Pizza salutare: I regularly visit Woodville Bunnings and have been in Australia for long time, but I haven't encountered such friendly staff anywhere in the country until now. Lexi, a staff member, provided exceptional service and offered honest opinions on paint-related queries. Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.

Jean claude Zammit: I am a regular customer of supercheap Elizabeth and I always get amazing customer care from all the staff, but today was at the shop and got helped by Hope K, and she really went out and beyond to help me with what I needed, and on top of that while I was waiting she immediately started serving another customer. this kind of service should not go by unnoticed as she is an example of how customer care should be.

Adam: After going to Munno Para store yesterday to exchange 2 oil filters only to be told that without a receipt it wasn't possible, today I went and spoke to the lovely Jess at Elizabeth. She is absolutely wonderful to deal with and had no problem letting me exchange them. Not sure what possessed me to go to Munno Para first as I've had many issues the that store. Employees aren't helpful and majority of the time just plain rude. All the people I've dealt with at Elizabeth have been great and especially today Jess had me leaving with a smile on my face. GIVE THAT GIRL A PROMOTION!!!
