John Bednarz: Recently I tried my hand at some astrophotography and was dismayed to find unwanted spots on all the images I took using a Fuji X-T20 camera. I tried all the recommended sensor cleaning options and only succeeded in making matters worse. As a last resort I took the camera to Camera House and left it with their technician Ron. I am happy to report that not only was the sensor restored to pristine condition but as a bonus the entire camera had been meticulously cleaned.

Must say a massive thank you to Tom and Ronan for their professional and supportive actions today when the Westfield shut down due to the violence/extendable batten/knife attack today. We were locked in the store with them for a couple of hours while the police conducted proceedings. They Not only offered a safe Haven, they also opened the staffroom at the back for safety and access to drinking water. They kept us updated with whatever information that they could. One of them grabbed a chair to fend off any potential attackers while the door was being shut. THANKS RONAN AND TOM!!!!

I had visited your store with some cameras yo-yo use as trade in. 1 camera was done in store but my other 3 was needing to be done at Head Office. Like most stores I though a local distributor would be more expensive...how wrong was I the price was much cheaper.. so happy , really?? I was considering buying secondhand online too , how nice , even got warranty and not much more then what I would paid at that online auction for secondhand!The staff were lovely , and the store was easy to find.. I am so happy I had a look at this store before making a huge mistake !!Thank you so much to the nice young woman at the store that helped me ...she even gave tips on setup .. made my day 😁😁😁I couldn't speak more highly enough.. and will recommend if you or anyone else have a a new video camera need then why not check out these guys. Frank Holiday: Positive Review for the staff and camera equipment both excellent service and assistance. Very negative about the print software system. I found the output was very dark and the images are compressed right down a 15mb photo might end up under 2mb. So you can see the quality in your prints the edges look cartoonish. The images were darker than kmart which i am not promoting because the staff often wreck your photos handling them. It's the print system, why would you take something great and compress it by so much.
Ryan Jiannis: Great experience with gear trade-in. Mel was delightful throughout, and Ted's offered a notably higher price than competitors — in dollars, not just store credit. Will happily return.

Mike Bazil: I took in an UV torch today, thinking that it was a very poor product because it emmited very little light, and hoping for a refund. The young fella that served me pointed out that the batteries that i put in there may be at fault. Well, sure enough, he put some fresh batteries in there, and it worked great. I must have had some flat batteries in the van, and didn't check to see if that was the cause of the problem, before i returned to tha store and complained. Was my face red with embarrassment...I am an electrician! Anyway, the fella was very kind about it, and helpful and forgiving... top marks for customer service!!!

Carmel Fletcher: I am older lady who went to the store on Thursday night and I believe the handsome gentleman who were working there were Jack and James. They offered customer service to a senior citizen like myself that blew me back to the good old days. They just went above and beyond. I would like to recommend to their employer that these two employees are invaluable and should be treated with every respect due.

Marg Pedler: Today 8/5/23 my husband and I were very impressed with Jack who served us. He was extremely attentive to our needs and knowledgeable and gave us his undivided attention not just to my husband, but to me as well. He has excellent communication skills and listens intently and guided us through the options very skillfully. I can't recommend the young guy highly enough. I would like to add when I spoke to James the boss, he too was outstanding so much better than the previous staff/owners. He was very polite and spoke with a smile which accounts for a lot these days. As soon as we walked into the shop we noticed a big difference to the culture and the fact that there were more customers than we'd seen in a long time and it was a Monday! Keep up the good work and we will be back. Thanks so much.
