Natália Nobre Mazot: for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Gunilla Bergrud: Did a click and collect for a set of travel luggage. It had 60% off so a really good deal. It was ready within a couple of days and as I didn't have time to pick it up, they said it was no problem at all for somebody else to collect, as long as they had a copy of my email with the order number and "ready for collection" email. The luggage looks great. Yet to be tried out.

Lilly Roxy: I got a brand new American Tourister suitcase and of course I locked it up before I could even use it. I contacted American Tourister and was given vague guidance, then contacted where I purchased it and had the same thing. My partner said for me to contact Strand Bags colonnades just to ask if they could help. I called and spoke to store manager Holly. I advised Holly I was leaving for my Holiday in 3x days and she could sense the urgency in my voice and without a breath she said 'bring it in and I'll try unlock it over the next couple of days for you when I have down time between customers ' I took it down and left my number and within 10 minutes she called me and had it unlocked. There was a possible 1000 codes and she spent the time getting all the way to the code it was locked at. I never bought the case from Strand Bag colonnades and she didn't have to help me but she did. When I was contacting Strand bags customer service they were also very helpful and were trying to help me through unlocking it. I would highly recommend Strand Bags and especially Strand bags colonnades with the store Manager Holly setting an amazing example for customer service and role model for her staff. Thankyou Holly as I was quite stressed about the case and you were amazing ✌️
