Heimy Molina: I cannot express how unbelievably amazing this place is â the place of my dreams đ°âš Feels like youâre in a peaceful, magical town in Europe. My partner and I flew in Adelaide from Sydney just to stay here. He also proposed to me here and I wouldnât have it in any other way. Kenneth and his wife are both so kind, accommodating, and passionate about their work and the whole place their passion is clearly reflected in the interior and exterior of the whole facade. Would definitely be back đŻ Iâm giving it an 11/10 if I can! âïž Thank you for making our stay out of this world and for being so sweet. Amber Barber: Staying at Thorngrove was a truly special experience. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The rooms and antique furniture was stunning and suited the estate perfectly. We appreciated the in room compendiumâs with information regarding the local area, property, antiques and our specific suite. Adelaide was really hot the day we stayed but our entire suite, including the stairwell, was nice and cool, the perfect temperature. It was lovely to walk into some wonderful folk music playing upon entry. Great selection of CDâs, games, DVDâs and things to keep you entertained, we wish we had more time there. Having two bathrooms in a 1 bedroom suite was a great luxury. Ken & Nydia took wonderful care of us and made us feel like royalty. We loved chatting with Ken about the incredible property. The food was 10/10, amazing. Afternoon tea, 3 course dinner & our breakfast were all delicious, fresh & high quality. The love & care put into the experience by the hosts is evident. For us, absolutely worth the money and we will be back again. Thank you Thorngrove!
Anelis Jordan: Staying at Thorngrove Manor was a dream come true, pinch me Am I Dreaming kind of experience. From the very first email correspondence with Nydia to the warm welcome from Ken, Thorngrove Manor, far exceeded my expectations. I booked Thorngrove for a very special date with my partner and the experience did not disppoint. The attention to detail of this place is unmatched. Our 3 course organic dinner was delicious and lick the plate worthy. Chocolates and Port in the afternoon was a lovely treat and afternoon tea was made up of fresh and sumptuous morsels of yumminess. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was perhaps, the most magical and wonderful experience we have shared and one that we will never forget. Exemplary service provided by both Nydia and Ken, exquisite rooms filled with authentic antiques and phenomenonal dining awaits. Do yourself a favour and visit this unbelievable place. Donna Newman: First time staying at the Adina apartments and I say I definitely recommend. The rooms were excellent, comfortable, balcony overlooking a courtyard. Explored and found an indoor pool and gym with equipment in good condition. Even had a Cafe for breakfast which I recommend. All for. Good price, Adina will be high on the list to go back

Didn't hear much of the outside noise. In my room, we only heard the washing machine/dryer from the floor above. Nothing from the rooms next door.Mattress was slightly hard for my liking.Food & drinks: Best room service wedges ever! My son was obsessed with them. We ordered it a 2nd time.

Dianne Thompson: My top pick for accommodation it has it all, excellent concierge service on greeting Guest 10 person spa and gorgeous indoor pool, i booked executive room with spa in room was so big I could fully float in it, excellent food room service options, ladies upgrade to the romantic upgrade you get a bottle of Jansz bubbles big box of Raphael chocolates late check out 11am loved getting breakfast in bed via dialling 9 to order from 6am to 10.30am breakfast options from continental to full serve of 2 eggs, bacon, hash brown,mushrooms, tomatoes, chorizo, beans on sourdough toast. Restaurants were beautifully laid out Tunki faces west for sunset Knotts faced east for sunrise absolutely stunning location.

Staff at the reception were lovely and friendly on arrival explaining everything to us even wishing me a Happy Birthday and 2 x free drinks.The room on the 11th floor was really cool and funky with a great view and the bed was very comfy.This hotel is in a fabulous location.I would definitely stay here again.

Tim Morgan: Honestly now when I travel to Adelaide for work I tell them to only book me here as the rooms are great, the staff are great and the location is awesome! I wake up and go to Central Markets and find breaky before heading to work. The restaurant on the bottom floor is fantastic italian and I can say I have now tasted every pasta dish and they are A1 top notch. See you guys again in 2 weeks! Also the 11 market street Cafe had the best coffee I have had in a long time

You can really stay âinâ with the rooftop bar, all day coffee , bar and dining down stairs, fitness centre and pool and rooms to hang-out in. We just felt that the waiting staff were not on top of things, our breakfast and coffee was cold on the Sunday and breakfast order incorrect on the Monday. Breakfast was yum but not their specialty. Roof top ambience is amazing, cocktails were awesome and tapas. The interiors were so vibrant, quirky yet cosy-attention to detail was amazing with layered lighting and indoor plant boxes. Itâs not too busy too.Safety: Quiet and safeWalkability: Great quiet spot with the ability to walk all the way to Rundle Mall or North Terrace or you can catch the tram both ways or either way.

Jay K (Jhonny, Jono, Jay): This day and age I do not expect and am not use to waiting especially long check in and check out times, totally Bs do your job after Iâve left and donât make me sit and waste valuable time waiting for you to check the room and how itâs been left. Certainly not the 5/6 star service we are use to!!For being brand new I would have expected more from pretty much everything except the view.

All the staff we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful, which of course made our experience really positive. Would recommend to everyone if theyâre looking for great experience!

Susanne Carter: I enjoyed my stay here but it would have been nicer if I hadn't had to ask the cleaner at 8am to not yell on the corridors so waking me up, or if there had been more instruction about the silly egg ordering process, or if they remember to update your keycard if you have asked for an extra hours room use. I found the staff and management 'aloof' towards their customers. Professional is good, aloof is not so.

For those needing a space that is mobility needs friendly I checked in and omg the cabin we stayed in. Amazing wide car space, flat entry and exit. Huge walk in/ wheel in if needed shower with a bench, rails next to the toilet and in the shower. Extra power points. I was blown away. See pics. I've always loved this park but more so now.We have stayed here a few times and never had any issues. We have been here for 6 nights of an 8 night stay in preparation for the birth of my baby. My daughter and I were so comfortable and relaxed. The park is quiet and well maintained and secure. The cabin was lovely, beautiful and clean and with it having an oven and cook top and full size fridge we could cook and shop for the week. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. It's close to the beach and west lakes shopping centre. I will be sad to be leaving after such a lovely week but will be back.

Sonia MARIA: Love this Caravan Park. Parents were long term residents here. Mum remains. The amenities block is very good. Can even have a bath!!The walk to the beach is short and well worth it. I have had many hours walking along the Semaphore beach with my mother. So nice to have my mum so close to this lovely space.

Gavin Day (GD): Had a major function here. Great location. They need to organise your bar staff and catering. The event ran out of coopers beer in 40 minutes. Then there was a shortage on other beers all night. Meals were excellent, though.A bit more training in table staff as they seemed to be disorganised. Alot of table service was missed.

Shops like Coles and Dan Murphys close buy and heaps of restaurants in walking distance. Jason Lao: Lovely front desk reception staff and clean apartments with daily room service. Location is very convenient in the CBD and walkable to most sites of interest. Our room looks out to Hindmarsh Square with a open view and remains quiet over a Friday night.Rooms: We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. It was spacious with basic cooking equipments. I think you may just be able to get away with cooking a very basic meal but not more. We never cooked as it was so conveniently located to many eateries.Walkability: Walking distance to most sites of interest. 5 minutes to Rundle Mall. 10 minutes to state library/ SA museum. 15 minutes to Adelaide Central Market. 20 minutes to Adelaide Convention Centre and Adelaide zoo.

Sylvia Lin: We had a two-bedroom room with a fully functional kitchen. We liked this place b/c this is the only hotel among the 4 hotels we had with the most special room and overall a good time and convenient location to the University of Adelaide and other tourist spots and many food options nearby. However, we run into problems with the elevator that took forever to arrive and the window leaked when the rain was too hard. Nothing bad happened but these are inconveniences.
Lachlan Burnet: Really happy with the stay here considering the great price I got it at. Staff were very helpful and friendly - particularly the lovely Cambodian lady oh the front desk and the chef with the glasses at breakfast. Breakfast was not a huge buffet but the food was really good and tasty! Nice apartment-style room and very well maintained. Very clean. Parking is a reasonable $25/night. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Adelaide. Great place!

Ji-hoon Chung: I stayed with my wife and middle school son while traveling in Adelaide.This time, by chance, I went to three places called Mantra: Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne. This is the only place where there is an extra bed rather than a sofa bed, which is about as big as a super single, so my son liked it. There were two bedrooms.First of all, the advantage is that it has good accessibility to Rundle Mall, the main street in downtown Adelaide. It's a bit far from Adelaide Station, but overall the location was good since it's a small city. Coles and Woolworths are also close by. It's also full size, not metro.And the kitchen utensils were neat, easy to cook, and there was a small terrace, so it was good for ventilation.The downside is that there is no washing machine...And the bed was a bit cheap, so it creaked and the springs bounced.If you want accommodation with a kitchen in downtown Adelaide, it would be a good place to go.The staff were friendly, and the restaurant on the first floor was worth going to, but I didn't try breakfast.^^

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Bruce Truong, who made my experience even better. Bruce helped me with the check-in process and kindly upgraded my room to a higher level upon request. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.My room was on level 6, and I loved the balcony where I could enjoy fresh air. The level 6 bar had a nice view, so if you want to relax at the hotel and have a couple of drinks while taking in the view, it's a perfect spot.I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, and as I travel to Adelaide for work a few times each year, Iâll definitely be booking here again. Michael Anthony: Decent stay, could of had some toothpaste in room. Maybe complimentary water , 5 dollars a bottle seems abit steep. When refreshing room could of put more milk in fridge for tea and coffee. Instead of getting 2 freshly folded towl on day 2 we got 1 towel which was weirdly placed across the couch. Overall a good stay but improvements could be made, would give 3 and a half if it was a option
Tilly Hope: My boyfriend and I checked out a few hours ago, after a weekend stay. As our first getaway together, it was amazing! First off, we got a room upgrade which was so kind, and the room was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk were so kind and accommodating! We had dinner at the Skyline Restaurant and it was exceptional, the food was amazing and the waitress was so kind also. We also had breakfast down at the Deck Cafe which was really good also. Unfortunately one of the days the room service and restaurants were unavailable, but fortunately there were many options to get food delivered, so luckily this wasnât an issue. Overall, this stay was amazing, the staff were so kind and the room was beautiful. Thank you to the kind staff at Rydges Adelaide for the best stay, we will definitely be back again!

Peter Doody: What a hidden gem! Yes it is small, yes it is not RIGHT in the middle but the price is the key here. I found them on a booking site and went direct getting a lower price and a mini bar bonus. Hard to beat at this price and we were there on the weekend when all on street parking was free/untimed. Will not pay 200 plus a night again in the city.

Bread and Butter: Good business hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Windows open to a small balcony. The city is dead at night, so I could sleep with an open window even though my room faced the street. Free parking after 6pm in the streets around the hotel. The restaurant is only open for dinner from Thursdays. Didn't sample the breakfast but the coffee is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a good rate for my stay, their rack rate is very high though. Booking direct through their website seems the best option.

In short, Adelaide is a super lively city and the Majestic really offers excellent accommodation.Rooms: Very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort.
