Over the past year, I have learned a lot about being a chef, combining theory with kitchen practice. My teacher Anthony is very responsible. He provides us with additional knowledge during class and occasionally makes jokes. I really enjoyed the year and am very grateful to my teacher for his instruction.

Jubayed khan Dipu: I don’t how to express my gratitude towards this collage. Dhaman is the most cool headed, understanding and helping minded owner. The way he tries to help students to reach their goal, is unbelievable. All the staff members have the same mindset as well. They don’t want to get your money out of your pocket and waste your time unlike the other institutions. I was struggling in another colleges but here at MVC I found what I always needed. If anyone feels like your institution is not being understanding of your situation as n international student and using the opportunity to rip you off then please join here

But here the level of quality of teaching material is really impressive. Teachers are always ready to help, I was never refused, although I always had 1000 questions. The atmosphere in the college is pleasant, also the owner of the college will be happy to advise if needed. Many people of different nationalities from all corners of the world study at the college, and so studying the cuisines of the world becomes even more interesting. And I liked the practical classes in the kitchen. It was always very interesting and informative. And teachers really know restaurants trends from future. Coming from someone who has done their RSA and RSG at HITsa Clarence Gardens, i do recommend giving face to face training a shot as it is an enjoyable and fun experience for those who might not be able to grow their skillset through university. Or people who simply do not socialise as often finding new friends, its a great place for more then just acquiring certificatesI had Kelly Traeger and Mark as my teachers for RSA and RSG and they were the best at what they did
