Steven Ryan: Took my ski to get a handle knock repaired and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the repair. This is a father and son operation that keeps things old school and personable. Harrison’s customer service is next to none and awesome to see from someone so young and his father’s craftsmanship shows his dedication to his craft. Couldn’t recommend higher.
Brett Watson: Just wanted to say a big thank you to Harrison and the crew at twister. They fixed my boats driveline and gave my trailer a freshen up in the brake department. I had an issue with the trailer coming home. They went out of there way and made a house call at 6pm, to get the issue sorted. If thats not what customer service is. I dont know what is.
Gavin Day (GD): We damaged the front of our keel with a rock. I contacted Harrison at Twister that after noon to see if they could do the repairs. 🙏No fuss ,friendly and professional. Great communication with myself and the work done was excellent quality. The Hull / keel repairs were done ahead of the agreed time with reasonable costs.Thanks to Harrison and the crew at Twister which kept our boat on the water within such short notice for our Riverland ski break.A+ sevice.👍😁

Yuki: … Their salesperson Caitlyn patiently went up to the top of the shelf twice to help me with the sizes, and kindly recommended me trying Bras N Things when she saw my struggle. She saved the bath suit I intended to get without a perfect fit while I left and try my luck in Bras N Things. She could have just sold me the product that I’m 80% happy with on spot, but instead she thought from the customer’s perspective and truly acted on their best interests. I visited the store on the last weekend before Christmas so it was very busy, but all of their staff were kind, patient, organised and eager to help. With Caitlyn’s help I found the bath suit that fits me nicely. This is the best shopping experience I have had and I just want to say THANK YOU again to Caitlyn.

Catering for both men and women! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff including Neil Teasdale!

Victoria Bourgonjen: This is my favourite outdoor shop in Adelaide! I've bought a lot of items in here over the years, including a pair of Scarpa hiking shoes today and the staff have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. It's a good idea to make this shop your first port of call if you need outdoor gear!
Bas Kirmani: While I didn't find exactly what I was looking for today, the advice and help from Bodhi and Ned was top notch; left informed and uplifted. Noting the shop is owned by the Scouts association, it had a friendly feel with an emphasis on technical integrity. Will certainly come back in future. Cheers guys!

These guys have boards to suit everyone. A nice little skate shop section, everything from body boards right through to mal's and the increasingly popular SUP's. More wetsuits than you could poke a stick at, for all budget ranges. The staff are next level!!! They all surf. When you walk onto this shop you'll feel like your right at home.

Before I had a chance I received a call from Snowys saying they noticed two orders exactly the same within moments and the very pleasant lady asked if this was intended or not. I really like the YouTube videos on products and also their podcast is very informative. Staff training and knowledge is exceptional as demonstrated by Ben and Lauren on the Snowys podcast/YouTube channel. The Facebook group Snowys Camping Banter is also very useful for answering questions.
