After spending several hundreds of dollars on many different pillows from other retailers, finally someone empathised and took the time to find me the most appropriate options suitable to me. First time in years I’ve woken with less stiffness and discomfort - purely because he listened and could relate to my condition. Can’t wait to reclaim my sleep!

Steve Perry: Bought a mattress from these guys around 8 years ago after spending a weekend on one of their mattresses in a Whyalla hotel. Prior to that, we had spent many thousands on a number of mattresses from various companies and none of them were anywhere near as good as this mattress from Elite Bedding Co! It has only been in the last 6 months that the mattress has started to sag and the sag is less than 20mm which is astounding for an 8 year old mattress! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR...........BUY ONE!

A few years ago, I purchased a king-size mattress, similar to those typically found in hotels, and it was offered at a really good price back then.That's why we came back here again last year to purchase a second mattress, this time in queen size, from the same brand as before. Since then, we haven't experienced any backaches, and our sleep quality has been excellent. The condition of the mattress remains superb, indicating its durability.I highly recommend purchasing a good-quality mattress at a reasonable price from this store.

First one 15 yrs warranty.. better value.. offered removal of old minimal price. Reasonable delivery delivery same day I bought it Sunday. Help to get it in and unwrap it.

Needless to say about the quality of their service, I ordered online in the morning around 9am as my old mattress broken so I noted to them that I need it asap, at 12 noon, the new mattress sat in my bedroom nicely with big smiles on the delivery guys . Yes, you read it right, 3 hours to get my order delivered FREE of charge. I also noted them to call me 30 minutes before reaching my address so I can go back home to open the door and they did call 30 mins prior. The mattress I bought was at very very good price. In short Brett made the whole process easy from start to finish. Every time we called Brett would be behind the phone and happy to explain and answer all our queries and concerns. Our bed frame arrived exceptionally well packaged and his precision joinery made it easy to assemble. He even suggested for us to call him when we were going to assemble it in case we needed help! We did and yes he helped us on the spot! Good old fashioned customer focused service which is rare these days. We also found the Dawn web site a great help especially with understanding the many different configurations of latex that are possible. Our bed is now set up so that I no longer wake my better half when retiring late and we each sleep on different latex densities on the same mattress. Thanks Brett and team.

Another great thing is that you get two contour covers with this pillow. This is a first for me, as usually you get the one cover and then add a pillow protector, but I have never found a contour one to purchase. I think it must have been an omen, as my name is Dawn and I have a son called Brett.

He was able to recommend me the perfect firmness based on a series of questions.Our Mattress took 7 days to arrive and was well packaged.The tencel cover is high quality made and very comfortable with the bed sheets on top.The mattress is an absolute joy to sleep on; comfortable and supportive. I don't toss and turn before falling asleep anymore. I actually wake up with no more back pain!I must have tested over 20 beds and I can honestly say this one definitely comes out on top.My wife is a hot sleeper and she finds the natural latex quite cool to sleep on. Also she hasn't been yelling at me every time I toss and turn so I guess the mattress provides minimal partner disturbance.There is no off gassing; it smells sweet, an indication it is a natural product.I know it can be daunting buying on-line but if you have a fairly good idea what your're after and with Brett's 35 years of of expert advice, you really can't go wrong buying from these guys.
