Cathrine Durney: Lovely room very comfortable and the staff were friendly however the restaurant was closed and not serving which was quite an inconvenience after a long day working, the convenience of in house dining and the location is one of reasons I booked, I was also unable to get a receipt for my stay which I found a little strange. Lovely hotel not sure about 5 star status and price tag though

Bev Hanisch: Hello, we stayed here for my 70 th birthday. This establishment made my birthday extra special. I was treated with a bottle of Pinot noir and chocolates. The staff were very welcoming and our room was perfect. The bed was comfy and I will never get a comfy pillow so don’t expect this hotel to fix my problem highly recommend anyone stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the location and wonderful decor. Stephie Borgford: I recently stayed at Hilton Adelaide and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The view from my room was amazing, adding to the overall experience.The hotel’s central location is a major plus, with Chinatown just a few steps away and plenty of food options nearby. It’s truly an amazing property, perfectly situated for exploring the city. I highly recommend Hilton Adelaide for anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally-located stay with excellent service!

Aldo Mario: Very strategic place in very middle of CBD Adelaide that close to everywhere and every bis stop to anywhere, Rooms is very nice as we get 13th floor that can see beautiful scenery of Adelaide city and service is marvellous from check in process, breakfast, using the facility such as Gym, Tennis court and swimming pool!Totally recommended and we're looking forward to be back!
Richard Cunningham: The Hilton is well located by the free tram that will take you to the city mall, stadium, art gallery, wine museum, and market etc. Perfect. The whole friendly staffing team did their job and each in their own way contributed to a great stay. The rooms, the food, and service was top draw. I will definitely stay there next time in town and recommend it.Rooms: Well set up and clean.Nearby activities: Located to provide access to most Adelaide must do's.Safety: Never felt unsafe. Roaming Bush Barbie: I wasn't particularly impressed with this hotel. The rooms are a shocker!!! Really outdated and unclean, certainly not a 5 star accommodation if the rooms are anything to go by. There are way too many staff at the reception but only one serving at a time so the lines go check in are long. Despite the staff being nice I found the $100 a night for bond off putting and I was super annoyed when I saw the type of room I got for that amount and bond. The location was great and the buffet breakfast was really delicious however I wouldn't be staying here again not for that rate or bond.

Hugh bath tub big spacious shower.Bedding and pillows where possible the best we have experienced in our many stays in hotels..Other friends that stayed fro the few days also said the same..My wife was very happy with the gym and pool operational hours. Open early closed late..Breaking buffet 😋 was very yummy heap to offer.Bar & drinks 🍸 was also wonderfulOnly issue! Kit Busto: Overall our experience with the Pullman was fantastic. A big shout out to Christophe who was working as the concierge, funny, charming and an absolute gem. The rooms were modern and well appointed. On the first night we had an issue with the hot water but as soon as we told the front desk they offered to change our room but as we were headed out and didnt want to pack up again they sent a maintenance person who promptly fixed the issue. Sedi Salek: I had a fantastic stay at Rydges South Park Adelaide! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Bruce Truong, who made my experience even better. Bruce helped me with the check-in process and kindly upgraded my room to a higher level upon request. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.My room was on level 6, and I loved the balcony where I could enjoy fresh air. The level 6 bar had a nice view, so if you want to relax at the hotel and have a couple of drinks while taking in the view, it's a perfect spot.I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, and as I travel to Adelaide for work a few times each year, I’ll definitely be booking here again. In fact, I’ll be back in the next two months for another work trip, and I’m already looking forward to my stay at Rydges South Park Adelaide.Thanks for reading!
Michael Anthony: Decent stay, could of had some toothpaste in room. Maybe complimentary water , 5 dollars a bottle seems abit steep. When refreshing room could of put more milk in fridge for tea and coffee. Instead of getting 2 freshly folded towl on day 2 we got 1 towel which was weirdly placed across the couch. Overall a good stay but improvements could be made, would give 3 and a half if it was a option
Tilly Hope: My boyfriend and I checked out a few hours ago, after a weekend stay. As our first getaway together, it was amazing! First off, we got a room upgrade which was so kind, and the room was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk were so kind and accommodating! We had dinner at the Skyline Restaurant and it was exceptional, the food was amazing and the waitress was so kind also. We also had breakfast down at the Deck Cafe which was really good also. Unfortunately one of the days the room service and restaurants were unavailable, but fortunately there were many options to get food delivered, so luckily this wasn’t an issue. Overall, this stay was amazing, the staff were so kind and the room was beautiful. Thank you to the kind staff at Rydges Adelaide for the best stay, we will definitely be back again!

Susanne Carter: I enjoyed my stay here but it would have been nicer if I hadn't had to ask the cleaner at 8am to not yell on the corridors so waking me up, or if there had been more instruction about the silly egg ordering process, or if they remember to update your keycard if you have asked for an extra hours room use. I found the staff and management 'aloof' towards their customers. Professional is good, aloof is not so.

Gavin Day (GD): Had a major function here. Great location. They need to organise your bar staff and catering. The event ran out of coopers beer in 40 minutes. Then there was a shortage on other beers all night. Meals were excellent, though.A bit more training in table staff as they seemed to be disorganised. Alot of table service was missed.

Bread and Butter: Good business hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Windows open to a small balcony. The city is dead at night, so I could sleep with an open window even though my room faced the street. Free parking after 6pm in the streets around the hotel. The restaurant is only open for dinner from Thursdays. Didn't sample the breakfast but the coffee is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a good rate for my stay, their rack rate is very high though. Booking direct through their website seems the best option.

Peter Doody: What a hidden gem! Yes it is small, yes it is not RIGHT in the middle but the price is the key here. I found them on a booking site and went direct getting a lower price and a mini bar bonus. Hard to beat at this price and we were there on the weekend when all on street parking was free/untimed. Will not pay 200 plus a night again in the city.

Kathy Nygaard: For Mother's Day, my two beautiful daughters & families bought me a High Tea voucher. Their families also bought them one each, so we booked in today for 12noon. My first time visiting. What an amazing, beautiful place to have a High Tea, lunch, dinner or just a get together. Wonderful, well dressed, happy staff. We were taken to a warm pleasant room with an open window area. All rooms have a wood fire, so on this cold day, it was very cosy.Our food was presented beautifully & tasted amazing. The only criticism we had, was the thick coffee cups on a saucer was what we were going to drink our lovely tea from !! What happened to a china cup for tea ? Pots were also made of heavy pottery. For the price, it is good value but big points lost for this type of service. Must change for this high quality restaurant.

S G: Simply Magical!We are just back from a magnificent long weekend at Mount Lofty House. Mt Lofty House is a luxury hotel with many welcoming spaces to enjoy. Our rooms were beautiful and included everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. But what made our stay stand out is the 5 star service from the Mt Lofty House team. The staff made us genuinely feel welcome and that they were keen to deliver the long weekend stay we wanted. Our stay started with Shaun from Reservations putting together a package of activities and bookings tailored exactly to what we wanted to do. And then these happened effortlessly over the weekend. Thanks Shaun, it was a delight to work with you to put together our weekend. We loved the hotel history tour run by Chris, make sure you take it when staying. Chris made us feel very welcome anytime we saw him over the weekend. Thanks Chris, we are big fans of the champagne cocktails! Our weekend included some time at the fabulous Gatekeepers Day Spa. Thanks to Claire for an outstanding massage, it was the perfect way to end a day after walking in the Mt Lofty Summit national park nearby. We also want to say a big thank you to the staff in the Piccadilly Panorama breakfast restaurant who are delightful and made sure we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each day and the staff in the Hardy's Bar and Lounge for their warm service and tasty dinner. Staying at Mt Lofty House is a must-do luxury experience with all that the Adelaide Hills has to offer on your door step.

Heather Lawson: and plenty of living room space. Easily enough room for two families. The kitchen has everything you need, there's a full laundry room and even a beach toy cupboard! Host Amy is super helpful and friendly. We loved being across the road from the beach and a short walk from lots of fab restaurants

The views are spectacular, and the sunsets were like nothing we had ever seen before. Amy our host was wonderful, and nothing was a problem. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

There was a couple of things that let us down but overall was a positive experience.The room while yes a little outdated, but was generally pretty clean apart from the windows having finger prints and "blowfish" marks from previous clients overlooking the main road. We were sad to say one or two of the cutlery were dirty, and the shower pressure wasn't great. But overall we had a good night sleep. The front counter was lovely.

Vicki: Centrally located close to Rundle Mall and public transport this is a great location to stay. The girl at check in was really helpful and even marked key locations for us on the map and answered our questions about transport etc. Apartment was well appointed, quiet, clean with good linen and beds.Rooms: Great linen and beds.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Rundle Mall, Public transport and restaurants.Safety: A busy street with bars, but did notfeel unsafe. Millers is very security conscious with keys and fobs.Walkability: Key entertainment venues, restaurants and transport in walking distance.Food & drinks: A number of great food and drink choices in the vicinity.
Caleb Bierton: EDIT - unfortunately I had quite a negative experience the last time I stayed at this place which impacted the review which I left previously.It was largely due to inconsiderate guests in a near by room and nothing due to the staff or the establishment.I raised the issues upon departure last time, and I am glad to see that they have been dealt with promptly and effectively.The location for Miller apartments is unbeatable in Adelaide.The staff are fantastic, very approachable and professional.Rooms are very clean and well equipped.Car park is quite tight, but very secure.I will be a regular customer here.
Carriann Jane Shaw: The hotel is conveniently located, being in walking distance of the casino, convention centre, zoo, botanic gardens, Rundle Mall, and Adelaide markets.Spend some time taking with the wonderful front desk staff and they can provide recommendations on walking trails, art galleries and restaurants.The rooms are a little older but clean and we find the housekeeping team incredibly accommodating.We keep coming back because we are treated like family and look forward to our stay each month.

Laurent Dion: Our apartment was clean and luxurious although quite dark despite being on the 4th floor. The location is perfect in the city center near the pedestrian area and many restaurants. The reception staff are professional and efficient, not forgetting the people who do the cleaning, all very friendly. When the building was designed, a second elevator would have been a good idea.
Diane B: Great central location. Less than a block from Rundle Mall and the Hope on Hop Off Tourist Bus. Rooms are in good repair and very clean. The building has a lift. The kitchen had crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, a microwave, hot plates and a medium sized fridge/freezer. The living area has a couch, plus a coffee table, desk and chair.
Tee Fevaleaki: Our very first trip to Adelaide and my husband had planned a lovely short getaway. He booked a room at the Millers apartment and the service from the staff was absolutely amazing.They had messaged us a few days before in preparation for our arrival and asked us for any requests we had. My husband replied requesting a high floor and early check-in. Understandably these things can't be confirmed until arrival however we got to the room at 1pm and the lovely Tanisha greeted us and advised our room was ready and that our room had been UPGRADED to one of their suites on the top floor as my husband let them know we were celebrating my birthday there. I was so appreciative of the kind gesture!When we got to our room, it was perfect. And to my surprise a complimentary bottle of wine and beautiful chocolates with a sweet happy birthday message was left on the kitchen table. Sooo thoughtful!! The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. The fluffy robes and slippers were a beautiful touch too and I was very excited there was decent coffee and tea in the room too. None of this Nescafe stuff that we usually find.Thank you sooo much Tanisha and Millers Apartment for an enjoyable stay !Noteworthy details: They have a list of items you can request and they are more than happy to supply.Some are complimentarySome you can borrowSome can be provided for a small feeLovely touch! Especially for us as we were there when the weather was not on our side and they have a number of umbrellas you can borrow which we really appreciated!They also have hair ties, bobby pins and toothbrush as complimentary items just to name a few from that list.You have thought of it all. Could not fault anything.THANK YOU!

John Baumann: Exceptional surprise for my first time there. From the moment we arrived until we left, it was an experience I won't forget in a hurry. Food was exceptional, with my steak cooked to perfection, which is rare when you ask for a rare steak. Service again was exceptional staff, and they were totally willing to help with a smile. Professional and friendly, you can't ask for anything more. Food was great value for money with just the right serving size. Great atmosphere with that very old pub feel. Ideal for groups or that intimate meal for two. Certainly, I will be returning again and again. Extremely highly recommended. 10 stars

The overall appearance of this hotel is clean, The room smells nice. It’s cozy, super clean and way above what I expected. the staff are amazing very polite and super helpful. I really didn’t expect it to be this clean and everything is so tidy and pleasant. I’ve been staying in some so-called 4 star, five star hotels and they are never like this. Paul Goff: insist on taking a $50 charge is incredulous. To boot Ibis have failed to reimburse my $50 and if I hadn't have checked my credit card statement would have been none the wiser as I had swiped and checked out at the hotel and was advised that a refund was coming. The breakfast is overpriced at $34 and psychologically forces you to eat way more than you need to. And it doesn't even come with a decent coffee

Colin Fenech: Cosy, neat room. We found the bed comfortable. My partner was disappointed with the all in 1 shampoo/bodywash/facewash, but it didn't bother me. We had the special $5 / person breakfast which was well worth it. If it wasn't for that special, we wouldn't have had the breakfast at the full price. Parking was only about 80m down the road, which was handy, but unfortunately my car was damaged in the car park. I would recommend the Ibis hotel and would stay there again.

The pool was fantastic—our 8-year-old absolutely loved swimming there! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. mahdad eghbalian: I had a fantastic experience staying at Crowne Plaza, Adelaide.The location is perfect with many restaurants and shopping centres nearby. The staff are super friendly. I had an evening flight and they helped me with a late checkout. The rooms are super clean and the lounge area is cozy and not crowded at any time during the day.I suggest opting in for the buffet breakfast which is made fresh and includes many options to choose from. I especially recommend their chef made omelette which you can customize.
