jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

After travelling from Brisbane and receiving well below average service in competitors stores in the mall, the time spent in your store was incredibly refreshing. Natália Nobre Mazot: for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

N M: Had THE BEST experience here last Thursday 11/05/23. The customer service was 10/10 and could not fault one thing. I even went home and raved to my partner about how good the whole experience was and knew I had to leave a review. The staff were so helpful, went in looking for a specific new arrival top from Alice in the Eve and ended up walking out with two items I didn’t even know I needed.. that’s how well they did their job. Tristan was an absolute star and although I didn’t catch the name of the lady who was also helping me in the change rooms, she needs some recognition too! A big thank you to both of them!!
