Anna: It was good, however the recipe could be improved. I made the Christmas eclairs. we used white chocolate on top which is just too sweet for some people so I think having the option to choose between the type of chocolate you put on top would be a good idea. Another way to improve it would be by making the instructions for the custard more clear to avoid over cooking it and making a chunky custard. It was hard to tell if the heat was correct and I think that the custard was a section where everyone required a bit more guidance. Overall, the course was fun and I learnt some tips to improve my cooking.

I love that they get to try new foods and learn kitchen skills like proper knife technique, etc. The ability of the teaching chefs to adapt to the different ages of children in the classes is really great, and means the older kids can be extended while the younger ones still learn the basics.

Diane O'Leary: I attended two cooking classes with Yukiko and Daniel and had a wonderful time at both classes. The recipes were explained in detail and plenty of opportunity to get hands on. My main reason for going to an Asian style cooking school was to learn more about blending the different sauces and what dishes they were best used in and this was covered extremely well. The other people attending the classes were great fun and really good company. I would highly recommend these classes.Nearby activities: Plenty of things to see and do in the Adelaide Hills region even in winter

We cooked 4 courses in groups of 6 or 7 in my case. The Chef Yuki was very lively and entertaining, you top the session of sitting down for your own banquet and if I say so myself it was delicious, would highly recommend this business to anyone .... I will be going back for more classes in the future.

Lucas Hutchinson: We got our Wedding cake from How Sweet It Is.We initially purchased a flavour sample box and found it hard to narrow down which flavours to select, as they were all fantastic!We ended up deciding on hazelnut chocolate and white chocolate strawberry.The cake was delicious! We had so many compliments on the cake from guests.We would highly recommend!

Claire Nash: I cannot praise highly enough the cake that Stephen created for our wedding. We chose lemon, dark choc and raspberry and mixed berry and white choc. The cake sponge itself was incredibly moist and light. The fruit flavours tasted so fresh and were perfectly balanced with the buttercream. Our guests were raving about the cake! Stephen was also lovely to work with and answered any questions we had. Would absolutely go back to How Sweet It Is for any cakes in future.

Lynley Muller: Jess hosted a pizza birthday party for my son. We had a fantastic time! Jess is so organised, there was little needed to be done on our behalf. All we had to do was provide the location. Jess is engaging with the kids and her enthusiasm is contagious. Natalie Garreffa: When we signed up to attend the 6 weeks of cooking classes I thought it would just be the basic run of the mill cooking class that we have done in the past, wow was I wrong!! Each week the kids were challenged with new recipes, techniques and foods to encourage them to step out of their comfort zones. Jess was so amazing with the group, full of energy and a wealth of knowledge to teach them something new each week.
