So we bought our first latex mattress and hand made wooden bed. We are still on the wooden bed, and needed to update our mattress recently, so went back to see Brett. Another great thing is that you get two contour covers with this pillow. This is a first for me, as usually you get the one cover and then add a pillow protector, but I have never found a contour one to purchase. Steve Perry: Bought a mattress from these guys around 8 years ago after spending a weekend on one of their mattresses in a Whyalla hotel. Prior to that, we had spent many thousands on a number of mattresses from various companies and none of them were anywhere near as good as this mattress from Elite Bedding Co! It has only been in the last 6 months that the mattress has started to sag and the sag is less than 20mm which is astounding for an 8 year old mattress! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR...........BUY ONE!

The hardest part of the process came from the agony of choice with the fabrics, but Ash organised for samples to be sent to our address so we could see them in place. Ash was great with helping us customise our bed, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We loved that this is Australian made, was ready within 5 weeks, was customised and the mattress is super comfortable. Definitely a must if you are looking for a new bed or mattress.

The company was very helpful in selecting the beds. They went over and beyond when we needed a change over of mattress for my wife's mother.* Excellent post sales service. We had a couple of small issues recently and Ali was very willing and able to solve the problem in a timely manner.* The beds themselves are very comfortable and well made*I love the different programmed positions. The ZG shape is very good for sleeping once you are used to it and greatly reduces snoring. Great for reading in bed or watching TV with the other positions on the remote.*Split beds are the best. No partner movement and you can have the position you want without disturbing the other person.* USB ports are very handy for charging the mobile or ipad.* All covers wash well without a change in shape.All in all, you should be very happy with an Ultramatic bed. Definitely worth a look if you want an electric bed.

It would have been more assuring if we received a monthly update by email.

Needless to say about the quality of their service, I ordered online in the morning around 9am as my old mattress broken so I noted to them that I need it asap, at 12 noon, the new mattress sat in my bedroom nicely with big smiles on the delivery guys . Yes, you read it right, 3 hours to get my order delivered FREE of charge. I also noted them to call me 30 minutes before reaching my address so I can go back home to open the door and they did call 30 mins prior. The mattress I bought was at very very good price. I in fact got recommendation from other people to buy here and I will recommend this place for anyone I know for their good price, quick free delivery, exceptional customer services.
