Marissa got the important measurements from me over the phone and rang back within an hour with a suggested model. My information to her had been slightly inaccurate so when we sorted that out, she said that she would look for something else and rang back a little while later with a perfect suggestion, which I bought. Kevin not only provided prompt and direct information, he also enquired about some options which led to the company donating the products and delivering them for free! I have ordered two vanity and I have picked them from the store. Mistakenly I have ordered a wrong vanity, realised after coming home. They have changed the order and deliver the correct item on next working day to my place for free which I have never expected. All the parts I bought are quality product. Now is the time to see how those fittings gonna serve me over time.
