West Beach Skate Parks: what do users think?

Christian Roessler: Giving the x gen a chance to take some risks. Lots of Videos and great memories.

KOBUS VAN WYK: West Beach Skate Parks is a top-notch skate destination! The park itself is fantastic, with a variety of ramps and features that cater to skaters of all levels. The 24/7 lighting is a huge plus, allowing skaters to ride at any hour. The views of the plains are also a stunning bonus - it's a beautiful spot to spend the day. However, I did notice that the seating area could use a fresh coat of paint, as it's looking a bit worn and tired. A minor complaint in an otherwise excellent skate park. Overall, West Beach Skate Parks is a must-visit for any skate enthusiast - just don't forget to bring your sunscreen and a fresh eye for the seating area!

Tyler Newmarch: Insane food and a perfect place to BMX, scoot and skate. Progression here is really good with beginner, intermediate and advanced sections all around the place. Would go again to practice.

Stephen Ger: I quite enjoy this place. Great place to watch the kids and teens honing their skate skills, but I love this place to watch the aircraft take off and land.

Elliot hamoy: Drop the half pipe it’s only 13 foot

Lauren Waters: - we were there for hours and could have stayed all day!

彤記TUNGKee: Nice

Harvey Duff: Great for beginners and advanced/pro skateboarders, inliners, scooter riders with bowls, tracks and the amazing 1/2 pipe for the advanced. Toilets available and Kiosk open from 1100.

James Dunlop: Great place for a skate young or old. Friendly people and a cafe.

JEPESS HEPESS: Best skatepark I've been to

James Searle: Epic skate park. Huge half pipe. Massive skate bowl. Small amount of grind box and pole options. Another small little bowl with crusiey mellow edges. Definitely more for the bowls and half pipe though.

Oaklands Recreation Plaza: what do users think?

Elaine Cohen: Relaxing taken my dog for a walk

Daniel: Busy at times

wj: The Plaza is only a small area with a very small carpark but it is packed with things to do for kids of all ages. From the energetic Skate park to the leisurely picnic table and bonus there is a Public toilet. But as someone who walks here it also serves as an entrance to the much larger reserves the Wetlands and the Estate. And as such it's like a breath of fresh air that welcomes you to the peace and tranquillity of Oaklands.

Steven Dewhirst: Love this place to walk my dog and relax. A great range of activities and events over the course of the week so keep an eye on the Marion council website. I catch up with girlfriends in the morning and walk our dogs and have a good chat over there. The wetlands are beautiful with wildlife too. If you like to take photos.Playground: Plenty to do skating basketball and other activitiesRestrooms: Several of locationsDog-friendliness: Dogs welcome but pop them on a leash near the lake and within 15mtres of the playgrounds other than that leach free. Enjoy 😊

Barbara Loach: This was nice on a day like this. Very humid. The bird life is incredible and very restfulPicnic area: The picnic area is lovely. No playground isn't available because bird life like to wander around. No dogs either.

Ahmed Ghanem: Beautiful there I love it just walking make a different to my day

Stephanie Scanlan: The ducklings were curious, and came out of the water to see me! There was a Rosella looking in the tree nest too. So beautiful to be in nature.

Ray Collingwood: Great spot lots fun.

Rachael Dean: Great park for a stroll in the wetlands, or with the kids down the back is a playground, plenty of grass areas and BBQs, dog friendly. Great place for family get togethers.

Vandilaide TheTrailSnail: Good park for the novice to the elite. From the times I've been there, everyone had respect for others and some kids were even helping other kids with their riding.AlthoughI dont understand why they put a nature strip in the middle like that. So many opportunities missed, even if it was just flat cement. As soon as you hit the nature strip unintentionally, unless you're on a bmx you're going over the bars.

RF Dudes gaming: This is my favourite skatepark by far i learned how to drop in on the small quarter pipe and it’s great fun

Daniel crettenden: Great fun for the kids

Rancid: OH YEAH! the pokemon in the area? world class.. the talent on the ramps? world class.. the benches? perfect class. I love dis lil park, such a vibe! #skate #ibis #pokemon #gym

Benjamin Close: This is the kids go to skate park. With something for everyone..it's not as busy as.othwr skate parks and also is great for learning new skills as there is large flat runs unlike some skate parks.

Phil Tann: Really good facilities for skating, fun and family time.I live bringing my kids here.

Leaf: It's fantastic. Has a bench with a solar panel roof that charges your phone form 8 USB ports or 2 wireless charging spots on the table.Big LED flood lights cover the whole place with great light and these can be turned on for an hour with the press of a green button on one of the posts.

Marty Johnson: Awesome skate park

Mj Core: Family friendly. Modern style layout.

Juro Molnar: Very nice little park that is well designed for beginner and seasoned users. Friendly people, will be glad to return.

vicky shirley: Amazing it is giant and great for learners not that many people at 6 so yeah I recommend

christine martin: The kids love this space.

Golden Grove Skate Park: what do users think?

Michael Raimondo: Kids like going there especially when there's no one else there.

Kym Newton: A nice place to visit and the kids love it.

clayman Aussie n proud: Smooth concrete good sections and is very clean. Safe being next to Cop Shop.Gets VERY crowded with novice kids on scooters so pick Ur times as to not get caught up in the middle of the chaos and you'll have a excellent experience!

Benjamin Close: This is one of the kids favourite skate parks. With a deep bowl but lots of bits for kids of all ages. Parking and toilets are close by and when the kids have had enough of the skate park a few minutes walk and they enjoy the nearby playground.

Rancid: I swore at your children, I HAVE NO REMORSE..

Michael Potts: Great skate park for the kids. Well maintained and next to the police station! Would recommend.

Samantha Hyndman: Great play ground very pretty park.

Lovepreet Singh: hh

clayman Aussie n proud: Awesome variety of sections to link up and smooth concrete complements many levels of height to drop in or hit! Wild fun plenty of room so that's why I give it 5 Stars

Benjamin Close: Set back about 100m off the main road, on the western side of the golf course is this hidden gem. Set in a tranquil park next to a playground is this large skate park. With a 3-4m high half pipe, multiple ramps and areas to grind and jump. Our kids spend over an hour having a ball.

Marja Sopanen: Good outdoor fun area for all ages. Scate/scooter park, basketball, playground, sandpit, grass area and multible BBQ with table and seating.

귀여운쟁이: The skate park is decent, good variety of ramps. The basketball court has terrible soft fall rubber which is missing bits in it and reduces the bounce of the basketball. There's a playground, chairs and benches and a BBQ area here too.

JM “HighwaterTrouser87” Asmolo: Great recreational facilities for skater and kids. Lots of space well maintained.

Matthew C: Seems well patronised

Robert Ardill: Good layout. Includes easier section for the younger kids. Not too busy.

Janna Matthews: Toilets are close, shaded areas surround the skate park, skate park is good for beginners and more experienced people.

BrA KeS: It's a good park, but way to many scooter kids. Makes it hard to skate without takin' one or more of 'em out 😅🤙

Catherine Smith: Excellent.

Cj Ismail: Prime romper punch

Tim Karl: Take my son to the skate park , he absolutely loves the place which makes me happy

Nathan Cook: Great ramp for all ages. Playground in the same area as well as toilets. Carpark is open 8am to 8pm and in the winter months it's all lit up very we.

Bjorn Ludvigsen: Great skate park and playground. Easy parking and public toilets

Forhad Hossain: Nice place for kids.

Russell King: One of the better skateparks in the state, this one is in great condition and should meet all challengers. Plenty of areas for multiple tricks and jumps and smaller areas for those not so confident. There is also ample sitting area and places to ‘chill’. Highly recommend for skateboards, scooters or bikes

St Clair Skate Park: what do users think?

Dania Sy: 👍

Dan Monceaux: A relatively new, open, skate park with low ramps, shelves and some interesting gaps and rails. Main distinctive feature is a kidney shaped bowl with a shallow and a deep end. Basketball court and large scale children's play equipment adjacent.

Ishy Skating: Really good smaller skatepark as part of a larger recreational area. The lights are some of the best I have seen in terms of coverage, brightness and timimg, the lights seem to turn off around 9:30pm.The quater pipes and bowl are quite wippy with what feels like a smaller radius than most other parks I have skated. Besides the tiny quater with no coaping I wouldn't have beginners learning to drop in. The bowl had pool coaping but it isn't extremely pounced so it feels decent if you are use to metal coaping. There is a bit of vert into a fairly whippy transition on the deeper side, which I found interesting on a not too deep bowl. Took a bit to get use to but overall easy enough to skate when you get use to it, didn't think it felt or looked like there was any over vert. When I went later in the evening it was not that busy with only a few kids and families around. When I fell, I slid well but never felt like I lost traction in my wheels from the surface. There were some cool little ledges that I wish I was good enough to use as they looked fun for a slappy or slide.Overall, it was really clean, smooth, well lit. Not sure about after hours amenities such as bathrooms and if it's busy during the day but great for an evening skate and carve. Lots of banks of various sizes which is good for beginners and families. There is lots of flat around the park for beginners or families, I also noticed some curbs being used towards the back end of the skatepark which is cool, to keep the garden in but also for a tiny grind/ side opertunity for skateboards, skates and scooters.Keen to come back at some point.

Georgia B: Excellent skatepark for all levels of ability! Flat park layout, with ramps and pipes, plus a big bowl.Good for skates, scooters, skateboarders. Might be a bit small for bikes.Beautiful location, tons of parking and a great centre right there for drinks and snacks.

Patricia-anne Horton: More shade in the skate zone

caleb: Fully sick

Raph Plumridge: This place is amazing I love the idea of a street style plaza for the street scooter riders and skateboarders this place has everything even a hidden park bowl stashed away in the back away from the plaza very smart idea 10/10 will ride here a lot

Reece Dohse: Awesome playground something for everyone.

Kylie Nguyen: Good location, I like that if the st recreation centre is open which most the time it is you can walk over there to get a coffee or something to eat. Toilets located inside recreation centre but if closed there is an outside toilet adjacent to building. Parking spaces are also close by and visible making it handy to carry bbq items when having a bbq at the park with family.

Arek Tarnowski: Perfects slopes for younger kids and those starting to get the hang of a skateboard

Justin Joo: Having fun family boards riding

Karen Heward: Excellent for young and old, mid to experienced scooter, bike or skateboard riders.

Glenn McCallum: Good to keep the grandkids busy and active for a while

Carl O'Donoghue: Great little skatepark. Usually have the place to yourself too. No toilets or drinking tap, so be sure to take your own water. The nearby BMX track is not open to the public at any given time.

Nathaniel Chang: Just a good skate park not many people around and has lights so a win for everyone

clayman Aussie n proud: Great sections to link up requires a certain level of experienced rider/skater to really enjoy the smooth concrete which gives you a chance to pick up some serious speed on some lines. Respect the locals and everyone can enjoy

Mandeep: Woow.. Friends and fun place

Abhishek Chauhan: Great skatepark , kids absolutely loved it , public amenities around it are a little sparse so pls keep that in mind. Not too busy either so perfect for kids who are starting to learn skateboarding or scootering. Will come again!

Paul Munday: OUR TWO GREAT GRAND CHILDREN LOVED THIS OPPOTUNITY TO TRY OUT THERE FIRST EVER SCOOTERING AND IT SO HAPPENED TO BE AT THIS VERY SKATE PARK, IT'S LIKE A BIT OF FULL CIRCLE, BECAUSE 11×YEARS AGO WE TOOK ANOTHER TWO OF OUR FAMILY OUR GRAND CHILDREN TO THIS VERY SAME PLACE, IN THERE FIRST OUTING OF SCOOTERING, AND BY THE WAY HAVE NOW PROGRESSED INTO SOME COMPETATIVE SCOOTERING COMPETITIONS AS THEY ARE NOW 17 AND 19 YEARS OF AGE. IT'S A GREAT MINI SKATE PARK FOR CHILDREN TO LEARN AND DEVELOPE THERE SKILLS, THANKYOU

Rachel Murchland: and a great playground next to it

Damien Dorian: Lovely park... however disappointing that dog owners ignore the "dog free zone" signs

Raph Plumridge: Rode here most of my growing up years great beginners skatepark nice small spine for those who want too learn spine tricks could do with an upgrade as it is a little small in my opinion but all in all lovely skatepark good for both beginners and intermediate riders

Josh M: Love this park as mellow and quite as it is but it lacks simple things like a drink fountain a table for food, equipment, etc. This place could do with a small reno adding onto what already there like connect the stairs tucked away to the big pad at the back like why just cut it off it would stop so many injuries from kids snaking each other as well as a little open spot to practice tricks without being in the way.

Michael Gray: Lojg

liam brown: Small skate park great place for beginners

geoff grimwade: Good park to learn to skate and enjoy it too

Ryan Bilney: Could be a bit bigger but it is still really good for practising tricks

RJ Mackus: It’s a really good skate park it may be small not much people come when you are there and you can do so much different stuff for bikes skateboards and scooters

Jay: A small but good neighbourhood skatepark, surface has good traction, smooth transitions and well set coping on the 1/4 pipe, suits all ages and various level of skills. Shaded sitting area, Water Fountain and a Maintenance Bench, complete with tools. About a 40-50mtr walk from nearby carpark, bus stop and roads.

ISAAC: Great place

Amanda Jane Rooney: Good little beginners skate park. With a playground as well but NO toilets.

evelyn m.: It's quite small. Perfect for beginners.
