who have just given birth and study based education in a relaxed and open environment. I feel supported and empowered for having done these classes. My husband and I are so glad we attended the couples birthing workshop. I not only walked away feeling even more informed and confident but it was super beneficial for my husbands confidence and concerns, our communication and our teamwork. We loved all the information, practical tips and that it prompted us to have an honest and open discussion about the expectations and fears we didn't know one another had. So glad we did this workshop!!!

Danielle OLoughlin: I have attended different yoga levels/classes as well as exerienced a variety of teachers at Coast Yoga, both male & female. Exhale Yoga: what do users think?

Ellen Morris: So grateful to have Exhale Yoga in my life! Always appreciate Rosie’s guidance throughout the class; she is mindful to check in with each person and their progress. I leave every class with a bit more knowledge and awareness of my body.

Mark Dalwood: Exhale Yoga has a class to suit everyone. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced. All the teachers are committed to sharing the yoga experience with students. I can thoroughly recommend this studio.

Anais Gschwind: Rosie’s Saturday morning classes are an absolute salve for the soul in my postpartum haze. I’ve flitted between many variations of practice over the years and I find her class grounding, welcoming, warm and practical. Although I struggle to get myself to class I’m always so grateful I do ❤️

zhang Ying: I go to Tuesday night class. Rosie is great. I feel welcomed and relaxed after every class. Thanks

Rosemary Taylor: Rosey has outstanding knowledge of the mind/body connection. She works with that in a consistent way during the yoga class. She is caring and patient and keeps in connection with all the students in the class and makes suggestions for change. This is particularly important for me as I am suffering from an injury in my shoulderI do recommend Exhale Yoga unreservedly

Jason Mills: Cassie and Rosie always know how to impress. Their deep knowledge of Yoga, the mind, the spirit, and the body will impress you. You’ll keep coming back for more. My partner and I sure do. So get on board and give it a go.I think you’ll love it.Jase 🧘

Kassandra Poulos: Warm. Inviting. You are welcomed into the fold with open arms and while each is there to have their own experience under the watchful eye of someone who can provide guidance and support, there’s a compelling sense of unity also - everyone present is seeking the same empowerment and growth. Just do yourself a favour and go! ✨

Lauren Green: Exhale Yoga studio has a lovely ambience and is easy to access off King William Rd. Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Rosie have been really fabulous classes for both body and mind. Highly recommend 😊💜

kay: I tried a couple of classes at this studio few months ago. The teachers are attentive and classes small. Unfortunately, the building the studio is in is quite old and run down. The classes are mostly gentle, slow flow rather than a challenging vinyasa practice. I think this is probably a good studio if you are a beginner.

helen mathiesen: I have now been to two classes with Justin, and have discovered yet another wonderful yoga teacher. Each brings his/ her own style and I find that I enjoy the variations.

Amy Osborne: Rosie’s classes at Exhale Yoga are the best I’ve experienced. Uplifting, energising & strengthening 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Sabika Jasmine: I has such a great start of my weekend with the Saturday morning class with Rosie. It’s not only a yoga class but mindfulness and positive affirmations which was so helpful to unwind the stress of life in general and also the stress of the week. Rosie’s knowledge about connecting with our own body and experience with the various body parts and what is actually going on with our system internally, helps so much to aide the external aches and pains. Really beautiful experience and looking forward to continue.

Kirsten Bernhardt: Beautiful relaxing class. Rosie was very attentive to each of us during the practice.

Nicole Crawford: I wasn’t sure what to expect! It was beautiful 🤩 meditation - emotional for me! I needed it to address some feelings! Which it did ! Thank you Rosie xx

Susan Handsworth: Wonderful classes. Great relaxation and stretching. Especially hips and core. Greatly Recommended.

Angela Valamanesh: Great teachers and wonderful spacious studio 😊

Alazne Alberdi Alvaro: I LOVE Rosie’s prenatal/postnatal classes and the vibe at Exhale yoga. It’s my happy place! The place I’ve learned how to relax for real. Rosie’s is very knowledgeable and generous guiding us how to take care of our body, mind and emotional wellbeing. She asks each of us what we need at the beginning of the class and tailors the practice to our particular needs.
