The park’s friendly kangaroos and cuddly koalas are highlights, allowing for interactive experiences that are both educational and memorable. The picturesque setting and well-maintained grounds make it a pleasant day out, ideal for families and nature lovers seeking a genuine wildlife encounter.

Kelly Holloman: A lovely destination for nature enthusiasts. The park features diverse wildlife, including koalas and kangaroos, which are a highlight. The walking trails are pleasant, though some could benefit from better signage. The views from certain points are quite nice, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities are adequate, with clean restrooms and picnic areas. It’s a great place for a relaxed day trip, but if you’re looking for more challenging hikes, you might find the trails here a bit easy. Overall, it's a solid choice for a nature getaway.

Brian LeBlanc: Cleland National Park is a good spot for nature lovers. The trails are straightforward and offer pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. Seeing native wildlife is a nice touch, though it can get a bit crowded during peak times. Facilities are basic but sufficient for a day trip. It's a solid option if you're looking for a local nature experience, but don’t expect solitude during busy periods.

Marian Kelly: Amazing place, loved getting up close to the animals.

Krystina Ebsary: I took my children here for a family day out. They all had an amazing time and loved the snake holding experience. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Liisa Grace Baun: Excellent hiking trail with stunning scenic views. There are plenty of rest stops along the way from Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty. While some parts are steep, they don't last long.

Lillian Pais: Nature at its best

Long Vu: Fresh air, very nice park with Kangaroo, Koala and other Aussie animals, nice experience for family with kids. Recommend to spend about 90mins here on the trip to Hahndorf

kealan ranford: Good day out, despite the weather not being great. Had a great time at our "fluff & stuff" encounter, had a good wander around the park, fed some roos, met a very friendly emu & even saw a platypus.

Alannah Mehaffey: We visited today with our 3 kids and had a fantastic day. Harry the keeper was the highlight of our day out today, he was so informative and friendly and a special mention to how kind and inclusive he was with our son with some additional needs. Our boy Seb adores animals and Harry went above and beyond to make sure he felt welcomed and included. Thanks Harry for being awesome! Warrawong are lucky to have you 😊

St Raphael's School, Parkside: It was an incredible day at Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary as part of our school's Cultural Immersion Program! Our visiting Chinese students got up close and personal with some of Australia's most iconic wildlife, including snakes, lizards, koalas, kangaroos, emus, and so much more. This hands-on experience allowed everyone to learn about the unique animals that call Australia home in a beautiful natural setting.Warrawong is not just a sanctuary; it’s a vital part of Australia’s conservation history, providing a real wildlife experience. Our students participated in engaging activities, including wildlife shows and reptile handling, making unforgettable memories.

Frances Mills: 16th June 2024. Lovely place, beautiful. The emu stole our hearts and would have loved to take him home. Beautiful tranquil spot.

Wendy Harris: A truly memorable experience to share with our international guests today. The owners are true conservationists, working so hard to rescue and care for Australian wildlife. At the same time, they share their vast knowledge of our wildlife with enthusiasm. Plenty of kangaroos, emus, koalas etc to interact with, in a beautiful natural and well maintained setting, conveniently close to the main drag in Hanhdorf. I highly recommend Warrawong. If you have the chance, go and visit! Fabulous!!

Cindy Rellaz: This is one of the only sanctuarys I've been to where the animals are actually looked after properly! Even the parrots cage was extremely clean. Absolutely adored the cafe with the glass view of birds. Beautiful walk and scenery. A must see if visiting Adelaide.

Igor Sochkan: Beautiful wildlife sanctuary, such a great place to visit, fun and safe for kids and adults. Will be back here again

TRACIE STAVREAS: A big thank you! To the staff at Warrawong for there hospitality.Special thanks to Caitlyn from Myah, Evie & Leroy for making our junior keepers experience one to remember our most favorite thing was being able to interact with the dingo's

So many amazing, hands on animal experiences, wonderfully educational and so much fun! The smiles still haven't left their faces and they're now recounting the day to the rest of our family. I would highly recommend this experience, worth every penny!

Theadora Vogels: Amazing place I love seeing all of the animals and feeding the kangaroos and the emu

Jessie Bowley: Did the Raptor Encounter here. Was amazing. They have 3 owls, a falcon & a beautiful young wedge tail eagle that are all gorgeous. The bird handler Amy was very nice & even gendered me as female. Which was very unexpected because I never tell people I am transgender or expect to be seen or acknowledged as such, but very appreciative 🙂 The kangaroos are so gentle with feeding & incredibly good with human interaction & petting. Wonderful place. Can't recommend it enough.

Sonya Love: A wonderful , welcoming sanctuary..the kangaroos , emus and Cape barren geese were all very gentle with the kids ..The friendly enthusiastic rangers were very educational in showing us the dingos, reptiles , koalas and talking koalas..An interatactive experience ..saw lots of turtlesin their ponds and will be back another time to try to see the elusive platypus ..Def worth visiting.

Jennifer Marshall: Sad history for this Zoo, especially for George the Orangatan and various incidents that occurred from its inception. There was a wide and varied display of animals in clean enclosures. Enclosures could be much larger but I understand it's hard when there's only a limited amount of Zoo property. Overall, the amenities were great, the staff were informative and polite and the entrance fees were reasonable.

Jonathan Hu: Happy birthday Wangwang and Funi! Proudly as a lifetime member of Adelaide Zoo, I booked a flight all the way from Sydney to Adelaide in the last week of August 2024 to celebrate their birthday before they go back to China. I’m even thinking about moving to Adelaide so that I can go here every one or two days. The other animals such as little blue penguins are lovely as well.

Dave Cole: Great friendly staff.Awesome place to get a fur baby.

BLACKNAIL Official: We lost our beloved boy unexpectedly and after almost a month, the misery of not having a dog in the house was unbearable so we went to the AWL and had the chance to meet Mavis. Paula and the other staff were lovely, all three that we dealt with were very nice indeed. We adopted Mavis and she now rules our home. Thank you AWL.

Karin Webber: Our dog has boarded with AWL twice now and will definitely go back again

mitchell rawlings: Got a cat, great place

Thuy To: The staff was very helpful. Susan answered my phone calls and was very pleasant giving me good advice on the cats

Emily Hossen: Super friendly, well educated team was happy to pair me with the most perfect little kitty! Was very thorough with all the information I needed to give my little one the start they need.

Amanda Jane: If only we had you in Port Augusta 😕 I do not know how humans have ANIMALS, and not ❣️ them ,Continually see this Poor Lonley Dog Daily in the Same Street ,Howling he's Skin and Bones wow breaks my heart .

Kerrie Jooste: What an amazing team doing truly amazing work

Luna Rose: . Could not recommend this place enough for pet boarding.

Michaela German: Myself and my little family adopted pearl from the AWL almost a week ago now and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made.I've previously adopted animals from the AWL, majority of my childhood pets have come from the AWL or have been rescued strays but I hadn't been to the wingfield facility for a very long tome and i was so amazed to see that the facility has had some major upgrades!!Previously all the animals were kept in kennels outside. Now the cats and kittens are kept inside in show-like rooms that have plenty of blankets, toys and room for them to play. There are two spaces where the cats and kittens are held which I personally think is such a great idea for shy or timid little ones like our pearl.I cannot speak about the dog facilities as we purely looked at the cats and kittens. You're no longer allowed to just walk through, their receptionist will take a few details, ask you to fill out a form and will organize another worker to escort you to the areas the animals are kept.We went in wanting to take a look at a good handful of cats and kittens. It was lovely to see that each animal had a miniature profile attached to their room explaining their personalities. The staff that escorted us around the facility were absolutely lovely, more than happy to answer any questions we asked and suggest animals we should look at after explaining what personality traits we were looking for as we have another cat at home.We were suggested to look at pearl and after seeing her and spending 5minutes with this tiny, very shy baby we feel head over heels in love and decided to adopt her.We CANNOT thank the staff at the animal welfare league enough for helping us find the missing part of our family that we never knew was missing.Pearl has been a wonderful addition. Both carts are still currently separated but we are doing slow introductions and they're begining to slowly tolerate each other. Pearl no longer hides when approached and can usually be found waiting by the laundry door for now. She loves to play and is the snuggliest little love bug I've ever met. Her purs are so loud and her eyes are so full of love. We're so thankful to have found her.

Bev Hocking: The staff were lovely, efficient and caring. The vet was fantastic. We were caring for a friends beagle when the dog caught his ear and tore it 4cm long. Bet bandaged the ear and recommended we have it stitched at our own vet to save money, which we did. Vet put our mind at rest and gave us good advice. I’m grateful we have an emergency vet we can call upon!! They were great. A good experience.

Edi Leane: Our visit to the Adelaide Animal Emergency & Referral Centre was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and offered attentive and friendly service. We are grateful for the wonderful experience.

Jan Thomas: The staff were so very supportive after bringing in our family dog who had slipped into a diabetic coma. Their support was very much appreciated.

BLACKNAIL Official: My best friend unexpectedly had a moment late evening and we rushed him here. He passed away, and the staff were caring, kind and understanding. We received a card from them today and whilst a card might not seem a big deal, it is a hand written card. In this day of standard printed items, a hand written card is a beautiful thing. Thank You Guys.

Amanda Duncan: The staff were wonderful and caring. Thanks for being there for us.

Diogo Cunha: All the staff was very professional and caring about Balin.

Elizabeth McFarlane: took her away to check her vitals and ascertain problem. It turned out she had a burst anul gland. It was a very busy night and lots of emergency cases came in. As my dog was not in immediate danger I waited till 12.20am and didn't get to see a vet because of emergency cases taking place. The nurse and lady on reception were very helpful to me and also caring about my dog. I went back on Sunday morning and saw Dr Jacobs who was very professional and friendly explaining everything in detail to me and prescribing anti biotics. This is somewhat a long review but I now have a better understanding of how this organisation operates and will never complain about wait times. I have no hesitation in recommending Adelaide Emergency to anyone who has a pet who is in dire need of medical attention. Well done all of you from reception , nurse and vets. Thanks a million for taking such good care of my Izzy and me. Cheers

Huiwen Hu: I recently took my German Shepherd puppy to Walkerville Vet, and the experience was fantastic! Dr. Andrew was very professional and attentive. He not only gave my puppy a thorough check-up but also provided me with a lot of practical advice to help me take better care of my puppy. He patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel very reassured. I highly recommend Walkerville Vet, especially Dr. Andrew, to all pet owners!

Sarnya Moss: Walkerville Vet offer a great service, vets and staff are very friendly and great at knowing their stuff. Thank you for the quality of service you have given to our dogs over the last 20 years.

Fiona Putt: Great vets

Abc Abc: Been going to see Andrew for many years. Andrew is experienced, caring and efficient. Clinic staff has been excellent to deal with

Wei Gao: I have been taking my pug, Pinot, to Walkerville Vet for almost a year. Before that, we tried several different vets around town but couldn’t find one I could fully trust. If you've ever experienced constantly changing vets, receiving conflicting advice from different doctors, or getting bills that differ significantly from the quote, you’ll understand how frustrating it can be.However, things are different at Walkerville Vet. All pricing is fully transparent and clearly listed on their website. The team is incredibly professional and friendly. Dr. Andrew is outstanding—he doesn’t just present options to the customer but has the confidence to suggest the best course of action that aligns with the best interests of both the pet and their owner.Pinot underwent bladder stone surgery at Walkerville Vet and has been on a prescription diet since. Dr. Andrew consistently follows up on Pinot’s progress and addresses any other issues that arise. When Dr. Andrew isn’t available, I’ve also seen other staff members, and the experience has always been excellent.I feel very fortunate to have chosen Walkerville Vet to look after Pinot, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Rebecka Ming: The team at Walkerville Vet is exceptional. They've come to the rescue for my sock-eating dog, Buddy, more times than I can remember. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled - they take the time to explain everything clearly. What matters most to me is that they truly listen when I have concerns about my fur kids, ensuring that my observations and intuition are considered in their treatment plan. After 10 years with them, I can honestly say I wouldn't trust any other vet with my three fur kids.

Jolanta Ciuk: We have been visiting Walkerville vet for over 15 years since puppy preschool. Andrew and the team have been fabulous, always providing the best care and advise.

Lincy Varghese: I have been taking my dog, Toby to Walkerville vet for 5 years now. I am extremely pleased with the service and so glad I can trust them for his health. All vets there are knowledgeable and very caring. Last summer he had a grass seed removed from his nose and everything went smooth. Any doubts about Toby’s health I will book in with Dr Andrew or one of his team members and they always give the best care and service.

Amro Dabash: Dr. Brook is amazing.

Caitlin Mcfarlane: I have been taking our family pets to Walkerville Vet for many years now and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. I now live across town but still prefer to come to walkerville as I genuinely think they have the best team of vets and vet nurses. Their entire team are so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They take the time to understand the issue and give you their best advice and care.My dog loves going to the vet, and I would 100% recommend if you are looking for great veterinary care in Adelaide!

Queenie Xu: Dr. Andrew and his team at Walkerville Vet is amazing. He always takes great care of my cats, whether it's routine check-ups or addressing health issues. When my cat Cream had a dental problem, Dr. Andrew explained everything clearly and performed the procedure with expertise. He’s gentle, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to throughly explain my pets’ conditions and treatment options, insuring I feel comfortable and informed. The clinic is clean and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew and his clinic for anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

ute rozenbilds: Andrew Spanner and the other vets at this practise are excellent. Highly professional, with great skill in diagnosing complex cases, and working with owners to explore treatment options.the support staff are easy to contact, with terrific people and animal skills.

Ben Stewart: Walkerville Vet take excellent care of our pet cat Chewie and dog Sigmund. The staff are lovely and are extremely knowledgeable, giving great advice for management and prevention of various problems.

H G: Andrew is the most experienced and patient veterinarian we have ever had. He answers all your questions, provides sound advice, and delivers high-quality service. Our pets are less anxious under his care. As pet parents, nothing makes us happier than knowing our pets are healthy. We have always trusted Andrew and will continuely bring our fur babies here for check-ups in the future. The vet assistant is amazing too. Really appreciate it!

Madison Young: Best vets I’ve ever been too. I recently moved to the area and have had to take both of my dogs there, one of them is very yappy and the other is snappy and every time they have made me feel comfortable being there as I’m usually quite embarrassed. I’ve recommended this vet to all of my friends. I won’t ever go anywhere else from now on

Lauren Ward: The most caring and dedicated vets. Dr Andrew Spanner, Dr Brooke Carey, nurses and staff went above and beyond when our kitten came to us with a range of issues. She was a tricky case and they persevered with us for close to a year until she had cleared everything. She’s now a perfectly happy and healthy cat. They really care about your pet’s welfare and will discuss different treatment options where available and outline any risks to make sure you’re comfortable with a treatment plan. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Elen Ka: Exceptional service and great professional doctors . This is our only go to clinic for our fur baby for the last few years . Our car Lisa had a few procedures over the last few years here and every visit was nothing but great service and peace in mind that your loved pet is in a safe hands . Highly recommend.

Mahalia Hall: This vet stands out in my experience! Each time we've attended we've loved the staff & the service we've received has been exceptional. I would highly recommend taking your pet here.

Anastasia Koutlis: We took our family cat Oscar to this vet and all the girls were so wonderful and helpful with everything! But sadly Oscar passed away ten days ago from kidney failure we all miss him so much. We received a lovely handwritten card and key chain from this lovely vet. Thank you so much for everything!

Alison: Since bringing my precious cat Ruby to Fulham gardens, I have had nothing but an amazing experience, Ruby is a anxious cat and is not the best patient at the vet and medication is our friend which means vet visits can be stressful for both of us. Every time we have been the vets are all so kind and reassuring it made so much difference to both me and Ruby and I cannot express how thankful I am for that.

ella sheffield: Always feel confident in our pets health when we leave, or if we call with a question everyone is always happy to help.Highly recommend Fulham Gardens Animal Hospital!

Susan Folwell: It was fantastic service and attention to detail for our pet. Would highly recommend Dr Louise Folwell and this Vet practice

Sara Kelly: and have troubles with other vets being nervous around your dog, try this vet..I changed over to this vet mostly due to location but found that the staff were more friendly and approachable. Which made a much more relaxed environment for me and I was able to be focused on the purpose of the visit rather than the vets nerves around my talkative husky. My husky gets nervous around nervous people and it's hard to teach people how to be with a husky if they just don't know. This vet was great, I explained what triggers my dogs nerves.

Nijole Irvine: Professional, prompt and friendly. Never disappointed. Considering changing to this practice instead of just for emergencies.

Amy: Most welcoming and caring staff unfortunately yesterday my aunty had to say goodbye to her beloved lab Abby who was 15! The staff were amazing with my aunty and she just wanted to send many thanks 🕊

Lynn Matthews: They have always been great with my animals.

Jen Gilbert: Fabulous home visit from vet staff today. Kind, professional and supportive. This is a great service for dogs and their humans who need extra support when accessing medical care.

Rebecca Maksimovic: Great service, all staff are very friendly and caring. I called for an appointment the following day for my dog but they were fully booked, so they put me on a wait list and called me the next morning with an appointment. Very attentive, thorough and explain everything so you leave feeling confident. They followed up to see how my dog was going with her medication and if I had any questions. They genuinely care and are the best vets in the area.

Dave May: Everyone at FGAH shows an unusual level of care and compassion, and i would thoroughly recommend this practice, especially having tried two others locally, this is the practice to use in this area.I hate to single out individuals, but dr louise is THE single BEST vet i have ever met, spanning three continents and every state in australia. She GENUINLEY cares, listens and communicates superbly. As a consequence of those three uncommon areas of excellence she was able to diagnose a condition that a prior 7 vets had missed. Just wonderful, and such a pleasant, warm and caring person.I could not have asked for anything more from any vet than she gave to my boy Benny and my girl Jet. She is EXCEPTIONAL and just the most wonderful human being.

Paula HUNTLY: My little boy's first visit to this clinic and found them to be very caring, friendly and helpful for his unexpected visit with an eye injury! We will be back! Thankyou!

Keeley Brown (Keels): Got in very quickly and the service was superb and friendly to my boy and myself. Gave my boy lots of attention, solving his issue swiftly and were beyond attentive. Will be coming again for whatever veterinarian needs.
