Fire Hazard: This is a great place to find high quality baked goods. They are open 24/7 and have phenomenal staff. Everything we tried was great and we would get it again.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp right through the front door with plenty of seating.

Matthew McLean: Hi management, can I recommend training the new staff on knowing the same price as the sign on the shelf. Tonight, I was overcharged, and your team member needed correcting. This happened another time I went in also. Both times, they refunded the difference, though it took a slight debate. You may need to identify a bum steer the new team members might be getting.

Timothy Hickman: Best pies in Adelaide big range great flavours pie of the month Aussie Lamb superb with mint jelly cannot wait for plates to come back good coffee to.Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be good with ramp in and out might be a bit tight internally with tables and chairs.

Jay Marie: Good coffee and the vegan cake/biscuit thing we got tasted a little undercooked but was big and tasted good enough.Vegetarian options: All the biscuits and cakes are vegan, and there are lots of options.Wheelchair accessibility: From memory, at least one entrance had a ramp inside, and there was lots of space for manoeuvring around.

Michael Raine: Food was really good. The salt and pepper squid was tasty, and tender, the chips were good, but maybe a little light on the squid and heavy on chips. The porterhouse was probably the best steak I had in a long time, cooked perfect, presented well, and accompanied with some great veg.The waiting staff were helpful and the open kitchen made a good atmosphere.

4chillies: was the stand out.Vegetarian options: Yes.Dietary restrictions: Most people can eat.Parking: Lots.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Squeezy but yes.

Sam Williamson: Amazing food - being vegetarian I was not sure what id be able to choose from on a set menu - but there was Soooo much great food! Even vegan options and other dietary needs are welcomed.Great atmosphere and the staff know what’s up when it comes to service and their customers; and knowing the menu.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vego food on the menu.Dietary restrictions: All dietary needs are catered for - they’ll be sure to find something for you

Foodie Files Melbourne: We visited Africola for dinner which is probably the coolest restaurant in South Australia and really reminded me of some of the fun eateries in London, turns out the owner is from the UK and has settled in Adelaide, lucky for us he’s brought an immaculately styled venue with a killer atmosphere.Food wise my favourite was the peri peri chicken and the yummy carrot side. The chicken skin sandwich is kind of a signature but I wasn’t a huge fan. If you can book into the open kitchen seating that would be a really cool experience also.

Fionn MacRedmond: I mean sometimes, very rarely, you go somewhere and everything delivers. This was one of those places. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. Truly, it was elevated. And interesting...not just boring generic blah blah food other places churn out. This was menu was creative and with intention. We're from Melbourne so sadly won't be back anytime soon, however will be singing the praises for some time to come. Bravo..Brava!

Carolyn Lee: Innovative and flavourful food with superb service and great atmosphere. If you want to try something a bit different in Adelaide, this is the place to go. All the food was incredibly tasty and well thought out with interesting flavours but still using familiar ingredients. The service was SO good here, our waiter was attentive and enthusiastic without ever being pushy. Loved the vibe of the whole restaurant.Would recommend the Peri Peri Chicken, Chicken Liver Pate and Crispy Chicken Tea Sandwich.

Aaron Henderson: My wife and I just rolled back to our Air BnB after an exceptional experience at Africola. The food ,service and the atmosphere was on point. It was a first time trying a fusion of African food and I can happily say we'll be back again.Well done team Africola 👏

Rosey Connolly: Big thank you to the team at africola ..wow wow wow.. amazing service ..amazing culinary delights.. we sat outside ..where warm enough.. but mostly the lovely young lady that served us on the night made the outing even more special..big thank you ❤️ the wine selection we had to choose from..perfect .. loved the B Chardonnay and even got to met the wine maker 😄. We thoroughly enjoyed the even .. 10 out of ten ..❤️💯

Steve Tempest: I really enjoyed my dining experience here, and will be remembered. A lot of new food experiences with each course and all were extremely tasty.I'd definitely recommend this place for people who like to try new things they wouldn't get elsewhere. Everyone left feeling very full which is often hard with a degistation style sitting.

Maria Kl: Food was exceptional and lovely experience.

Mel: Totally lived up to the reviews. Amazing unique and interesting food, that's great value. They only do feed me menus and there was SO MUCH food! They happily put it in takeaway containers for us. Drinks were excellent. The vibe and playlist was spot on. Must go if you're in Adelaide! Remember to book in advance. Also, they aren't open all day, even though it says they are on the website. Only open from 6 pm for dinner.

Chris Braeker: What a revelation this place is! The food was absolutely spectacular and full of surprises. We loved every moment of it. Our group of three was sat at the bar which was great to appreciate Gios handy work. He was the best host and made us feel comfortable. We will certainly be back!

Daniel: French toast was lovely. Close to perfect, only micro comment is that if the cream was cold it would add a nice contrast to the warm French toastNo decaf coffee available unfortunately, but they made me a weak one which was quite nice

Brendon H Bennett: Great coffee and food

Richard Phillips: Went here on a drizzly Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The cafe is located in a quiet, secluded alleyway in the East End and is only a short walk from the Botanic Gardens. It has a nice, bright interior and friendly staff. A great find while I was visiting Adelaide 👍.

Golden Boy: what do users think?

Me Pips: We’ve been to Golden Boy so many times. Yeah, it’s that good. Tonight we had great table service - thank you Isaiah! And it got me thinking what’s so great about Golden Boy. I mean apart from the spectacular food. It’s the customer service. The wait staff know the menu and are passionate about the dishes, relaying the details with wide eyed enthusiasm. A delight as always.

Sara: My daughter took me to Golden Boy on a Monday at lunchtime. We were celebrating my birthday as well as her own, which both occur in August. We chose to order the tuk tuk menu rather than having a full a la carte. We mentioned what type of tastes we had when it came to Asian fusion/Thai food and let the staff serve us a variety of dishes. The portions were extremely generous and absolutely delicious. The staff waited until we had consumed one dish before bringing on another. We can highly recommend the betel leaf with ocean trout if you enjoy something spicy - such delicate little servings, and the soft shell crab dish was a particular winner. Diners have both spoon and fork as cutlery or can use chopsticks if preferred.Coconut ice cream was an ideal dessert.Chilled wine accompanied our meal. The young man who waited on us was a delight.I cannot speak highly enough of Golden Boy and am at a loss to understand the couple of negative reviews I have read. The positives certainly outweigh that minority anyway.

Ruth Carpenter: Golden Boy was recommended to us, and we're so glad we went there. It was the best meal of our 3 weeks holiday in Australia! The service was excellent. Georgie, who served us, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She gave good advice too.The food itself was to die for. We chose the tasting menu, and it was hard to choose a favourite from all the tasty, interesting dishes. We're planning to come back to Adelaide and will be booking Golden Boy for sure, maybe every night!

Keith Seanard: We have gotten into the habit of doing the chefs choice menus and this was one of the best. The waitress asked about preferences and I had a beef main and everyone else got to share seafood and chicken. Don’t be fooled by the small serving sizes, I left feeling very full. The food was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Since it was my wife’s birthday, they brought her a funny desert. My only complaint was the loud music more suited to a bar than dining.Vegetarian options: My girls were quite happyParking: I suggest you Uber to and from as there is no easy parking

Mitchell Hadjinicolaou: My partner and I had dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night celebrating my birthday. I have been to Golden 4 times and it never disappoints. We were served by Georgia who informed us she had only been working there for a month but her service was exceptional and she said she was really enjoying working there. The food was amazing and a great variety. The 8 courses we shared was more than enough food and we were never waiting too long between dishes. Can’t recommend a better place and we are looking forward to our next time there.

LADAMSPIANO: . They all contain very flavourful food, and we even had left overs which were amazing for lunch the next day.The atmosphere in there was amazing, nice subtle music, and everyone simply delighting in the food they were being served. All the staff were extremely polite and professional! If I could I would give this place a 6/5 stars it was that amazing. Thanks for leaving a lasting impression 😁Dietary restrictions: They can make anything to suit the dietary needs. Very versatile menu with interchangeable ingredients. My girlfriend has celiac so they made sure everything was gluten free!

Matthew Yong-O'Gorman: Hit and miss with dishes. Wouldn't rush back when in Adelaide.

Dyan Higgs: The restaurant is beautiful inside just need a bit more lighting to read menus. The mains were delicious I do recommend the wagyu rump and adobo chicken. The salad was dressed well too. We had the buffalo mozzarella as a starter it said chilli on the menu we couldn’t taste any it needed a little more zing. Overall we had a great time and would visit again

Chen Angel: The food, service and environment are very comfortable. The appetizers are delicious, kingfish yummy. The pasta is very special and has a very chewy texture. In addition, the staple beef is super delicious, and the fried onions go well with it.The tiramisu for dessert was also good but very sweet.Meal time is 6-9:30, very full. For a meal of 7 people, I had the impression that two bottles of white wine were opened, and the cost was about 750 Australian dollars.

Ben Anastassi: My wife and I wanted a date lunch Press* did not disappoint. We had a bottle of French wine which was described perfectly for us by the waiter and we were seated in a very nice spot where we could enjoy our time and chat together. We shared all of our dishes and the staff were so attentive and always cleared the dishes and wiped the table between serves. All flavors were great but the stand out dish was the kangaroo tartare the flavour was unexpected and amazing. Thankyou to the staff that looked after us and I apologise for not getting names to put in this review.

Coreen Taylor: We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It had been a really tough previous 24 hours and our waitress Lulu was exceptional. She made our experience lovely, knowledgeable of the menu too. We loved the fresh oysters, our small plates of tuna and pork skewer, amazing kangaroo tartare and mains barramundi and the abodoe chicken with a side of Brussel sprouts was fresh and tantalising. A quiet celebration to celebrate love and life. Thankyou Press Food and Wine and Lulu!

Another highlight is the special - scallops!! Coconut and scallops?! Who would have thought !!!!! Wine list also good! We had white and red. Definitely recommend the red! 💕staffs are very nice and friendly!

Rob Gibson: Attentive service and tasty original Thai dishes

Aman Mattoo: This place has been long awaiting on our list of places we wanted to try. The quality of food is very high, ingredients and products used are of fantastic quality. My favourite dish was the beef cheek, perfectly braised and melting in the mouth and very gelatinous the way I expected it to be. The salt and pepper squid had a nice sweet and sour dressing drizzle over it although i could enjoy the squids a bit more crispy with the dressing only in the salad and not so much on the squids. The other dishes sounded very appealing and would love the come back to try them out too. Ill get straight to the highlight of the evening and that was Carmen the wait staff. She explained all the specials to us, gave us enough time to settle in and made some great recommendations and came and checked on us every now and then to make sure we had everything we needed. She served us with a smile through the evening.Great place and would definitely go back.

yTez Nash: Food is very good and excellent service. Rather cramped and uncomfortable stools at some tables. A little expensive. Had the tasting menu. Very nice s&p squid. Pork belly for me was mostly fat. Overall Very tasty.Parking: Parked in market car park

Mel: This cafe is like a big warm hug. Home cooked simple food that's unpretentious. The rice is so fragrant and tasty, as was the curry. The dumplings were highly recommended by my friend. The rose syrup drink was refreshing. Highly recommended and will be back when we're next in Adelaide.

S: delicious. limited menu but they do it well

Kennedia Plex: Lovely, simple food done right!

Bianca Ardill: Everything we got for lunch was incredible.

Rafael Villar: Food tastes great. Try the combo platter.

Dan Wills: A lovely place for lunch, friendly staff, great Afghan menu.

J Ang: Good food and friendly staffs

Georgia Carmela: This is the best place I've ever eaten out at. I ordered the dumplings with lamb sauce, which was wonderful. I can't wait to go back!

Madeline Harvey: Amazing food!

Bruce Trương: . We had a lamb kebab, a serving of dumplings, and the famed eggplant curry, with iced chai and rose sharbat on the side. The dumplings remained crunchy, despite being drenched in extremely flavorful tomato sauce. The kebab was of course delicious; and the eggplant curry was a little sweeter than we had expected, but that was definitely a welcome surprised. We left full and satisfied, and without much of a dent in our wallet because everything was so reasonably priced!

Tayla Allison: The food is beautiful, the service is beautiful, the story is beautiful. Its a must visit

Chai the spy: 8seats inside, more tables outside, nice food, good portion, sweetness in chai latte is perfect, cute environment

Dilen Shah: Brilliant food and really friendly staff, the quality and also quantity of the food was really good. All dishes were delivicous, especially try the dumplings, they were just wow! Super reasonable pricing and will definitely come again soon.

Ash: Incredible food and one of the best vegetarian lunch options in the city. My only complaint is that your opening hours aren't long enough to accommodate when I don't want the full sit-down formal dining experience of Parwana!

Arian Kanie: Food was amazing

Anthony De Dominicis: When I first walked in, I got a pretty strong whiff of Asian cuisine and was seated almost immediately. There were six of us and most of us ordered different items which arrived between 10-20 minutes. Fast! I ordered the shredded pork salad which was fairly pleasant. It had a good mixture of coriander, green apple strips, corn, red onion, and pork. $18 it came to. My friends had various items like the beef/chicken varieties and enjoyed them thoroughly all on average worth $25. Otherwise, the place is pretty neat for where it's positioned and the prices are very average considering the portion sizes. Also, better menu descriptions would be appreciated. Three words cant describe a dish.Revisited 5 years later and had a greater experience. The menu is nicer, more subtle and tastes amazing. Had the beef wagyu and it was so good.

James Economos: It is exactly what it intends to be. Don't expect fine food, but it hits the brief of being tasty and warms the soul.Yes, the flavours and sauces are rich, and it's filling, just what we often crave. It's also bustling and lively aka noisy. Staff are fun and friendly. You might have to keep an eye out to get their attention, but that's because the place is usually full.Looking forward to revisiting.

S Izzo: Never fails.Amazing service.Even better food.Quality, flavour, and presentation all on point. Will be back again, again.

Jon Hunter: it's exceptional. The Pad Thai is classic and plentiful. They were happy to accommodate for no onion and no coriander.Prices $12 to $16 for most starters and $24 to $30 for most mains.
