Will Morelli: VLLC was a great jump-start into learning Mandarin. The staff in Adelaide as well as the office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Over my course, I had two tutors, both of them experts in helping with annunciation and cognition. The fifth star I regrettably must retract from my review as the software for their program is very archaic, and being as most of the study is done via this software, I think it could greatly benefit from being re-written. The tutors and the staff make this program worthwhile, but the software will leave you wondering why you're paying so much for a "good enough" system.
Renee Ryan: I have had a wonderful experience at VLLC the past few years learning Italian. The atmosphere made me feel welcome and I have always had support throughout my language experience. Mali is so warm and welcoming and wants everyone to achieve their language goals! My Italian tutor, Yolanda, is amazing. She explains everything thoroughly and will always check for understanding or answer any questions I have. I have learnt so much in such a short period of time and can understand and speak Italian more fluently now. I am so glad I came across VLLC to learn a language. I would recommend 5/5!

She is adept at turning my challenges into new opportunities to learn.I have learnt the alphabet , basic spelling , basic construction of sentences which was more than I thought I might learn.My speech has improved a lot too and I am very pleased with the result of these lessons.Thankyou to the friendly team at VLLC 😊

Vilia “The nymph of the woods.”: I've been on several WEA day tours and one week long tour hosted by Dr Dennis and Trevor. They are always friendly and so knowledgeable on the areas we visit, especially the local history. Written notes are always extensive.The little library is outside WEA, just to the right of the main doors.

Fev Simatos: We have been visiting HoC for over a decade. Tonight was the best it has been in a while. New menu, same favourite dishes. Crispy Duck pancakes, best crispy duck ever. Aman Mattoo: This place has been long awaiting on our list of places we wanted to try. The quality of food is very high, ingredients and products used are of fantastic quality. My favourite dish was the beef cheek, perfectly braised and melting in the mouth and very gelatinous the way I expected it to be. The salt and pepper squid had a nice sweet and sour dressing drizzle over it although i could enjoy the squids a bit more crispy with the dressing only in the salad and not so much on the squids. The other dishes sounded very appealing and would love the come back to try them out too. Ill get straight to the highlight of the evening and that was Carmen the wait staff. She explained all the specials to us, gave us enough time to settle in and made some great recommendations and came and checked on us every now and then to make sure we had everything we needed. She served us with a smile through the evening.Great place and would definitely go back.

Charlie Custer: Service staff were good but it's confusing unless you have been to this establishment before. Yum cha was decent but no menu, so you have to know what they have and what you want or you say yes to what's being offered to your table and hopefully the offerings appeal to you or you get a variety of choices. My drink order was incorrect twice but the food was ok for the price. I'll go back again to try this place, because I want to like it and I see great potential for this place. Disabled people will find it hard to navigate the dining areas and no place to store a walker. I did request this in my booking.

Douglas Purcell: This was recommended to me to try, to get the feel of Singapore Hawker food, well what a delight. Settings are average just like a hawker centre, atmosphere is well sit down eat and go.I loved the flavours and the unique ambience of this little cafe.Today 29th Dec 23 tried the Nasi Lemak, flavours are out of this world .1/7/24 had the wet beef noodles so goodFor a no thrills cafe you should try and get a Michelin star rating like they have in Singapore

Also their Mongolian Beef Steak is the best around.1st April 2023They are still there, thank Goddess. The meals, staff and atmosphere is awesome.The business is still up for sale, but we will continue to eat there as long as we can.November 2023Visited our favourite restaurant again, had crispy beef, special fried rice and honey chicken, always so yummy. The owners have put their restaurant back on the market, so this place is up for sale again. Again, we'll still be eating here until we can't anymore.April 2024Visted many more times since November 2023. But an update on the sale of The Lotus. The owners have sold, sad for us as we will miss the Honey Chicken and Crispy Beef ☹ But Happy for Wendy and her husband, as they can finally retire. We were informed that the doors close at the end of the financial year 2024. So get in for a delicious meal, but they will be closed for the first 2 weeks of May and then open again until the end of the financial year. Lovely staff, delicious food, will miss them, so we'll be visiting as much as we can before closing.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome and they have a children's menu.

Andrew Holliday: My daughter has loved her time at crocodile martial arts and she is now going for her junior black belt.The Dojo is always clean and the facilities that the students have to use are always the best of the best.The staff are always welcoming and make it a great atmosphere for learning the moves of martial arts.I would recommend crocodile martial arts to anybody that wants to learn martial arts.

The memberships are good value and flexible, with classes running 5 days a week. You don’t need to commit or book in to classes, which makes it easy and convenient for busy families. There are 2 beautiful dojos which are clean, spacious and use quality equipment. The halls are decked with memorabilia, which demonstrate the years of hard work, level of commitment, skill, experience and knowledge that goes in to making this academy so great! The trainers are kind, experienced with children and fair. The staff are funny, friendly and accommodating. The trainer to student ratio is excellent. Students receive regular progress recognition, which keeps them motivated and enthusiastic. My boys have come so far in just a year and I couldn’t be prouder! We love supporting small family businesses and feel privileged to be part of the crocodile community. 🐊 🥋
George Adams: A wonderful martial arts centre with exceptional training with great staff and coaches. The Chief Instructor is a highly ranked in a number of martial arts and has a great number of staff who assist him. A great gym for adults and the kids too.

The centre is so clean with lots of seats to sit and watch the session. Thr canteen comes in handy after a long day.U have a wide range of classes and u get to train multiple times a week. Prices are affordable compared to any other activity. Love to be part of CMAA family and love the big smiles and rhe warm welcome me and my kids get as soon as we step in.
