Joe Evangelista: Dr. Rajinder Singh Rai and Dr. Nicholas Webster Marks have given me a fantastic medical experience for my bladder tumor removal yesterday.Polite, respectful and extremely experienced professionals.Special mention to the admissions staff members Anna and Toni who made me feel welcome with great care and attention to detail.This is all possible with the staff here going above and beyond.Great off street parking making it extremely easy for patients and visitors with no clowns out the front of the reception area smoking cigarettes.Thank you to everyone for providing a level of care exceeding my overall expectations.The experienced nurses are beautiful and go above and beyond to make you comfortable.The menu and quality of food here is amazing with very clean rooms.Well done everyone.6/5 stars from me.

Every aspect from pre admission to admission, pre op and post op care was professional and very caring.All staff were great from nursing staff, orderlies, radiology, housekeeping & food service.Even though the hospital is showing its age in some areas, I would still highly recommend it and am so glad my doctor chooses this hospital for her surgeries.

Malyka: i just had my gallbladder removed yesterday and i’ve had nothing but beautiful nurses helping with my pain management and keeping me comfortable especially nurse jami she was an amazing nurse and went out of her way to make sure i was as comfortable as possible and when i was in excruciating pain she grabbed me warm blankets to help with the pains and swapped them out multiple times till my pain was bareable and i recommend this hospital the nurses are beautiful and go above and beyond to make you comfortable

Lisa Pope: The nursing staff at Calvary North Adelaide are lovely - professional, caring and friendly. The food is tasty and well prepared. The hospital is a little tired but clean and more than functional. Only issue for me was that the jugged water had an odd taste that even cordial didn’t overcome. Overall you are in good hands if you have a procedure here.
Barbara Van Ruth: My husband recently had a day procedure done here as the wait list at the RAH was long. He was so happy with the Calvary and found the staff to be so caring and a very happy crew. It is an anxious time when requiring any procedures and the staff can make or break this.He can not recommend them highly enough. Thankyou for your care.
Delia Brennan: Didn't get to eat much of the meals, as the appetite wasn't there, but tasted them, and the food was excellent. Didn't get to fill out the card. As a long standing vegetarian commercial cook, thought the effort gone into a vegetarian meal was excellent.
Libby Carey: I recently spent a week in Calvary North Adelaide. I can only speak of my experience, but from the moment of admission, through surgery & post op recovery, I received excellent care. The staff of St Clare ward were always there to help when needed - Corinna, the Breast Care nurse was so supportive. My room was spacious, cleaned regularly and the meals were more than adequate. I would happily return to Calvary North Adelaide again

Being on call 24/7 and always answering any of our questions, even the silly ones- they were nothing but helpful.Thank You again to the incredible staff. nidhi manocha: I recently underwent endometriosis surgery, and unfortunately, I experienced a spike in my heart rate after the procedure. The cause of this issue is still unknown, but I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received from the medical staff and doctors. They acted swiftly and provided me with impeccable care, ensuring that I felt safe and well-cared for throughout the ordeal. I would like to give special recognition to Madam Meena, the night staff nurse, who went above and beyond in looking after me. Her level of care made me feel as if I were a member of her own family, and I am truly grateful for her dedication and support of all the other staff members too .

Suzanne: I have been going in and out for sometime now and I am actually doing really well due to the admissions. I have found the staff to be caring and understanding. Not every admission has gone with out a flaw. That is to be expected because no two people are the same so therefore no two nurses are the same. I have received good medical treatment and very caring staff.I would have one thing to say on the negative is the smoking area although outside has a blower above the door when people go out and come in. The only job that does is to blow the smoke back inside the hospital. The nurses station and the hallway is always smelling of smoke. A simple solution is to put an extractor fan inside that lounge area which would stop the smoke escaping to other areas of the hospital. It’s not a healthy area to be in when you use a cpap.That is the only gripe I have. The facilities and staff are of a high standard.

Sue Hamam: A BIG THANK YOU to the whole team at FMC.Yesterday my husband wasn't well. The ambulance arrived within 5 minutes and the paramedics were wonderful and stabilised him. He then went to emergency and got in straight away. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who cared for him throughout yesterday. He had Atrial Fibrillation so finally the heart returned to normal rhythm late afternoon. He was admitted to be watched overnight and hopefully home today. The staff were all so caring, attentive and professional in their approach. We feel very grateful and appreciate all the hard work you do on a daily basis.Many thanks again.
Sally Hurst: Just great the staff here were awesome and I felt well cared for and in good hands when I arrived for surgery, staff worked to keep me comfortable when ever I needed and worked to keep me stable while waiting for surgery, and nursing staff helped me post surgery being by my side with anything I needed or any questions I had everytime so much knowledge and care, even the surgical team were just fantastic 😍really appreciate it guys!

Jazz: Couldn’t be happier with my experience here after arriving with severe nerve pain that other hospitals had failed to provide help with. Flinders Medical was prompt with their treatment response and provided a very thorough, friendly and supportive experience for me. They quickly ensured that my pain was controlled as a priority and made me as comfortable as possible despite the additional difficulties that hospitals are experiencing at the moment. All staff were very supportive, helpful and kind making my overall experience very positive. They are professional, thorough and go great lengths to explain/diagnose issues without rushing patients out the door due to current ED stresses . 10/10.

Attended clinic for some months and the care and expertise given by Margi and her team of nurses was above and beyond... they are fantastic, clinic VERY busy but nurses always happy and kind to everyone...we are very lucky to have access to this wonderful clinic.

Jun Suk: I highly recommend Burnside hospital for having your baby. The team of midwives at maternity unit was beyond our imagination. Fiona, Gemma, Jenna, Montana, Sophie, Lee, Merrilyn and everyone else we encountered were all so amazing and we can’t thank them enough for the care they provided us when we were very lost with being the first time parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for our future family plan.

Yannis Brown: Had a vaccination the doctor I was to see was running behind the staff arranged for another doctor to see me who had a moment and cut my wait short. Brilliant!Update: 2024 another trip to Asia and the doctor was very thorough with expectations, how to best protect myself based on my plans and what vaccinations I should look at. In the end, I was fairly up to date and just had a booster for TDAP.
Derick Hardaway: Dr. Stacey was nice and provided pin-point advice for my situation. Great one.
Carolyn Cochrane: I have been coming here for many years for travel vaccinations. Globe continue to be a very thorough and friendly service. The vaccination experience is painless which is always a bonus! I would highly recommend Globe Medical.

Dr Bob has a wealth of knowledge about travel locations and potential medical issues and risks that could arise. His medical knowledge and experience is extensive and is he is thorough and confident in the advice he provides. Dr Bob seems to have travelled everywhere and is genuinely interested and encouraging of his patients travel plans/adventures. Even the senior ones!The medical kit and travel book authored by Dr Bob are invaluable and certainly helped me avoid a nasty skin infection on a previous trip.The front desk staff were courteous and efficient and the nurse who administered our vaccines was very professional and gentle.A 5 star medical practice for travellers.

The other essential has been their filtration water bottles.

bodomad2009: From initial report to ED through to discharge was nothing but professional. Every nurse/doctor was very affable and I was always treated with care. The room and facilities are kept very clean. The food was surprisingly tasty and when a meal was missed, due to surgery, sandwiches and snacks were provided without asking.I have day surgery in a month to remove temporary stent and am not nervous as I know what to expect.

Jillian Miller: I was recently ill with COVID, after phoning the clinic a doctor rang back regarding an E script for antivirals and talked through the reactions to my current meds which she had looked up. She emailed instructions and a phone check was made later to ensure I had the email. A clinic nurse then phone checked on me on four separate days until I was well enough. Excellent treatment.

Jamaica Blue cafe downstairs provides some alternative options during the day which is handy. Even the staff at the front desk were so polite and welcoming

Especially Dr. Swapnil Pandit, Nurse Sharmila, and Nurse Tereesa provided excellent care to me. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything well. David Barlow: Attended Ashfield Private Hospital in July this year for an angiogram. Made to feel at home right from the reception to being admitted to the theatre ward for day surgery.The medical staff were fantastic before and after my procedure. Warren McLean: I had need to go to emergency at Ashford hospital on 10th May. The reception at emergency was very responsive and I was in a CatScan within half an hour or so and then straight up to surgery. The timings are a bit hazy but it all seemed to be non stop.I woke up in ICU where I spent 3 days that was the most thorough care you could want. Lisa, a nurse of some 30 years was sharp, caring and very supportive. The team around her were well drilled.I spent another 5 days In Marleston ward where the staff are a mix of very experienced and less experienced nurses.I never heard a moan when some patients buzzed a bit often, they all just went about it professionally and for the most seemed happily. Night staff were particularly good.I would have utmost confidence if I need them again.
Suzanne Haynes: I found the nurses and doctors amazing. Every step the way was communicated clearly to us with supporting material. I was made very comfortable prior to my procedure and during my time in the critical care unit. The food was amazing equalled by the service and friendness. Her care and utmost patience are incredible and I have felt so looked after and confident during my pregnancy thanks to her advice, constant follow-up and calming nature.The staff at Adelaide Obstetrics have also been incredible! Holly Hutchings: , you can just call the front desk and a midwife will always call you back for a thorough chat, advice or to get you in for a check up. The birth and delivery, dad and partner, sleep and first aid classes held at the clinic were great and are all included.Amy was such an incredible OB - she’s friendly, highly intelligent, funny and thorough. She anticipated early that my pregnancy might head in a certain direction and talked me through potential risks and outcomes. I was induced at 38 weeks and sure enough, what she thought might happen ended up happening - but I felt completely calm and prepared because she had informed my husband and I in advance and again on the day of our daughter’s birth. I have complete trust in the Adelaide Obs team and would have been happy with any of the Obstetricians caring for me. Delivering at Ashford was a wonderful experience too.
Nadiah: Dr Munt is an exceptional and brilliant obstetrician who is also incredibly kind and warm. She guided me through my pregnancy and birth with the utmost care. Maddison Veitch: After suffering a miscarriage our first pregnancy, and then experiencing some issues in the early stages of our second pregnancy, my husband and I saw Dr Stephen Lane who provided the utmost care and understanding throughout. We saw him regularly, checking baby’s growth and that everything was tracking as planned, despite the issues that we were having. He delivered our precious baby boy via C-section and always put our needs and the health of our little bubba first. We are now seeing him again for our third pregnancy/second child and couldn’t be happier. Such a lovely man and the staff at Adelaide Obstetrics are also great with patients and incredibly helpful both in the clinic and over the phone. Couldn’t speak more highly of this practice and Dr Stephen Lane.

Tina Namow: I have been in many hospitals over my 75 years of age. I have been in public and private hospitals all around Australia. I can honestly say the best hospital I have ever been in for short and long stays is the Western Hospital. I feel safe, respected and the staff are so professional and caring. I am never nervous if I go there as I know I will get proper professional care, and that means a lot to me and the community it serves. The doctors I have seen there are so experienced and professional.
Wayne Pickett: You would have to travel far and wide to find a better community hospital with the facilities and range of services as at Western Community. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative would be the difficulty at times in finding a park.

Cathy Davies: I’ve utilised Bensons Radiology a couple of times at the hospital and the staff have been wonderful. My only issue is with the Medicare rebate. I had my injection on Monday and still waiting for the rebate to go back in to my account. Western, being a private hospital, should have up to date services, the Medicare rebate should be put straight back in to your account at time of payment.

Courtney Robbins: Defiantly the best hospital experience I’ve ever had . From the moment my referral went through the gp was organised and got me through to the procedures the following week . Gp , nurses , doctors and anaesthesia specialist were all amazing and went above and beyond and made me feel well looked after and taken care of especially as it was a unfamiliar environment for me and I have bad anxiety so they helped so much . From the moment I walked in the receptionist was lovely then the holding room gave me a warm blanket , socks , dressing gown etc and made me feel so comfortable. Then the anaesthetic specialist which I was really nervous about made me feel listened to and supported even when going under nurse and him were so friendly and kind . Recovery room were all great too . Definitely recommend them all thank you for looking after me and making me feel safe .

Yuri Vicente: I had surgery a month ago and my experience was very positive!The nurses were giving attention and caring a lot, always asking if everything was okay, if I was needing something and etc.I didn't have any issues with painkillers. They were being administrated all the time and I was very comfortable.I'm also hearing impaired, and they made me have a very positive experience regarding this too. I've recently been in both public and private and I can say my experience at the NECH was far nicer, more friendly and relaxed than the public system. Building is old, has a lot of charm, but still clean and well maintained.Special shout out to my nurse who had a good chat with me and was very polite through the whole thing.

I was attended to immediately when I called for assistance, and the nurses ensured I was receiving pain relief at the correct times to prevent me from discomfort.You are all angels! Thank you x
