Power Living Yoga Adelaide: what do users think?

Jeni Watson: Human Kind is the yoga teachers studio, the newbies studio, everyone’s yoga home…. Coming back into the studio for me personally was like coming home. Coming home and back to me….thank you always for being my true north.Thank you Tessa, Triton and your incredible team for creating a space and building community that is truly remarkable and an yoga movement home for so many. Big love x

Crina Solomon: Human.Kind studio is a beautiful, authentic and energetic space with a strong sense of community where you are always welcomed with a smile.I cannot praise enough the teachers. They are exceptional, very knowledgeable and experienced offering a variety of thoughtful flows and ranges of difficulties to suit everyone.Practicing yoga at Human. Kind helps me to reconnect with myself and turn down the rush of everyday life, in addition of course to improving my strength, balance and flexibility.

Peggy S: Have been practicing with these folks for years through their Livestream offerings. Their classes are world-class and so creative! What I love most about the experience is the authenticity of every single teacher and that they make everyone feel welcome and included, even if we join from far away. So happy they keep offering Livestream classes. Can't wait for the next class. xxx

Chloe: I have discovered this studio since 2018. I love coming in the studio every weekend as I can feel a lot of love and community power. If you love yoga and haven’t practice in here before, you must visit this magical place!lot of love from Chloe

Angela Stebbing: . It was so easy & I really appreciate the service you offer. I love doing the classes in person

Liz Young: I’ve been practising with Human.Kind Adelaide City livestream since the pandemic lockdowns. I absolutely love these classes and the teachers, who genuinely care, who always acknowledge and welcome us on Livestream, making us feel included. Great selection of classes, for all levels, highly recommend Human.Kind. It has a very happy place, with highly experienced teachers who challenge you but always encourage you to go at your own pace and look after your body with modifications.

Mateo Corleone: , never would I have thought that an Adelaide-based crew, on the other side of the planet, would get me on board for good.Be it in studio or on the livestream, e-v-e-r-y single human that is part of this project is phenomenal and brings the uniqueness of their practice, worldviews and personality to our getting together moments, those we dedicate to ourselves for our own benefit. Above the quality of the instructors, it is the depth of human interactions, compassion and fertile reflexions I found there that kept me, and keep me, hooked to practice and commitment to self during this very intense part of my professional life that represents a back to studies.Through Human.Kind, I learned to take care of myself so I could take care of others and take care of this world better.I learned to let go and that less is more.Even if words can never do justice to the sense of well-being I feel in this community, it is only fair that for all the love they spread around, I take some of my time to give them some of it back through this review.Thank you for everything you have done and will do. Our bruised world needs more of you.Give these folks a try; it is life changing. Literally.Much love from Montréal,Mathieu x

Silvia Frost: I thoroughly enjoy practicing yoga at Human Kind. I learn something new every time.

Martha Savva: Winter nights are so much better with human kind’s live stream Vinyasa and Yin offerings. Thank you Adam and Becca for tonight’s classes. I feel grateful that I moved and also wrapped up in cosiness.

Sofia Lorenzetti: It has been about one year since I rolled out my yoga mat for the first time, and there could not have been a better place to start my journey than Human.Kind. The studio has an incredible team of experienced and knowledgeable instructors who each offer something unique depending on what your needs and wants are for your practice. Their physiotherapy team are fantastic and have helped me overcome a few injuries. I look forward to each time I practice at Human.Kind, and I'm always welcomed with warmth each time I enter the studio. The livestream options are equally as high quality and a great option for when I'm away from home. Becoming a member at Human.Kind was one of the best decisions I have made for my overall physical and mental wellbeing and I have never looked back.

Cheryl: I loved the experience of moving my body and practicing breathing to connect my mind and body. I forgot to bring a hair band today, but when I asked, Dan was able to give me one.

Tiahni Adamson: Trit has an incredible way of subtly working you harder than you signed up for, while still making you feel calm, connected to yourself and connected to the wider Community. My body feels warmer and stronger, my spine and neck longer, my brain more at ease and my heart dotted with gratitude and love. What a way to spend an hour! Eternally grateful for you and the HK crew, Triton.

sarah macmahon: I have been attending yoga classes for at least 5 years and it is the best yoga studio in Adelaide, one of Australia’s leading studios. All instructors are so well qualified and all offer their own unique practice. I would not practice anywhere else. They know yoga and the physical body as well as the spiritual practice. Thanks Triton and Tessa for starting the business all those years ago.

CloMudrik Movement and Wellbeing: Love the studio’s atmosphere and classes are great!

Tatiana Farley: Such a beautiful yoga class - highly recommend !

Odilia Matei: Great place to practice yoga.

Coast Yoga Adelaide: what do users think?

dave bennett: I highly recommend Coast Yoga for anyone wanting to do yoga with knowledge and quality in the Iyengar system. As a 60 year old sailor yoga helps me with the strength and flexibility needed.

J M: I would highly recommend Coast Yoga Studio to anyone. The teachers are knowledgeable about the yoga practice and human body and they use that knowledge to ensure you do your poses correctly. Individual attention and focus on correct alignment are commendable. Over last two years at Coast Yoga I had a pleasure to attend classes with many yoga teachers and all of them were professional, helpful and dedicated. It is not just to teach yoga, it is to live it, and this is what I have observed at Coast Yoga.

Maggie McNeill-Baxter: Whilst on my mat and under the direction of one of many excellent teachers at Coast Yoga, I am able to find a spacious mind and an open heart. At the same time my body is stretching and moving in yoga positions which can be stimulating, challenging or relaxing. This mind is still and nothing else exists, just the the voice of the teacher and the rhythm of my breath. I look for this experience week after week and it enriches my life. With my appreciation to Coast Yoga Adelaide.

Carlos Miraldo: A wonderful and authentic yoga school, full of skillful teachers and dedicated students. Coast Yoga is one of the reasons I miss Adelaide so much!

Suzanne Ridding: and find it makes a massive difference to my week - I feel more relaxed, my back and neck are freer and I have take time to focus on nothing but being there at the time. Leonie and Vanessa take great care of their clients and make us all feel looked after

Jo Taskas: Simply fantastic, great teachers, beautiful philosophy with yogaPositive Communication, Quality, Professionalism …

Portuguese School of Adelaide: Extremely professional, catering for each individual. If you are looking for body and mind balance, and to get strength and flexibility, this is the place!

Adele Angel: Couldn't highly recommend the couples birthing workshop and Friday night pregnancy yoga classes more!!!The pregnancy yoga classes are a great way to connect with other pregnant mums while taking a bit of 'me' time. The classes also provide so much practical information, real in-person birth stories from mums who have just given birth and study based education in a relaxed and open environment. I feel supported and empowered for having done these classes. My husband and I are so glad we attended the couples birthing workshop. I not only walked away feeling even more informed and confident but it was super beneficial for my husbands confidence and concerns, our communication and our teamwork. We loved all the information, practical tips and that it prompted us to have an honest and open discussion about the expectations and fears we didn't know one another had. So glad we did this workshop!!!

Danielle OLoughlin: I have attended different yoga levels/classes as well as exerienced a variety of teachers at Coast Yoga, both male & female. I cannot fault their professionalism and code of conduct. My partner and I always feel we have grown in our yoga practice after every valuable class.Thank you Catherine, Vanessa, Clive, Leonie & Ali.

Matthew Morgan: Found Coast Yoga to be a great entry into yoga, and not as intimidating as other styles and studios for men interested in trying the practice.

Pamela Stecker: I've done Iyengar yoga interstate for over 20 years. As a woman, my experience of Coast Yoga & both male & female teachers over the past 5 years is that they are always professional, considerate & helpful. And the studio is a lovely, calm space. Highly recommended.

Laura Starling: . If you are on the fence about yoga then take yourself to one of Vanessa's classes - you won't look back.

Ali Day: Vani is an absolutely delightful teacher!

Pei Ling Ng: Self loving and self care starts with the Grace of Yoga Wellness Retreat. Vani, Kuldeep, Varsha did a fantastic job in bringing the importance of self-love to the forefront of my physical and mental well-being. Margareth and Anne's sessions "sealed the deal" in the self love game. 100% recommend to do a yoga retreat with Yoga Spirit Studios

Jessica Willis: I attended an amazing yoga retreat with Varni and her beautiful team. Real yoga and meditation with no “wellness” nonsense or pretense. Loved it and inspired to go to the studio for regular classes.

margaretha mutsaers: Recently attended a 3 day retreat hosted by Yoga Spirit Studios at Tara Hills Meditation Centre. This far exceeded my expectations and even 5 days after the retreat I find myself thinking about the atmosphere, laughter shared with hosts, participant's and teachers. It was so well planned and brilliantly executed that I was looking at my work schedule contemplating their next retreat in India shortly. Highly recommend not only the studio but particularly the retreats held by this business. Vani is a wealth of knowledge and it was such a privilege as a teacher myself to attend a retreat and learn so much from a beautiful humble being. The food and cooking lessons were an added bonus that brought a real sense of belonging. Thank you 🙏

Lauren Elborough: A beautiful studio with kind and helpful teachers. The teachers are very accommodating and take the time to offer variations on poses to suit all levels. I love attending the classes and always leave feeling relaxed!

Shannon Åsa: Such a warm welcoming and loving space to share peace and compassion and care for mind body and soul

Judy Johnstone: Thanks for the opportunity to sing your praises. YSS offers a wide range of classes and teachers.I am amazed at the variety of poses and practices the incredibly knowledgeable teachers offer. The venue and atmosphere is brilliant- warm and friendly to all.I so enjoy coming to yoga at YSS

Tom Johnston: So many great things about Yoga Spirit! There's a huge variety of classes throughout the week with very supportive instructors. It's a very welcoming community of people of all ages, and the space is beautiful! Much love to Vani and the team.

David Johns: to advanced. The instructors encourage you to take classes at your own pace and according to your own ability, based purely on what your body needs at that moment. I’ve never felt pressure to be or do anything in particular, all instructors offer support and guidance in a professional nurturing way.

Sharine Madoo: Whether you love yoga and mindfulness, or just want some downtime, this might be the hub for you. Vani and her dedicated team of instructors cater for different levels of yoga to suit your needs. There are also special events, retreats, and much more. The studio is lovely, clean, and has easy access bus and is very close to the city centre. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed✨

Donna Towson: This training was amazing, I highly recommend doing Yoga Nidra training with Yoga Spirit

kay: I tried 3 classes at this studio. Vani who runs the studio is very nice. The Relax class was good, I almost fell asleep. The yin class was ok, too. The vinyasa flow class, wasn't really a vinyasa flow class that you would normally expect....there was very little flow and hardly any sun salutations....more of a hatha class. So if you are after a strong flow class this isn't it.One issue with this studio is that there are two different rooms, the one that you see in the website photos is very spacious, clean, and nice. The other one, not so much, with very old carpet that got my allergies going, unfortunately as this is a heritage, council owned building, it is not something that the studio can address. The props at the studio are relatively new and well maintained.

Dene Iwanicki: Yoga Spirit retreat was a perfect short getaway retreat, with well paced classes and workshops with the most knowledgeable and high quality instructors. Great balance of education, mindfulness and hatha yoga experiences. Thank you so much, I really loved it!

Masha Yaghmaei: Strongly recommended, amazing yoga and meditation experience in the recent retreat. Thank you Vani and all.

Sinead Codd: I went to a Yoga Spirit retreat in the Adelaide Hills and had a wonderful time. The retreat was well thought out. I left feeling so refreshed and inspired. Vani and her team delivered the most wonderful classes filled with a mixture of yoga philosophy, simple practices to use at home that offer health benefits and beautiful soul filling workshops to inspire heart, mind and body. The teachers were all incredible and just beautiful souls. The accomodation was minimal but all one would need when on a spiritual retreat.I visited an ashram while in India over 10 years ago and this retreat had a very similar vibe. It felt very authentic. Thanks Vani & Team x

Preeti Rawat: Great place, very calming. I must commend how neat and how beautiful the ambience is.

VINOD BISHT: Absolutely amazing Yoga centre where you can find peace and useful instructions for healthy life !!Studio is so clean safe hygienicallyTeacher Vani is so knowledgeable in Yog Ashana and MeditationThank you team for our group sessions

Jaslene Anne: Just completed my 6 weeks of beginner course with Vani. It's a whole new experience and thanks to Vani for being an excellent guide and knowledge shared throughout the course.

Roly Michelmore: Ten plus years a client of Clarity and I maintain weekly remedial massage treatments here. Sarah Watson's commitment to providing the best available therapists and support to ensure first class treatment has never wavered. Clarity provides EXPERT massage and treatments. The staff are not only highly trained and skilled but are diligent and professional in assessing what they need to know to provide effective therapy and to ensure that treatments do no harm. I have been a client since day one of Clarity and no-one I have recommended to their care has been less than very satisfied.

Elly: The staff are so friendly and my remedial massage was just that, but also relaxing at the same time. Lovely warm beds to lay on and felt very cosy.

Paul Forrest: Had the most amazing hot rocks massage and reflexology.Definitely going back again.

Alison Blackman: A welcoming place to relax and recharge yourself.

Amanda Macey: Naomi has magic hands. Elicia is also an amazing massage therapist, I've had a massage from her in the past that was very nice.I had a massage today and it was so good. They are very good at finding that line between assisting with tension but keeping it relaxing.I do think there is a difference between coming to Clarity with a remedial massage therapist compared to just going to a beauty spa.Highly recommend.

Lawrence Pelekanos: Being my first time trying Hot Yoga I had no idea what to expect. I walked into such a peaceful and calm vibe, the instructor Olivia was super warm and welcoming. The class itself was definitely an experience! Olivia was incredible in her guidance on the poses throughout the class, it was challenging but I walked away feeling great.

Anna Pantahos: Beautiful studio. All the instructors are incredible and it’s wonderful to find a studio where I can go to any class with any teacher and have a spectacular and nourishing experience 💜💜 Both Hot Flows and Yin classes are amazing 🙏🏻

Ryan C: Great teachers and facilities. Heaps of classes. Love this place and the impact that going there is having on my life.

Olivia is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor, and her classes are demanding, in the best way. She has a warm and caring personality and energy. I look forward to many Sunday sessions! The studio is a little unkept on the outside, and also in the main yoga room - I would love to get in there and give it a good clean.

Michael V: Best Yoga Studio in Adelaide!Big shout out to Liz, Karen, Alice and Olivia. John K: Yogafusion is providing a platforn for all as we battle COVID19 restrictions and what can be inconsistent messaging from the Government and often changes without notice. Yogafusion are adapting and doing a superb job in balancing the experience we all strive for whilst still remaining compliant to some expectations from the wider community so we can keep living our lives.

Wendy Rutten: This small business, that has managed to work its way though a tough 18 months. They have had a minefield of difficulties and have managed to keep a dedicated cohort of amazing yogi's as teachers and, as members. I have appreciated the fact that I was able to practice at home during restrictions, and now I am back in the studio re-connecting with my community. Well done to Simon and Amy on their amazing sanctuary of practice. Their tag line of experience, empower and evolve is certainly true!

Grant Nelson: Great room, soft floor and good hot heat. Friendly staff too.

Nathan Godwin: I absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and open to ensure that the experience you have whilst you're at practice is one which is open and inviting.During these tough times with Covid-19, they have ensured that the absolute safety of everyone was taken into consideration. There are a number of different classes to attend with a range of different teachers who are all amazing. Breathe Stretch Float: what do users think?

Os - Yoga & Meditation: I recently visited Breathe Stretch Float, and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calming and serene atmosphere by his lovely owners, Jo and Jim who had everything ready for a truly restorative experience.I tried the float therapy with healing minerals, then a deep meditation inside the Himalayan Salt Cave and it was all absolutely incredible. As I floated effortlessly, I felt all my stress and tension melt away. The sensation of weightlessness allowed me to completely relax and disconnect from the outside world. It was as if time stood still, and I could finally focus on my own well-being.After the sessions, I emerged feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. My mind was clear, my body felt lighter, and I was filled with a deep sense of peace. Breathe Stretch Float provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and recharge, I cannot recommend Breathe Stretch Float enough. It's a sanctuary for relaxation and healing, and I can't wait to return for more sessions! Thanks heaps Jo & Jim

caitlin pratten: This place is amazing! A haven for self care from the moment you step in you are nurtured by the team then rejuvenated in both the salt room and float tank. An out of body experience

Valdas Bijanskas: Today, I had an amazing, relaxing massage in the salt room, followed by a float session in a soothing saltwater bath. The warm, salty water created a sense of weightlessness that made me feel like I was floating in space for an hour. It was an incredibly calming and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended!

Sonya Noonan: .After the 3rd infection I discussed things with Jim and we decided that I should try going to the salt room each week and see if it would help prevent me from getting infections.Guess what!!!!! I haven’t had one infection this year. I’ve traveled to Cairns and hugged a million people of which some ended up with covid, I traveled on planes, through airports and still didn’t get sick.I guess I’m telling you this story cause I want you all to experience the healing powers of the Salt Room. It will heal your coughs, colds, hay fever, sinus issues, pretty much any lung issue. It is also amazing for relaxing, catching up with friends, napping, meditating, reading, de stressing and many other things.Google benefits of a salt room and read it all or go to the Breathe Stretch Float website.

Timothy Horbury: Flu prevention this works No Hay Fever!

Jo Williss: Absolutely amazing!

Steven Hoepfner: Of everything they offer, the salt room unexpectedly is the most therapeutic resource for me. The space helps settle all of my inflammations, especially working to do with my asthma and allergies. I'm a regular now!

Aaron Byrne: I was lucky to be gifted a float session. The experience was amazing and very beneficial. Jim, one of the owners was very thorough in explaining the benefits that would come from a session however I wasn’t sure it would be as effective as he claimed. My experience was to prove me wrong. It was rejuvenating and everything he stated it would be. I am now looking forward to another session and have been telling others of this experience.

Bec Norton: Having a passion for holistic therapies it's important for me to keep up my own health naturally and that's why I always choose Breathe Stretch Float. I start with the salt tank therapy and end with meditation inhe salt cave. 10 🌟.

Elena Fenton: Beautiful facility, relaxing floating tank experience. Very soothing for muscles, aches and pains. My body felt wonderful afterwards. Thank you very much.

Vincenza Salvati: AMAZING Float TherapyExperience!FULL RELAXATION….Just as I hoped and needed!Well priced in such a welcoming and blissful environment. Felt quite spoilt with their care and attention. Compliments to you Jim & Jo THANK YOU

SHEENA ROSE: Lovely space with easy access. The Salt Cave is so therapeutic and the float and yoga options look 'state of the art'. James provides such wisdom and warmth and definitely makes one want to return!I will definitely be back.

Rob Homes: Finally made the time to go back and do a Float Tank and Salt Room experience after not being back for about 2 years. Why did I not go sooner? What a regret putting it off for so long.I walked in feeling really ordinary, depressed, thoughts racing in my mind and struggling with some stressful times the last few months. After my session I was calm, settled, mind at ease and the afternoon now looked a lot better then it was looking when I walked in.Jim is a great host and has an amazing facility. Thanks for another amazing experience, I won't leave it that long before I return! I promise.Lungs / Chest and throat are all more opened from the salt room. I had forgotten how congested I was until I was writing this. Breathing deeply is so much easier!

Enya Crockford: Salt room was highly relaxing and very helpful for my asthma. Highly recommend!

Daniel Wilczynski: Very relaxing.

Luke Lange: 100% Recommend Breathe Stretch Float to my friends and family already! We booked a float session for the evening and it was magic, can not wait to visit again to help clear the mind

Kevin Ellis: I have floated previously, but this experience was a level above, everything about the equipment the holistic and friendly feel to the place, made me feel at ease. I loved the float experience and they cater for all, an example was previously I tend to keep my head up which causes some tension in the neck, her they provide a support gif the head where I was able to totally relax the neck making the experience much more relaxing. I also had a salt room experience which I loved and overall this is a golden gem which I highly recommend a visit too.

Jules Paternoster: From the very first moment I walked into B.S.F I knew I had stumbled upon something very unique.A space I felt welcome, held and safe within seconds. My first treatment was for a SoulNar session with Jo in the magnificent salt cave - My second visit was a beautiful private Sound Bath in the salt cave to mark a friend's birthday. My third treatment is one that I'm still floating away from - Havening with Jim.When I first asked the question about this healing technique - I knew it would be something powerful. It resonated with me because it is both science based and evidenced. I knew I could trust Jim given his transparency in sharing some of his own experiences and whilst I knew it may be confronting, I was made to feel completely safe, capable and free to be vulnerable.Jim helped me shift a lot - about 3 times as much stuff as I had expected. The session felt insightful and completely taylored to me and my experiences. Guided by a kind soul who matched my energy and did an amazing job in leading me to the answers I've struggled years to find. I urge anyone struggling to let go, or stuck in uncomfortable holding patterns to have a chat with Jim about his offering.

Russell Dent: Such a great space, well worth a visit

John Camm: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Breath Stretch Float in Adelaide, and it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I entered, I was transported to a world of relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.Jim Ryan is incredibly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the various services from the Salt Room to the Float Tanks.Floatation therapy is a game-changer! The state-of-the-art float pods allowed you to let go of the outside world and immerse yourself in a cocoon of tranquility.Breath Stretch Float is truly a gem in Adelaide. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to float therapy, you'll find a haven of peace and tranquility at Breath Stretch Float.

Adelaide Hills Bikram: what do users think?

Julius H Monck: Omg Inferno pilates, most fun and intense workout I've had in a while. As a new comer it was welcoming the instructor was cool and helpful, members were super nice, workout was interesting and fun.Intro offer will likely convert into a full membership because I thought it was great especially to change up my current workout routine. What a challenge, thank you!!

Sammy G: and I felt the moves were achievable. Some things I couldn't do but I made little steps and wasn't made to feel dumb or silly for not doing it. We were encouraged to rest when needed. I felt absolutely amazing after. My back has had so much release. I was super energised and I'm definitely coming back 🌈

Mike Gainer: Great class 👌

Jessica Graham: Joan and the team at Adelaide Hills Bikram are welcoming, supportive and highly skilled. Their online classes are well worth the investment. Highly recommend!

Poona Ghazizadeh: A healthy and well balanced lifestyle requires commitment, a commitment to oneself, and Adelaide Hills Bikram is a wonderful facilitator for exactly that! Joan and her amazing team of instructors are most welcoming, supportive and unique. Every session is a new experience of pushing limits, cleansing, building strength and flexibility. At the end of each class, wether it's hot pilates or yoga, I feel my heart expanding and I leave with the biggest smile on my face!Thank you all so much.Love & Light,Poona 🙏

Belinda J: Gorgeous venue, lovely teacher and great facilities. I really enjoyed my Bikram class! Heading back for more & to try their meditation + yoga classes.

Diane Fang: Great spot in the hills for bikram! Good clean facility, shower and change room. Good parking options and most importantly, after the session, you walk out into the beautiful serene Adelaide Hills and plenty of fresh air.

Justine Duerden: Welcoming Bikram studio with nice people. Seriously very good well experienced instructors here. Everyone can feel themselves a perfect fit at this studio. Schedule is predominately Bikram with just a couple of Yin. It's nice to have a smattering of Yin throughout Bikram practice, a real treat! Location is on the main street of beautiful Stirling. To allow yourselves some time to explore the local community book an early session, or a weekend casual. Spoil yourself after class wandering the monthly market or admiring the cafes and the arts. Love Love Love Bikram in the Hills!

M Black: Management and staff at Adelaide Hills Bikram are always welcoming and supportive. I love the location and building too.I started yoga because, in January 2017 I was having difficulty putting shoes and socks and socks on without injuring my back! I was also gaining weight and was very unhappy with my figure.I had never done yoga before but everyone was amazing and genuinely supported me as a newbie. The first few sessions I struggled a lot because of my weight, my inflexibility, the heat and my claustrophobia. I persisted though, and every session I attended, I could do just a little bit more than the previous time. After every session I felt energised and stronger, and found myself running up flights of stairs instead of the previous slow climb, stopping halfway for breath! This helped me lose weight, and in the past year I have lost 15 kilos. In July this year, my world fell apart when my husband ended our 21 year relationship. It has been, and continues to be, extremely traumatic. I have suffered high levels of anxiety and stress, and depression as a consequence of his ongoing behaviour. Through this very difficult time yoga has helped me immensely. For 90 minutes I push myself to my limit, and I think of nothing else other than stretching, balancing and breathing.Just having 90 minutes to escape from the stresses of my life gives me enough respite to push on and stay focused on being positive and strong.I also have osteoarthritis in my knees and was in quite a bit of pain before. Yoga has significantly reduced my knee pain.A side benefit has been an increased range in my singing! My son pointed out that my singing has improved dramatically since starting yoga!

Sandra Thring: Im involved with all the practises on offer and love them all. Bikram, Yin and meditation are part of my weekly health routine. I liken it to being at home and the people I see regularly, especially Joan, are like family.

heidi rollins: I love bikram yoga with these lovely and caring instructors ❤️I'm definatley more patient , strong and flexible !

Anthony Scotland: Beautiful location, excellent facilities and staff are amazing. Heating is best in Adelaide, radiant heat - consistent and not blowing. The owner Joan is absolutely lovely as are the other teachers. Highly recommended. And after yoga you can go to the Stirling markets, local cafes or chocolate shop guilt free. Win!

Tristan Curnow: Awesome studio, great instructors, and the best heat in South Australia. Highly recommend.

Michael SNOSWELL: Great location, many different classes.

Carly Lohmeyer: and had a pretty great birth experience. Highly recommend!

Emma Mccosh: I am so grateful to have experienced Jackie’s hypnobirthing course and for all her guidance and support. Jackie is a gem - so gifted in many areas and has such a strong foundation in health & well-being, spiritual practice, science and lived experience/wisdom. Jackie’s course was so amazing and captivating- I felt empowered & at ease heading into my birth experience. Jackie was there to take my message when I was in a breach labour 4 weeks early .. and with her calming & reassuring nature I could confidently use the hypnobirthing knowledge & tools and have a positive birthing experience. Jackie remained connected following my son’s arrival - a testament to her genuine and caring nature and personal touch. The course was set at her yoga studio so it had such a peaceful energy. I would highly recommend Jackie for your hypnobirthing experience.

Alysia Johnson: My husband and I went with Jackie for a Hypnobirthing refresher when I was pregnant with our second child. She was warm, inviting very knowledgeable. Doing the refresher also taught us a few things we had missed in the first course so we were very happy to have made the effort. Would highly recommend Jackie and all her services.

Rebecca Klass: Go Yoga is a joyful and welcoming place to practice yoga. Jackie makes every lesson enjoyable and challenging, she is an expert at teaching and even after 8 years of practicing with her I’m still learning and growing in my yoga practice with Jackie’s guidance

josephine story: Goyoga with Jackie Teusner has been a huge benefit to me over the years since I discovered her selection of yoga sessions each week. The environment, the presence of others like minded, the skill Jac has of making each session special in delightful ways - chooses “thought for the month” to focus on, excellent instructions on poses, music varied, and I learn something extra from each and every practise 🙏 🧘🏼‍♀️Josy Story

Soyoung Min: I've had an amazing experience! The variety of classes tailored to different levels and various sequences ensures there's always something new and fun. Jackie’s explicit guidance and support have been helpful making it easy for someone like me who struggles with body awareness. I feel I am more flexible and stronger. Some classes are good for meditation which I was looking for as well. Overall, a well-rounded and effective yoga class!

Krista Maier: Goyoga is a welcoming and safe space for people of all levels of yoga experience, from never having done a class, to those who practise regularly. Jackie blends her expertise in science and evidence and her qualifications in yoga and mindfulness based practices with her gift for teaching to create an environment in which participants are able to strengthen their body and settle their mind in a safe and enjoyable way. Jackie takes particular care to work with people to adjust their practice so as to suit their own individual needs. At Goyoga there are a variety of classes to suit each person’s particular goals for their practice. The space is airy, clean and comfortable, with small class sizes and friendly, non-judgemental participants. I know that engaging weekly with Goyoga and being taught by Jackie has allowed me years of safeguarding my body against injury, being able to move comfortably in daily life, and the capacity to ground and centre myself using breath and movement when I am feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend anyone considering exploring whether regular yoga practice is for them to contact Jackie and start your journey. I am profoundly grateful for the gift of Goyoga in my life.

Cherie Young: I first started practicing yoga with Jackie at my local gym and followed her to her private studio when the instructor at the gym changed as I just love her classes.Jackie is knowledgeable and qualified, she is continuously up dating her training to be able to provide the best practice she can. She is caring and compassionate. The atmosphere at the Go Yoga Adelaide Studio is welcoming and inclusive. It has a great vibe and is a great community that I feel grateful I get to be a part of.I have noticed a huge benefit to my life my regularly practicing yoga and find it blends nicely with my other activities. After practicing yoga regularly, I firmly believe that everyone would benefit from taking a regular yoga class. An added bonus is that Jackie has great taste in music.

John Bruning: is the real deal. She teaches all the classes so you don't have to worry about a different teacher all the time and not knowing what to expect. Jackie pays very close attention to all her students poses and provides excellent service. A friendly and inviting studio.

Meraki Music: and vinyasas

Marjan Marzoughi: One of the best yoga teachers! Jacqui is very kind and caring and really great at what she does. Can't recommend her enough.

katie peel: I love Go Yoga. I have been attending Jackie's classes for a year now and I'm so glad I found her. Jackie's classes and teachings are wonderful and herself and the other are so welcoming.

kay: Lovely, boutique yoga studio. Jackie is a very experienced and compassionate teacher. The atmosphere in all the classes is very informal and fun.One thing to note, that took me some time to get used to, is that there is music in all the classes.

Talei Renee: I joined Jackie's antenatal classes from 5 weeks through to 36 weeks gestation and would highly recommend! I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to move my body weekly and connect with the other expectant mothers. Jackie's positive, informative and light hearted approach always made me feel so welcome and gave me alot of comfort during my pregnancy!

Peta Guy: Go Yoga offers a great range of classes for all energy levels. The studio is inviting. The community is inclusive and friendly. Jacquie is a top teacher who really cares about her students.

Julie: Jackie is masterful! I used to go to yoga Bec supposedly it was good for me; but when I started with Jackie it actually felt good! both mentally and physically... and after every session! I will continue to go at any opportunity. oh and I am a beginner in my 50's so no need to be expert with Jackie - she supportively correction ts you whenever you need it. my best Yoga experience ever.

Tse Pamela: I have recently done my lower back from the Port Lincoln sailing regatta. I put myself on the wait list with a physio, and wasn’t sure if I should go for bikram yoga. Upon checking the schedule on the instructors for the night, I turned up, had a chat with the instructors on my lower back. She gave me the advice on when to ease and when to hold my core tight. I did 2 bikram and 1 yin session last week. I haven’t felt anything on my back since!I cancelled the physio and back to sailing again!!!

Bec Holden: excellent experience here

See it: Great fitness in a 'tucked away' spot.

Mike Bruer: Wonderful atmosphere, teachers who embody their art, and the most brutal yoga you can find. I now practice every day.

Susan Ruan: Love Bikram. Going to Bikram means less doctors' visits to me. Spacious room. Clean and tidy.

Tom Webb: , calm my mind, and truly challenge my physical limitations. For a male once strongly influenced by stereotypical, testosterone fueled weight training and combat related disciplines, yoga has forced a much needed reassessment of what constitutes true strength/health. In my view, it balances out, complements and improves upon all other forms of training.

Zac Barnard: Best place in Adelaide for great Yoga instructors!

hayden b: Got very fit doing the 60 challenge.

Sinikka Li: best yoga studio in adelaide
