Marion: I had an amazing class with Brooke just recently. We were told at the beginning of the class that it would be all glutes. Which for me just doesn’t work - I am over 60 and my muscles don’t recover as well so doing 45 minutes is of one muscle group doesn’t work. I had a chat with Brooke at the beginning of class and she worked one on one with me to adjust the exercises so I had a variety of muscle groups. After going on 8 years of Pilates I have never had an instructor show such caring and empathy. Thank you Brooke!

Ida Llewellyn-Smith: I have been doing strength training for about 7 years. At the beginning of this year, a good friend convinced me to try Pilates at her studio, Studio Pilates, Unley. I love this new-to-me form of exercise. Pilates appeals to me as a scientist because I can exercise precise, small groups of muscles. More importantly, I feel really energized after each Pilates session and can tell that my core is getting stronger after only 3 weeks.I have been very impressed with the training that I get at Studio Pilates, Unley. The instructors who’ve taught me are very knowledgeable and hands-on. Because I am a new to Pilates and don’t know what I am doing, they help me with every exercise to make sure that I am doing the exercise correctly. In each session, they also provide regular feedback to every other attendee, who are usually more experienced with Pilates than I am. I also really like that the exercises in every session are described in detail on a video, which is shown throughout each session on big screens at regular intervals on both the front and back walls of the studio. I refer to the videos often to make sure that I am performing the exercises as I should.In summary, I highly recommend Studio Pilates, Unley, to anyone in Adelaide who is interested in doing Pilates. I’m sure that I couldn’t have found a better place to learn Pilates.

Liu Karol: Highly recommend!!! I love them. My knees are not good and the trainers here are all very kind and supportive. They told me how to protect my knees and helped me adjust the pilates positions to avoid any injuries. Getting up early is a struggle, but every time I finished my morning class, I felt younger haha. I really love this pilates studio but I wasn't able to find a room to rent nearby the city. Now I live in a house that is tooooooooooo far for me to attend classes. I really love and miss the trainers here, especially Alicia, Brianna, Kirsty, and Petra!!! Hope to join the classes again!

All the instructors are amazing and pay attention to each individual's posture despite it being a group session. The equipments are clean and the vibe is spot on!I would love for some afternoon sessions to become available just so I can get myself in an extra day in the week.

Hoping the Friday afternoon classes come back, it’s always good to have a boost before the weekend. Some of the head rests are a bit cracked and worn, but otherwise all the equipment is in good condition.

C D: without hitting the person next to you. If they just spread them out a bit then that issue would be resolved. At this price you shouldn’t have to have that issue. Never seen a full room so can’t see why they don’t do it.

The warm welcoming to the patient is so good from reception staff to all the physiotherapists in a professional manner.My physiotherapist, Mukul was incredibly good who spent time in listening to my problem and explained very well of what he is trying to achieve with the treatment. He definitely made me feel positive about my recovery. Napa, also helped in my recovery with the remedial massages.I would highly recommend Therapist Sports and Spine for all physio treatments.
Jon Parsalidis: Devendra was absolutely precise in helping me understand what was truly going wrong to cause my back pain.Dev attentively asked me loads of questions & got me to do various exercises throughout all my sessions to ensure that we were focusing on the right strengthening activities.Within a couple weeks, I started to notice the pain was lessened and my core was much stronger. Fast forward almost 3 months now and I’m in a much better place.I’d advise anyone who is looking for precise help with their body to reach out to Mukul, Dev and the team at Therapia as they are truly experts.

Ferdin Prifti: I’ve been seeing Mukul for a few years for chronic muscular pain in my neck and shoulders along with spinal issues. Mukul is thorough and personal in his approach and has been the only physio to provide long term relief from my pain. His knowledge of the body and how it moves is incredible and his manipulation, dry needling and massage techniques are the best. Recently i also saw the other physios who work with Mukul and noticed that they have a very similar approach, with focus on long term recovery and help me understand the problem so I could look after my own body independently. I highly recommend Mukul and physiotherapy team at Therapia Sports and Spine to anyone in need of a great physio in Adelaide.

Holly-Anne Senior: Amazing studio. I began attending clinical for rehab on a back injury and have continued clinical classes for the individualized attention with a maximum of 5 clients. I not only receive incredible support from knowledgeable instructors with my rehab but also a targeted exercise plan, I would not trust anyone else with my rehab and exercise plan. I have had the privilege of having several instructors, each approaching their classes differently but they are all amazing, a credit to the owner Sam who ensures all instructors are highly sought after. The results are a much stronger body and defined muscle.

Everything is done in a way that provides a great workout for the areas that need it, with consideration for your body and injuries. There are only four people to an equipment class so the instructor is very attentive and you get a personalised session. My only regret is not doing this sooner!

Emma Kohlhagen: Queen st Pilates is an excellent pilates studio that I have been going to regularly for the past few months for equipment pilates and physiotherapy sessions. The staff are all great, very knowledgeable and friendly and the studio is beautiful with lots of space. In the equipment classes you always get personal attention and the instructors make sure to keep improving your skills and strength and switch up the exercises to keep the classes interesting. The physiotherapist Luke is also great to go see for releasing tight muscles and nerve pain and he gives good advice on exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Queen st Pilates studio.
