Kav TH: Overall, our experience at the Sketchers store on a Sunday afternoon was mixed. While the staff members were friendly, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to be served, despite there being three staff members present. It felt like only one staff member was serving at any given time, leading to delays in getting assistance with our queries and making our purchases. Additionally, we noticed that many of the shoe styles we liked were unavailable in the sizes we needed. While the staff could improve by delegating work more evenly and providing more efficient customer service, their friendliness was appreciated. However, due to the time spent and limited availability of desired sizes, we may opt to visit a different Sketchers outlet in the future.

The store was quiet for a Saturday afternoon!! Walked around for approximately half an hour,no one bothered to approach me even though there was only one other person in the store! Still, I am passionate about their products and will continue to buy their shoes and boots and hopefully they will improve their customer service!

He checked and said I'm actually entitled for a refund or refit which mean another pair. He said I probably was fitted with the wrong shoes. He was very detailed in asking questions, offer explanations and choices. He was patient and extremely helpful. I'm sure he is a great asset to the company with such good knowledge and skills.It has been a week since I'm refitted with a new pair of shoes. It has managed my Achilles Tendonitis. With him offering add on orthotics, I have them in another pair of shoes and it works well.Many thanks to Jacob.

Julia Spiti: I visited Athlete's Foot Burnside last week to get a pair to HOKA. Tiago helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for what I needed. I had been to other places that measure and evaluate my gait but had never really understood it. Tiago explained the different dynamics of my step and gait and I finally got it. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. As long as he works there I won't go anywhere else to find exercise shoes and I have already recommended Tiago at Athlete's Foot Burnside to several friends and family.

Jackson Simpson: The staff were very helpful and assisted me over multiple days going above normal customer service levels. Shop is very modern and has technology that allows each customer to have custom footwear measurements and analysis done. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Sharon Thompson: Westlakes store are very professional and helped me with an issue straight away. I had been waiting several months for another store that I had returned a faulty pair of shoes that I purchased. I was told the shoes had to go back to the company to be assessed. I had made several phone calls and was told I had to wait. Westlakes store offered me a refund or exchange with in minutes. I highly recomend this store .
