jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

However I knew I didn’t have a receipt and it was a couple months old, so I wasn’t expecting anything, just wanted to ask. I even went home and raved to my partner about how good the whole experience was and knew I had to leave a review. The staff were so helpful, went in looking for a specific new arrival top from Alice in the Eve and ended up walking out with two items I didn’t even know I needed.. that’s how well they did their job. Tristan was an absolute star and although I didn’t catch the name of the lady who was also helping me in the change rooms, she needs some recognition too! A big thank you to both of them!!

I felt comfortable enough to share with Lukah that I recently lost a lot of weight & have been struggling to find clothes that suit my new body shape. Lukah offered me words of encouragement & gave me the confidence to try various styles & colours on until I found the perfect pair. While I was trying jeans on Lukah included my husband & asked him if he was interested in trying some 501s too. It was such a great experience, so much nostalgia wearing these jeans again! We both left Levi’s feeling really happy with our purchase & very happy with Lukah’s exceptional customer service, knowledge of Levi’s products & all round fun vibe. Thanks so much Lukah we love our 501s just as much as the ones we wore when we were cool 90s kids! We’ll definitely be back for more
