Marissa got the important measurements from me over the phone and rang back within an hour with a suggested model. My information to her had been slightly inaccurate so when we sorted that out, she said that she would look for something else and rang back a little while later with a perfect suggestion, which I bought. Justin C: trap and seal set. I then rang Highgrove at Windsor gardens and spoke with Jack who was confident they'd have the seal because it was from a Cassa Lusso toilet - a brand they still supply. I took the old seal with me to ensure I could get a match and I was met by Jack, who looked at the old seal, went out to the warehouse and returned with exactly what I needed. All within a couple of minutes of walking in the door. Awesome! Not only was the service fantastic but the price was great too. Great work, Jack!

Pizza salutare: I regularly visit Woodville Bunnings and have been in Australia for long time, but I haven't encountered such friendly staff anywhere in the country until now. Lexi, a staff member, provided exceptional service and offered honest opinions on paint-related queries. Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.
