Jason Pickle: Extensive range. They sell the less common and lower volume selling items that the big chain stores don't bother to stock. Even though they're literally the only store in town that sells certain things they keep their prices very reasonable when in theory they could gouge. Get there in the morning because if it's quiet they like to knock off early.

Sean Chen: I was preparing for a 1,000-kilometer camping trip when I found my SUV had been parked in the garage for too long and the battery had died.Consulted Supercheap Auto, them very experienced, checked that the battery was very young, gave emergency help, and the charge was completed in a day. The customer service is courteous and efficient, in any emergency, I always think of them, trustworthy.

Dave Rayner: 1st time customer, I found The PARTS MAN via the internet. Contacted them regarding a radiator for my 1998 Mazda Bravo B2600, the customer service I received was fantastic. Arranged a pick-up same day. Round trip 102kms & it was definitely worth it. The radiator was plastic wrapped with packaging inside the plastic to prevent any movement during transport. Brilliant, they pressure test their radiators in the factory and include the radiator cap. The quality control was excellent too. Highly recommend The PARTS MAN!!!! All staff members were super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get the wiper blades installed promptly and at a great price. I know nothing about cars but Jordan explained everything to me as he went and didn't make me feel like an idiot or an annoyance which can happen in some places! I'll definitely return if I need to and would recommend this store in a heartbeat.

Very grateful.
