Chay xo: i’m only 20 years old, i never thought i would go through this but i can’t even explain how absolutely beautiful all of the staff are. they were so thorough with me the entire time i had to have multiple scans, ruled out all possibilities and booked me in quickly for a d n c. i was panicky and teary when i showed up yesterday for my procedure at the qeh but i was explained every step, given time to rest after each one and comforted so highly by the nurses and staff. i was given head massages while they put me to sleep, and both my hands were held before and after my procedure. irene was one of the only ones i trusted to do my bloods and iv since i’ve had past medical trauma and she was a gem with me the entire time. can’t explain how thankful i am to everyone. you are in safe hands here

Firstly, I am a foreigner, and all the staff, from the receptionist to the nurse drawing blood and the OB doctor, were very patient in listening to me and provided timely encouragement. They patiently offered useful answers and explanations to my questions, making me feel comforted in times of helplessness and confusion. A special thanks to Dr. Sophia for her feedback and advice on my health, and also to the nurse who drew my blood; she was truly gentle.

One of my loved ones attended this clinic with her partner, she was extremely nervous but after leaving the appointment she felt much clearer about her situation. She said she couldn’t have felt more supported. The staff were lovely and were asking all do the right questions, there was no bias and she did not feel judged one bit. I was worried about her being so young that she would have a bad experience at a place like this, but this facility blew me away. Super simple to book over the phone as the receptionist staff are super lovely too! All the information I needed was clear to me and not once was any opinion forced upon me. The doctor I had was very attentive to me and I could tell was ensuring I was comfortable and okay. Nothing but good things to say from my experience. These ladies are a true blessing

K.: Best womens health doctors in town!I would recommend this clinic to any person who is seeking support for relevant conditions.The only frustrating part of visiting this clinic is that they don’t have appointments immediately and patients should expect to be, well… patient. Even at the appointment, the confidentiality and accuracy of reception staff and practitioners means that the appointments run sufficiently longer than a regular GP.This clinic will not pressure women to access contraception or termination services whatsoever, though they are available.Counselling is also available to those who are experiencing distress or nervousness during uncertain times and is free of charge.

• Coercive control – a pattern of behaviour that controls the lives of victims/survivors and can include isolation, stalking, monitoring, threats, humiliation and financial abuse.

Skye Davis: used Fertility SA to conceive a child together with IVF and we were successful on the first attempt.4 weeks ago we welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world.The whole process was naturally a lot to handle, but they were so accommodating and accepting the entire time. Freyja Thurston: I would definitely recommend Fertility SA to anyone wanting fertility treatment. Fertility SA was the second place I had been too for fertility treatment and there were a lot of vast differences that I found between the two. The first being that when I was discussing treatment options with my specialist, there was ALWAYS other treatment options if previous treatment protocol didn't work whereas the previous well known clinic I went to prior, did the same protocol 3 times expecting a different result. It sadly resulted in 3 failed attempts and a lot of wasted time and money. The other difference I noticed was money. With the previous clinic, I heard from Accounts more than I heard from any one else. I was also pushed to purchase medication I didn't need after my first traumatising egg collection. It wasn't pleasant. Fertility SA was always very respectful and whenever I had concerns, they answered them promptly and without pressure. They wouldn't allow me to purchase medication until it was absolutely necessary. Sure not everything is on site like egg collection or transfer however they make it as easy as possible for you. It was honestly a very well organised process and I managed to flow through it easy enough. I highly recommend Dr Vicki Nisenblat, she was fabulous, very knowledgeable and very informative. The staff were also very lovely and easy to talk too. The location was easy as there is generally a lot of available parking on South Tce

Sandra La Serra: My experience with FSA has been excellent. I was constantly told my case was difficult, and that it was going to be very hard to conceive. So I tried 3 different IVF clinics over 4 years, and I even went to the self proclaimed ‘baby whisperer’ in Melbourne Lynne burmeister out of desperation - with no success. I eventually saw Dr sally Reid at fertility SA and I can’t speak highly enough about her. Before seeing dr Reid I had no hope left and was told I needed to find an egg donor. All the doctors and clinics before dr Reid tried to do simple things like adjust the medication, or change my diet or make me take more natural pills and nothing worked. Thankfully, dr Reid had the capacity to analyze my entire situation and find an answer. On my first attempt with her, which was also going to be my last Ever IVF, and after withdrawing my super money and having been given absolutely no hope to get pregnant, dr Reid created a miracle and now I have my beautiful little boy. I found all the staff at fertility SA to be supportive, considerate, thorough, and always showing empathy. I found their labs, processes and technology to be excellent. I would just like to advise people who may be in a difficult situation conceiving to try dr Reid. I have blind faith in her now and would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Dr Reid and to all the team and Fertility SA.
Bronte Pine: My husband and I transferred to Fertility SA with Dr Victoria Nisenblat after years with no success at another clinic in Adelaide. We knew instantly that we were in the right place. Not only is Dr Nisenblat an incredible, thorough and caring doctor, all staff seem to follow suit. We did not come across one unsupportive team member. Instead we were nurtured and truly cared for. After years of multiple miscarriages and failed cycles, we are expecting twin boys after a successful transfer of a single embryo. I am sending all friends and loved ones who are seeking fertility support straight to Fertility SA and feel comfortable knowing they will receive the highest quality of care.

Holly Hutchings: , you can just call the front desk and a midwife will always call you back for a thorough chat, advice or to get you in for a check up. The birth and delivery, dad and partner, sleep and first aid classes held at the clinic were great and are all included.Amy was such an incredible OB - she’s friendly, highly intelligent, funny and thorough. She anticipated early that my pregnancy might head in a certain direction and talked me through potential risks and outcomes. I was induced at 38 weeks and sure enough, what she thought might happen ended up happening - but I felt completely calm and prepared because she had informed my husband and I in advance and again on the day of our daughter’s birth. I have complete trust in the Adelaide Obs team and would have been happy with any of the Obstetricians caring for me. Delivering at Ashford was a wonderful experience too.

Maddison Veitch: After suffering a miscarriage our first pregnancy, and then experiencing some issues in the early stages of our second pregnancy, my husband and I saw Dr Stephen Lane who provided the utmost care and understanding throughout. We saw him regularly, checking baby’s growth and that everything was tracking as planned, despite the issues that we were having. He delivered our precious baby boy via C-section and always put our needs and the health of our little bubba first. Ruby Hill: Had the Implanon put in my arm and had a check up appointment with Alicia and it was the most comfortable and positive experience I’ve ever had with any medical staff at the many practices I’ve been to. The receptionists were also really lovely here. very inviting and clean environment. Couldn’t recommend them more

I cannot help but recommend the service, attention & medical attention he received from the doctors & nursing staff highly enough, that he received from there. .I've read a lot reports from people who rubbish the doctors, nursing staff etc from Lyalll McEwin.I can only say, in my opinion,, the treatment, service, kindness & attention he received, they saved his life.Doctors & nurses have an especially hard time with the things they have to deal with. I can only say thank you from the whole of my heart for the treatment, medical attention, kindness etc that you gave to my husband & myself.You can’t please everyone all of the time & things do sometimes go wrong. However,, people need to understand these doctors, nurses & staff do their upmost best the give all their patients the best treatment they can for the circumstances. Sometimes this doesn’t work but they have done everything they can to help anyone whom comes into their wards and for that, I thank you & appreciate everything you do.highly enough to do credit to
