I have mobility issues so searching round the shop for what I want isn't easy because there is so much to choose from but I just ask Tricia and she will show me where to find what I want. She also has loads of accessories and other sewing needs and is a fountain of information and advice. This shop is a sewer's dream.

Alesha: Despite me not living close this is my go-to for embroidery supplies. They have far more colours of embroidery threads in stock than a lot of other stores and the shelves and consistently neater. Their range of fabrics is decent as well and their member prices are a nice discount that doesn't feel like nothing. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly in helping to locate items and get through the checkout quickly.

P Silence: Great places to find odd bits and pieces. Easy to get to from public transport.

I always look forward to seeing the resident cat who comes and goes as he pleases.They stock all the best designer quilting fabric and are one of the few places in south australia that you can purchase tula pink fabric and other goodies. They stock aurafil thread. You can buy pretty much everything you need to make a quilt here.
