Phonz Musik: I have just completed my Cert III in horticulture and I can definitely say I have finished the course with the knowledge I’d hoped for, the staff were always positive and I was always met with a smile.Ironwood does rolling intakes too so you can start at the beginning of any unit throughout the year, as an added bonus I’ve made a great group of friends. If you’re hesitant because of the few negative reviews, just go there and find out for yourself that this place is worth studying at.After completing my next endeavour I may very well go back to Ironwood to do my Diploma in Horticulture.

Randy Baro: I recently completed a 5-month Certificate III in Individual Support, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As someone from overseas, I initially had concerns about adapting to a new learning environment, understanding the course material, and connecting with people. However, all my worries were put to rest almost immediately thanks to the incredible team behind this course. From the very beginning, I was struck by how well-organized everything was. The enrollment process was smooth, with clear instructions and immediate assistance whenever needed. The administrative staff were always approachable and ready to help, which made my transition into the course feel effortless. Even before the classes started, I received emails and calls to ensure that I had everything I needed, from study materials to understanding the course layout and structure. One of the standout aspects of this course was how easy it was to engage with the content and the people involved. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone understood the material, regardless of their background or prior knowledge. They broke down complex concepts into manageable segments, making the learning process straightforward and enjoyable. I never felt lost or overwhelmed, thanks to their clear explanations and the ample opportunities provided for questions and discussions. Moreover, the support provided was second to none. At any time, if I needed clarification or extra help with assignments, there was always someone available to guide me. Whether it was through emails, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings, the response time was impressively quick. The sense of community was strong, and it was evident that everyone involved was genuinely invested in our success. It wasn’t just about ticking boxes or getting through the syllabus; it was about making sure each student truly grasped the concepts and felt supported throughout their journey. The course content itself was highly relevant and practical, tailored to equip us with real-world skills that are directly applicable in the field of individual support. The blend of theoretical learning with hands-on practice ensured that I was not only learning but also applying my knowledge in meaningful ways. This practical approach greatly boosted my confidence, and I feel well-prepared to enter the workforce with the skills and understanding I gained. What also stood out was the flexibility offered by the course. As someone balancing various commitments, I greatly appreciated the understanding and adaptability of the instructors. They provided extensions when necessary and offered various ways to catch up if someone fell behind. This kind of support made the learning experience stress-free and very manageable, even for someone juggling multiple responsibilities. In conclusion, my experience with the Certificate III in Individual Support exceeded all my expectations. The course was not just easy to follow; it was an enriching and supportive journey from start to finish. I am grateful for the open and welcoming atmosphere, the exceptional support from all staff members, and the practical knowledge I gained. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to advance their skills in individual support, especially if you are coming from overseas or are concerned about adapting to a new learning environment. This course truly sets you up for success!-Randy-
