Jason D: Clean and secure storage facility. To get to the storage units you have to enter a building first, so they are somewhat climate controlled, and more secure than places where the door to your unit is exposed to the elements. The employee who helped me was friendly and helpful.

Graeme Wilson: All OK really. Staff are always good. It's the fourth time I have stored stuff there. I go there because it's the cheapest place I could find. The only "problems" are that you cannot get a truck under the roll a doors, so if there is a removal truck they reverse up the driveway and no one else can get in. I once parked my car on the street by the exit, went inside and opened the exit roll a door then ran out and reversed my car back up the ramp. Fortunately didn't have much to shift that day. Doesn't happen on weekends.

On the phone and in person I had the same experience with customer satisfaction, which is highly refreshing these days.To be honest, I was a bit of an emotional basket case due to becoming homeless for one month and having to clear and store our small families life and through out this journey they were always patient, kind, and reassuring if I had questions or needed clarification.I will 100% use this facility in the future for all of my storage needs as the location is central, easy to access and also very safe.Highly recommend this facility.
