John Bednarz: Recently I tried my hand at some astrophotography and was dismayed to find unwanted spots on all the images I took using a Fuji X-T20 camera. I tried all the recommended sensor cleaning options and only succeeded in making matters worse. As a last resort I took the camera to Camera House and left it with their technician Ron. I am happy to report that not only was the sensor restored to pristine condition but as a bonus the entire camera had been meticulously cleaned.

Typically Delivery to Sydney takes 1-2 days which is excellent. Abbas Shahzadeh: I have rented a used Canon 80D for three months from this company. The fact that one can rent for three months with this company is the reason that I chose them. I didn't want to commit to six months of payments without knowing if the camera will do what I want or not. The Camera has a small dent on one of dials, however, it is fully functional and I have taken some great pictures from my kids using the 18-135 lens.The camera arrived earlier than expected and had everything that I needed with it, including the SD Card, batteries, charger, strap, etc. They also have a protection plan to cover the costs in the case of theft or accidental damage which is great. I am a happy customer so far.
David Wilton: . The camera despite being used before was immaculate, you wouldn’t know it wasn’t brand new. The lens had some very minor scratches on the barrel but the glass was fine.Someone mentioned hidden costs in the reviews although I’ve yet to come across any. The delivery was stated at $14 and you have the option to add insurance, for me it was $4 a month which insures against accidental damage and theft
Turgut Toprak: so I thought I’d just rent one for a few months and found this company. I go out and take photos EVERYDAY! And I thought I’d be lucky if I get it delivered before the New Year’s Day. Well... I made an application on Tuesday the 18th, and I got the camera on Friday the 21st! What?? Unheard of!! Keep in mind they based in Adelaide and I live in rural Victoria! Camera was in perfect condition, felt like just purchased a brand new one even tho it was a used model. Go with this guys, you won’t be disappointed! Reasonable prices and awesome customer service! You guys rock! Love your work!

I agree with the reviewer above, you should always do your research before making it rain with dollar bills. But I have found that this company has been completely transparent with me about it's prices and policies. This includes details about the product you're renting and its usage history. Too many other places i have been to charge the same price as Camera house; but the quality is bad and you have to go back to pick the film photos up. Camera house is great because they use Dropbox to send the film photos to you, which makes it really convenient. My go to place to get film developed and purchase film rolls. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Randall Wight: Unusual review. Must say a massive thank you to Tom and Ronan for their professional and supportive actions today when the Westfield shut down due to the violence/extendable batten/knife attack today. We were locked in the store with them for a couple of hours while the police conducted proceedings. They Not only offered a safe Haven, they also opened the staffroom at the back for safety and access to drinking water. They kept us updated with whatever information that they could. One of them grabbed a chair to fend off any potential attackers while the door was being shut. THANKS RONAN AND TOM!!!!

Frank Holiday: Positive Review for the staff and camera equipment both excellent service and assistance. Very negative about the print software system. I found the output was very dark and the images are compressed right down a 15mb photo might end up under 2mb. So you can see the quality in your prints the edges look cartoonish. The images were darker than kmart which i am not promoting because the staff often wreck your photos handling them. It's the print system, why would you take something great and compress it by so much.

I live rurally and send my rolls of film over the post, pay for it over the phone and receive it back in a matter of less than a week. Crazy to think when other competitive company's give a month+ wait for films to be developed. Prices are fair and customer service is always great. 10/10!

C T: This is the best place for passport photos. Cheaper and much nicer than the post office! They have a professional flash that makes your skin look great. The difference between the photos I had at the Lost Office Vs. Foto Shop is night and day. I'll always come back here in future.

But the gentleman in the shop explained that the photo is not in good quality as it was taken via a phone, and showed why it doesn’t suit my intended purpose. I realized it is true. I was able to get a new photo clicked and printed for $19 within 15mins. I’m really happy with the customer service, price and time.

The gent at the shop was kind enough to review whether those photos suit the conditions of the visa. Then he nicely explained why they don’t look the best. To take the photo and print 4 photos it costed only $19.
