Nick Cundell: We attended Sapphire Dreams event at Gerard McCabe jewellers in Rundle Mall recently, where the staff showed us an amazing collection of sapphires from Australia and beyond. The sapphires were mounted in an amazing variety of settings from earrings, bracelets, pendants and rings with sapphires in colours ranging from yellow through green to deep blue.The staff were friendly, courteous , knowledgeable about the jewels and very helpful and assisted my wife to try on several rings. The staff and especially Jackie, made the whole process of choosing a ring very relaxing and a special event for us. The service and attention to the customer is first class and makes shopping a pleasurable experience.

The service I have received throughout has been AMAZING. The shipping was EXTREMELY fast, and came next day. I live in Queensland, so all of this was done online and via email.The quality of the ring I received is beyond words. The workmanship is unparalleled and it is phenomenal. I have seen rings in jewellery stores as I walk past, and this ring in every way shape and form surpasses those mas produced ones in every way. The ring is complete perfection in its quality, and it baffles me how somebody could be so skilled at their profession, that they could make this by hand. I all too commonly hear of people who say the diamond in their new ring has fallen out, or that the ring/claws have bent, but I can not see this ever happening to this ring. The ring is built like an absolute TANK.Their pricing is ridiculously cheap for the quality you receive. I cannot believe how cheap it is comparing to other jewelers. There are absolutely no corners cut. They offer the highest quality, most PREMIUM products for very very reasonable prices.All in all, I am so grateful that I decided to go through these guys. My mate who lives in adelaide suggested these guys to me after he went through them for his partners engagement ring. The google reviews speak for themselves, and there is absolutely no way a company can maintain 5 stars with 450 reviews without being the best of the best. If I had my time over, EverettBrookes is the exact place I would go again to choose an engagement ring. Diamond prices are on their website.Customer service:They are quite responsive with emails, and happy to answer any questions and provide many quotes.Mia was quite new but she tried to give us all the information we asked for, and would ask questions to the jeweller if she didn’t know.Store:Not many ring designs to try on in store. But they are often hand made so you can see the finished quality.We decided to go with another jeweller as they had someone dedicated in picking my diamond. But I think you’d be in good hands with Everett Brookes.

Lucy Green: Friendly assistants, but had to wait an hour to replace a faulty earring, after driving 40 mins back to the store, just for the assistant to ask the manager to ‘assess’ the earring. He looked at it for one second and confirmed a replacement was warranted. Could have easily tapped him on the shoulder and confirmed it when I first arrived and I would’ve been out in 3 minutes. Please fix this process. Parking isn’t cheap.

She guided me and gave me an understanding of what I was purchasing and what would be the best for my partner. S T: For someone green in diamonds Simon's service is first class. Communication was top notch, felixible, informative and very accommodating. There are plenty of jewellers out there however you should, at the very least make contact to see what they can offer you.
