Dr. Tran and the team are welcoming and supportive, with a strong focus on informed consent and transparent processes throughout all aspects of my care—consultations, decision-making, surgery, and delivering both good and bad news. They have a remarkable ability to make difficult situations seem easy.As a woman who has suffered from pelvic pain for most of her life, it has been incredibly comforting to have such professional and compassionate care. Dr Farina Behnia-Willison was also fantastic, again totally at ease, really understood my issues and got straight to fixing them! Most Drs you feel like another number but not with Dr Willison as one example I was nervous going into surgery and she was there holding my hand. Amazing! Thank you team.

Judy Kennedy: Getting older brings not so pleasant ailments. The one I'm addressing today is incontinence. It's embarrassing to talk about, so where do we go to get help. I was so lucky that my GP referred me to FBW. A Gynaecology Plus Beauty Clinic where women can go and not feel uncomfortable. The Admin Staff are just so beautiful. I mean friendly, caring, understanding and extremely approachable. My first appointment was with this amazing female Gynaecologist who set out a plan for my hopeful recovery. One of the procedures was a "MAGNETIC CHAIR". This apparatus tightens the muscles in the abdomen, and it works a dream. Honestly, I only needed a couple of sessions before I noticed that I had control of my problem. It's so comforting to know that I don't have to accept living with incontinence. There is a way to control it. More people need to know about this fantastic Clinic with this this amazing Magnetic Chair.
Milica Beljic: I had a procedure under the care of Dr Fariba Behnia-Willison. From the first appointment, I felt like my concerns were understood with empathy. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind, a true doctor and one we need more of in the world. My procedure was performed without issue. Aftercare was thorough and I was provided with all the required scripts, support products, and information to make sure I would be okay while healing. Many thanks also to the nurses and administrative staff, who were all equally kind, knowledgeable and ensured the process went smoothly.

Holly Hutchings: , you can just call the front desk and a midwife will always call you back for a thorough chat, advice or to get you in for a check up. The birth and delivery, dad and partner, sleep and first aid classes held at the clinic were great and are all included.Amy was such an incredible OB - she’s friendly, highly intelligent, funny and thorough. She anticipated early that my pregnancy might head in a certain direction and talked me through potential risks and outcomes. I was induced at 38 weeks and sure enough, what she thought might happen ended up happening - but I felt completely calm and prepared because she had informed my husband and I in advance and again on the day of our daughter’s birth. I have complete trust in the Adelaide Obs team and would have been happy with any of the Obstetricians caring for me. Delivering at Ashford was a wonderful experience too.

Maddison Veitch: After suffering a miscarriage our first pregnancy, and then experiencing some issues in the early stages of our second pregnancy, my husband and I saw Dr Stephen Lane who provided the utmost care and understanding throughout. We saw him regularly, checking baby’s growth and that everything was tracking as planned, despite the issues that we were having. He delivered our precious baby boy via C-section and always put our needs and the health of our little bubba first. We are now seeing him again for our third pregnancy/second child and couldn’t be happier. Such a lovely man and the staff at Adelaide Obstetrics are also great with patients and incredibly helpful both in the clinic and over the phone. Couldn’t speak more highly of this practice and Dr Stephen Lane.

Karen: The practice has a homely feel with welcoming staff and the doctor is lovely talks through everything she is doing or about to do. Slight down fall quite often running late but I am more than happy to wait for such good service.

Taylah M: Had a pelvic ultrasound here today, as someone who has Endometriosis which can cause a great deal of pain when needing a transvaginal/pelvic ultrasound, I initially didn't have high hopes that I would be comfortable during my appointment as I haven't had good experiences with other sonographers in the past. I wish I could remember the name of the sonographer I had for my ultrasound today because I recommend her x 100. She was phenomenal, very skilled at her role and made the whole experience so much easier and really listened to my queries and concerns. The Admin team were also super understanding when I called the week prior nervous about my scan, they reassured me and answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed through the phone call and felt like they really followed up on any concerns I had via email/phone aswell. I will be coming to O&G for future necessary scans/appointments going forward. Thankyou O&G Team x
Carla Jones: I’ve had my three children through O&G with Dr Rachel Earl. Through this process I’ve had consultations and treatment with Dr Kylie Webber, Dr Nicola Denton, Dr Aimee Wiltshire, Dr Victoria Snowball. The entire team is knowledgeable, experienced and just generally the best group of women to support anyone through pregnancy etc.What initially drew me to the practice was the all female team and I wasn’t disappointed. I have loved every experience and interaction with them and truly feel so lucky to have had them in my corner with some tricky pregnancies. Rachel was forever a calming and reassuring presence and I knew wholeheartedly she could handle everything and anything thrown her way, and a couple of my babes made her work hard.The midwife support from Lauren, Karen, Zhen-Nih and d’Arcy was exceptional. They knew me better than I knew myself some days and were able to pick up on my antenatal anxiety before I was. I was never judged or treated with anything else other than exceptional care and love.Everyone from the office staff to the sonographers, to the docs and midwives were key in making this special crazy time in my life so memorable. They’ll forever hold a special place in my heart. If you’re considering them for any treatment I encourage you to book in, you won’t regret it!Miss you ladies x

shi L.A: I had my surgery and stayed overnight in this hospital. Amazing doctors, nurses and staff, felt their genuine care and they took time to explain everything ensuring that I understand them. From the hospital facilities, resources, doctors, nurses and staff - overall 5 stars.
Lisa Pope: The nursing staff at Calvary North Adelaide are lovely - professional, caring and friendly. The food is tasty and well prepared. The hospital is a little tired but clean and more than functional. Only issue for me was that the jugged water had an odd taste that even cordial didn’t overcome. Overall you are in good hands if you have a procedure here.
Barbara Van Ruth: My husband recently had a day procedure done here as the wait list at the RAH was long. He was so happy with the Calvary and found the staff to be so caring and a very happy crew. It is an anxious time when requiring any procedures and the staff can make or break this.He can not recommend them highly enough. Thankyou for your care.
Delia Brennan: Didn't get to eat much of the meals, as the appetite wasn't there, but tasted them, and the food was excellent. Didn't get to fill out the card. As a long standing vegetarian commercial cook, thought the effort gone into a vegetarian meal was excellent.
Libby Carey: I recently spent a week in Calvary North Adelaide. I can only speak of my experience, but from the moment of admission, through surgery & post op recovery, I received excellent care. The staff of St Clare ward were always there to help when needed - Corinna, the Breast Care nurse was so supportive. My room was spacious, cleaned regularly and the meals were more than adequate. I would happily return to Calvary North Adelaide again

nidhi manocha: I recently underwent endometriosis surgery, and unfortunately, I experienced a spike in my heart rate after the procedure. The cause of this issue is still unknown, but I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received from the medical staff and doctors. They acted swiftly and provided me with impeccable care, ensuring that I felt safe and well-cared for throughout the ordeal. I would like to give special recognition to Madam Meena, the night staff nurse, who went above and beyond in looking after me. Her level of care made me feel as if I were a member of her own family, and I am truly grateful for her dedication and support of all the other staff members too .

The delivery condition of our baby was not straightforward yet Dr Lam was able to make us feel assured on what would our plan be and its timing. During delivery, the assembled team was also also very caring like him that made us feel at ease and appreciate the moment. Lastly during post operation, the midwives at Ashford also gave us that consistent level of care throughout our stay in the hospital. So we are pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Dr Carl Lam especially for those first time parents.
Lisa G: I saw Dr Carl Lam as my obstetrician in 2023 for my first pregnancy. He is an extremely experienced doctor who is also a kind and genuine person. He always greets you warmly at every appointment and makes you feel like you are his top priority. I had a caesarean and the nurses all commented on how small and neat my scar looks, Dr Lam’s surgical skills are first class and I am so happy with the appearance of my scar. Also a special mention of Sue the Practice Manager who was always so friendly and makes you feel very special during your pregnancy journey. I am so happy with my decision to use Dr Lam’s rooms, I always felt safe and cared for.

Nicole Barnes: I first met Dr Anneliese the day of my miscarriage. She was amazing, supportive, understanding, caring and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Dr Anneliese was extremely supportive and reassuring during my next pregnancy, especially with my anxiety and worries after the earlier miscarriage. She offered additional appointments so i could see my growing baby and ease my worries. The labour was faultless. She was prepared for possible complications and approached each one with knowledge, care and expertise. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. We went on and had another baby and made sure Dr Anneliese would be there to see us through the pregnancy and birth! We wouldn't see anybody else!

Amelia Willcox: My partner has had two scans for our first pregnancy here. Both sonographers were extremely thorough, kind, patient and clearly exceptionally skilled technicians. Our last sonographer was Kerrie whom was amazing, and so so so thorough which we really appreciated for our 20 week scan. Doctors on both occasions were also helpful. Reception staff are also extremely skilled and helpful. Machines used for sonography are also top of the range with great image quality. Highly recommend getting scans here for pregnancy.

We first met Dr Ray Yoong when we attended Repromed after an uncomfortable experience with another specialist. Dr Ray made us feel so comfortable and supported. After successfully falling pregnant we chose to continue with him into obstetrics as we have full trust in his judgement, procedures and manner. He was on leave when I went into my c section early however he jumped at the opportunity to be there and deliver our son which was so special to us. He initially was recommended to my wife to help with her endometriois, for which she had been suffering with for many years. After countless appointments with other doctors, Dr. Ray recommended a small, non-invasive surgery. A few weeks afterwards for the first time in years my wife had a pain free cycle and has been pain free since. Although apprehensive at first for my wife to see a male doctor, I couldn't be happier with not only his professionalism and bedside manner but also his wide ranging knowledge and expertise. We are now 32 weeks pregnant and seeing Dr. Yoong for our pregnancy and we could not be happier and recommend him to as many people as possible!!

He is not only an amazing specialist but also actually genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend and always feel safe in the care of Ray.
