Skye Davis: used Fertility SA to conceive a child together with IVF and we were successful on the first attempt.4 weeks ago we welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world.The whole process was naturally a lot to handle, but they were so accommodating and accepting the entire time. Freyja Thurston: I would definitely recommend Fertility SA to anyone wanting fertility treatment. Fertility SA was the second place I had been too for fertility treatment and there were a lot of vast differences that I found between the two. The first being that when I was discussing treatment options with my specialist, there was ALWAYS other treatment options if previous treatment protocol didn't work whereas the previous well known clinic I went to prior, did the same protocol 3 times expecting a different result. It sadly resulted in 3 failed attempts and a lot of wasted time and money. The other difference I noticed was money. With the previous clinic, I heard from Accounts more than I heard from any one else. I was also pushed to purchase medication I didn't need after my first traumatising egg collection. It wasn't pleasant. Fertility SA was always very respectful and whenever I had concerns, they answered them promptly and without pressure. They wouldn't allow me to purchase medication until it was absolutely necessary. Sure not everything is on site like egg collection or transfer however they make it as easy as possible for you. It was honestly a very well organised process and I managed to flow through it easy enough. I highly recommend Dr Vicki Nisenblat, she was fabulous, very knowledgeable and very informative. The staff were also very lovely and easy to talk too. The location was easy as there is generally a lot of available parking on South Tce

Sandra La Serra: My experience with FSA has been excellent. I was constantly told my case was difficult, and that it was going to be very hard to conceive. So I tried 3 different IVF clinics over 4 years, and I even went to the self proclaimed ‘baby whisperer’ in Melbourne Lynne burmeister out of desperation - with no success. I eventually saw Dr sally Reid at fertility SA and I can’t speak highly enough about her. Before seeing dr Reid I had no hope left and was told I needed to find an egg donor. All the doctors and clinics before dr Reid tried to do simple things like adjust the medication, or change my diet or make me take more natural pills and nothing worked. Thankfully, dr Reid had the capacity to analyze my entire situation and find an answer. On my first attempt with her, which was also going to be my last Ever IVF, and after withdrawing my super money and having been given absolutely no hope to get pregnant, dr Reid created a miracle and now I have my beautiful little boy. I found all the staff at fertility SA to be supportive, considerate, thorough, and always showing empathy. I found their labs, processes and technology to be excellent. I would just like to advise people who may be in a difficult situation conceiving to try dr Reid. I have blind faith in her now and would not hesitate to recommend her. Bronte Pine: My husband and I transferred to Fertility SA with Dr Victoria Nisenblat after years with no success at another clinic in Adelaide. We knew instantly that we were in the right place. Not only is Dr Nisenblat an incredible, thorough and caring doctor, all staff seem to follow suit. We did not come across one unsupportive team member. Instead we were nurtured and truly cared for. After years of multiple miscarriages and failed cycles, we are expecting twin boys after a successful transfer of a single embryo. I am sending all friends and loved ones who are seeking fertility support straight to Fertility SA and feel comfortable knowing they will receive the highest quality of care.

Taylah M: Had a pelvic ultrasound here today, as someone who has Endometriosis which can cause a great deal of pain when needing a transvaginal/pelvic ultrasound, I initially didn't have high hopes that I would be comfortable during my appointment as I haven't had good experiences with other sonographers in the past. I wish I could remember the name of the sonographer I had for my ultrasound today because I recommend her x 100. She was phenomenal, very skilled at her role and made the whole experience so much easier and really listened to my queries and concerns. The Admin team were also super understanding when I called the week prior nervous about my scan, they reassured me and answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed through the phone call and felt like they really followed up on any concerns I had via email/phone aswell. I will be coming to O&G for future necessary scans/appointments going forward. Thankyou O&G Team x
Carla Jones: I’ve had my three children through O&G with Dr Rachel Earl. Through this process I’ve had consultations and treatment with Dr Kylie Webber, Dr Nicola Denton, Dr Aimee Wiltshire, Dr Victoria Snowball. The entire team is knowledgeable, experienced and just generally the best group of women to support anyone through pregnancy etc.What initially drew me to the practice was the all female team and I wasn’t disappointed. I have loved every experience and interaction with them and truly feel so lucky to have had them in my corner with some tricky pregnancies. Rachel was forever a calming and reassuring presence and I knew wholeheartedly she could handle everything and anything thrown her way, and a couple of my babes made her work hard.The midwife support from Lauren, Karen, Zhen-Nih and d’Arcy was exceptional. They knew me better than I knew myself some days and were able to pick up on my antenatal anxiety before I was. I was never judged or treated with anything else other than exceptional care and love.Everyone from the office staff to the sonographers, to the docs and midwives were key in making this special crazy time in my life so memorable. They’ll forever hold a special place in my heart. If you’re considering them for any treatment I encourage you to book in, you won’t regret it!Miss you ladies x

Kosta Soumelidis: Dr Dan has been outstanding pre and post surgery. He’s extremely clear and kind and has been exceptionally thorough when answering my questions, helping me to understand my surgical procedure. I have been a yoga teacher and practitioner for over 25 years and have to say that after my shoulder surgery I’m able to get back to practising and teaching yoga without any pain or discomfort.I cannot recommend Dr Dan highly enough.The staff at Focus are also always helpful and nice.

Andrew Wilson: Surgery is serous business and Dr Dan and his staff are the epitome of what a surgeons practice should be. I couldn’t believe how well Dr Dan understood my situation. The outcome of my surgery was 100% what it should have been, no complications. Kim runs the office like a well oiled machine, never missing a beat on the paper work side and Dr Dan is also accessible threw Kim in real time so there was no hold up on any paper work or questions that I had.I am speaking from experience as my first shoulder operation was done by the Adelaide sports hospital where compared to Dr Dan I was treated like a second class citizen, my surgery had terrible complications and the reception staff needed managing from myself. Lyn Page: I cannot recommend Dr Dan enough for Shoulder Replacement Surgery. He is a caring surgeon that has the patient’s welfare at heart. I had heard many horror stories about shoulder surgery and the recovery period although thanks to Dr Dan this proved to be unfounded. His directions for recovery including those to Physiotherapists are clearly set out in writing. Even though I am now going to be living interstate I would not hesitate to return to Dr Dan should my other shoulder need surgery. Thank you Dr Dan

R3N 8055: I've needed to come to emergency here a few times. Every time I've been triaged appropriately for the state I've been in and seen really quickly. Once I pissed all over the floor and everyone was really kind and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or embarrassed. Other time I was very unwell/confused and not making much sense and asked a nurse "are we going to have a baby" that was actually quite funny and I bet they've heard some wild and strange things in there all the time but they take it in their stride.

Bev Kenley: Huge thanks to Dr Bruce his nurse and nursing staff for the excellent care given to our Harvanese ‘Jimmy’ recently. Jimmy had two operations to correct a misshapen front leg. The first an Ulnar ostectomy . The second correction involved help from an English specialist who paired with Dr Bruce for a Angular limb deformity correction. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We thank Dr Bruce for his extraordinary skill and expertise in performing these extremely difficult operations. We also thank the staff for their care and devotion to Jimmy’s well being.

Yannis Brown: Had a vaccination the doctor I was to see was running behind the staff arranged for another doctor to see me who had a moment and cut my wait short. Brilliant!Update: 2024 another trip to Asia and the doctor was very thorough with expectations, how to best protect myself based on my plans and what vaccinations I should look at. In the end, I was fairly up to date and just had a booster for TDAP.

I was so lucky that my GP referred me to FBW. A Gynaecology Plus Beauty Clinic where women can go and not feel uncomfortable. The Admin Staff are just so beautiful. I mean friendly, caring, understanding and extremely approachable. My first appointment was with this amazing female Gynaecologist who set out a plan for my hopeful recovery. One of the procedures was a "MAGNETIC CHAIR". This apparatus tightens the muscles in the abdomen, and it works a dream. Honestly, I only needed a couple of sessions before I noticed that I had control of my problem. It's so comforting to know that I don't have to accept living with incontinence. There is a way to control it. More people need to know about this fantastic Clinic with this this amazing Magnetic Chair.

Ian Mac: Oddly, i feel compelled to update this. COVID made a lot of health institutions struggle, and change isn't always handled well. I think the WCH has come out of the mire. Resources are always an issue in healthcare, but i've met enough staff here in Craniofacial, Dental, Mental Health, Eating disorders, gastroenterology etc...that really DO care. Good, approachable people, that will do what they can, within their power, to help. Moving in the right direction. You can't please everyone all the time, especially in resource challenged institutions. But the right people are helluva good start. And no, it's not just 'a part of the job., be patient with your carers.
Troy Nguyen: We can’t speak highly enough about the midwives and doctors at the WCH Adelaide. My wife and I had our second daughter born here, we always felt cared for and the staffs were very supportive,friendly and professional. We are grateful for the care we received and would like to shout out to India, Mira and all the other nurses and doctors who had helped us.The wait could be long and understandable as this is a public hospital and I wish this can be improved in the future.

Gaynor Cooper: We used the virtual app with a Doctor this week through WCH, gave us the ability to stay home in our comfort & for our 3 yr old. We used this to gain medical advice before venturing to E.D in the cold of night. Dr Gabby was excellent and patient. Reassurance given and referral to a specialist following day. Dr Gabby gave clear & precise information, advice given if our situation had deteriorated overnight.Totally recommend using this virtue appointment. Follow up appointment at specialist clinic next day by referral from Dr Gabby was also excellent, caring staff.

The wait times were a bit high but everyone was doing their best & attending to patients as soon as they could. Trish Ward: over the last 7 yrs of stent change procedures x7.I have had no problems and have always been put at ease and found Andrew Fuller so friendly and professional.Until my stent change procedure on 18th Jan 24..procedure went well as always..but 3 days later I was in chronic lower back pain.after numerous ct scans and trips into emergency an MRI diagnosed discitis/osteo mialiytis.I have up to now lost 2 months of my life in pain.in hospital for 1wk with picc line fitted and daily antibiotics infused daily for 38 days.I am still not out of the woods yet w/o the antibiotics by tablets ongoing until infection has gone.Drs are fairly certain this bacteria infection was as a result of my procedure in Jan.I just needed to bring it to someone's attention.trish ward
