Lucy Green: Friendly assistants, but had to wait an hour to replace a faulty earring, after driving 40 mins back to the store, just for the assistant to ask the manager to ‘assess’ the earring. He looked at it for one second and confirmed a replacement was warranted. Could have easily tapped him on the shoulder and confirmed it when I first arrived and I would’ve been out in 3 minutes. Please fix this process. Parking isn’t cheap.

I visited the city Rundke Mall Pandora store in early May on a Thursday afternoon, just before Mother’s Day. The store was quite busy, but my friend and I received exceptional help from Amelia and Meagan. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, guiding us to make the best choices.The store boasts a fantastic collection and feels spacious and inviting. They also offer gift packing with a small greeting card for an additional $9.95, which is a lovely touch. At the counter, we chatted with the friendly staff, Yoshimi and Jazz, who made our visit even more enjoyable with their warmth and helpfulness.On a previous visit, I had a less pleasant experience where the staff wasn't very friendly and made me wait despite being the only customer in the store. They acted like I don’t belong in the store! However, this time, the wonderful service from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back for more charms and great service!

Helaena Rounis: I went to James Thregold with a broken clasp on my Tiffany & Co bracelet. After speaking with Tiffany, they told me it would be $120 without even looking at it for a new clasp and repair. I went to James Thregold and the lovely lady had a look and repaired it instantly for me as it was the spring that was broken. She really saved me $120 and I will definitely be going back there. They have beautiful jewellery too.
