Yannis Brown: This is the second time I have been here and is a little gem away from the hustle of the main Rundle area and extensions.I had time to kill between appointments, so I sat myself down for a remote work and had an eggs Benedict and coffee .OMG, that gluten-free Benny with salmon is one of the best I have had.Just like I judge a good Dim Sum restaurant, or as we call it here in Australia "Yum Cha", based on its Sui Mai, I equivalate a cafe with its ability to produce a good Eggs Benedict.Super friendly staff and a relaxed, cozy environment. Tables outside, which I also noticed some peope on their laptops as well getting a spot of work in.

N D: Very good coffee

Paul Job: I'm not a much of a coffee drinker but I do like a really nice coffee from time to time and on the perfect spring morning we visited I enjoyed a great coffee which complement my eggs Benedict perfectly. My 8 yr old son loved his crepes and my wife also enjoyed our brunch. It was so relaxing sitting on the long bench table just watching the people and the cars. We could have easily stayed all day. Definitely will be coming again.

Erin Bernhardt: . And the coffee syrup cake was *chef's kiss*. A popular little spot around midday.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly

Luigi Delicatessen: what do users think?

Alexander Collins: and Pappardelle steamrolled anything I have had in a long long time.If you have not been or are visiting from out of town - Luigi’s Out-cooked and out-values the likes of Grill Americano of Melbourne. We spent $210 on 1x Entree, 2x Main, 2x Dessert, 3x Wines, if you find me this quality of Italian food and service in Adelaide cheaper - your meal is on me.The service for such a busy night was great, only flaw in our experience was where we sat at the front - however, that was our fault booking 30 mins before our meal.Highly recommend attending. Also highly recommend Luigi puts his pricing up, it was a steal.

Henry: I recently celebrated my partner’s birthday at this incredible Italian restaurant, and this was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in Adelaide. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a special evening. The food was absolutely divine – every dish was bursting with authentic flavours, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. It was a perfect balance of elegance and comfort, and we cannot wait to return.I would also like to express my gratitude to Nick, Elena and Davide for their extraordinary and considerate service. Their excellent service made this a memorable birthday experience. We really appreciate it!Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience in Adelaide!

Lynne pender: We had originally booked another restaurant for our anniversary lunch but it was extremely noisy and not the relaxing vibe we planned. We’d been meaning to try Luigi’s for a while as we’d heard great things. The food and service were amazing, we’ll definitely be back as it was outstanding. Food was exceptional, live music in the background and the staff were very personable and friendly. The owner Luigi introduced himself and was very welcoming and charming. He started his business with his late mum and you can tell food and hospitality is his passion. You won’t be disappointed. We had the scotch fillet, absolutely delicious!!

Oliver Townsend: Me and my husband Antonio were sittiing peacefully until what we thought was a server came up to us and asked what we wanted my husband ordered a salad and I ordered a pasta, instead of writing down our order rthe little guy opted to tell me what the capital of Peru was he then asked if we wanted to know another fun fact. I said no but he proceeded to tell me what the 79th digit of pi was. Not impressed. Food was good though 5 stars

Jessica Ferris: , the scallops on special and the prawn skewers which were all delicious. But the star of the meal was the lamb shoulder, we haven’t stopped talking about it- best lamb I have ever eaten and paired with the crispy roast potatoes was chefs kiss. Highly recommend. Thank you Georges team

David Jeffery: Amazing food. Amazing service. Whent there for a family birthday and our waitress Sha was fantasticVery friendly and informative about the menu.Would recommend Geoges to anyone for great food and reasonably priced. Frank Sortino: My wife and I recently popped into this trendy little cafe for a late breakfast and were quite happy with why we got.The service was friendly and very quick with both coffee and food. The venue itself is cute and has a nice feel to it.And the food was of a high quality and plenty of flavour. The spicy coconut sauce I got with my eggs was absolutely delicious, I wanted to put it on everything. My wife’s prawn and avocado Tartine was loaded with avocado and a good amount of prawns and had a nice little sriracha aioli on it.The coffee was delicious and like I said came out very quickly. All in all, we left satisfied and happy and would definitely return as the menu was quite large with lots of delicious sounding dishes

J F: I recently visited this café while staying at a nearby hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted and promptly shown to a table with a menu. I only wanted a quick bite, so I ordered a coffee and a raspberry chocolate croissant. The coffee was excellent, and the croissant was absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the level of service here is outstanding and rare to find in many cafés. Highly recommend!

There are about 5 or 6 tables outside and a few inside to chill out at and enjoy your food if you decide to eat in or grab a bowl and go down to the beach and enjoy the fresh salty air. Daniel Weston: An absolutely charming and characterful place for breakfast. My husband and I are new to the area and have found our ‘regular’ in Crack Kitchen. Food was amazing, the French toast will not disappoint and the coffee impressed us Melbourne coffee snobs. Feedback is encouraged and welcomed by staff on collection of plates, which shows their unique approach to customer service.Loved the little history lesson about the bank building on the menu - however the desire for the French toast is what brings me back.See you next time!CheersDan and Billy.

Burbuqe Shaqiri: The best coffee I’ve had in Adelaide. The food was pretty amazing too.

Timothy Mansfield: . The spinach was proper, grown up spinach cooked just right so it still has texture. But the chipolatas! They had these kind of crunchy, caramelised little corner bits on them. Just little parcels of yum.Why are you still reading this review? Go there now.

Jeff Baohm: if you are looking for an art deco style that is hard to find this is your go to venueNoteworthy details: art deco is alive and well

Paul Kitching: My wife and I decided to have a night away in our own town and this was perfect - brilliant to be so well located to everything. Easy check in and great service. Lovely room too with the loft set up - loved the high ceilings and no issue having the bed upstairs. Massive comfy bed... Lovely team members at every turn. Drinks at bar not cheap but worth it... then a nice easy stroll to dinner nearby... and loved the late 11am check out + fact we could leave our bag there for the day whilst we spent the day in town... so overall yes this was brilliant and would book again. ta!

Karl Perigo: from every department was faultless.Walkability: The free tram around the CBD is located across the road.

Christine Laverty: I love the vibe of this hotel. It’s stylish with art nouveaux design that oozes comfortable luxury unlike many boring hotels that I find lack personality. The rooms are lovely, beds super comfy, showers almost too good-I didn't want to get out! Then there's the bath- it's deep and has a waterfall tap, absolute bliss to have a relaxing soak in after a stressful day. Another thing I really love is their vanity. It's actually a decent length, you can happily display all of your various make-up, hair & toiletry items easily. This is incredibly rare and you're often lucky to have enough room for a toothbrush and have to keep moving toilet bags from the floor..we'll, not here😁 Plus the bathroom light has a dimmer and one of those reversible make-up magnifier mirrors. The chaise lounge finishes off the room nicely with the only potential thing I can think of that wasn't perfect was that I walked into the overhanging light a couple of times but really, it wasn't a problem and I loved the light fixture and table set-up.The staff were all lovely and really helpful and the Manager was great to talk to. Even the cleaning staff happily greeted me whenever I saw them.Make sure you try a complimentary chocolate orange shot while you're there. You help yourself and it's just the Reception desk. It's so rich & delicious and again, another lovely extra touch. The cocktails from the bat were also great and although I didn't get the chance to dine in their restaurant-Luna, it has a great local reputation for breakfast as well as lunch/dinner.I loved everything about this hotel.😁Safety: I went online to an Adelaide group and asked about safety walking around at 7am. All feedback was it was safe and I did it every day and felt completely safe.

Toni Alroy: Stayed for three nights to attend a conference. I’m a lover of all things Art Nouveau so found the decor perfect. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, keen to share local knowledge and give advice to a first time Adelaide visitor. I was upgraded to a suite which was very unexpected. Bed was dreamy and bathroom was luxe. Hope I get to visit again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Helen Schunker: Enjoyed a High Tea Experience with 5 other people today, 10th August, 2024. Would highly recommend this High Tea. Delicious selection of savoury and sweet. Special cocktail mixed for us on arrival. A mocktail available as well. Excellent service by the team member at Luma Restaurant.Food & drinks: 5 star High Tea.

All were very tasty, but the standout was the service. Friendly greeting upon entrance and attentive wait staff throughout our service. The atmosphere was nice, it wasn't too busy but still lively and pleasant. Extensive wine list for those who like wine.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, slightly steep and awkward ramp but not terrible to get into the building. Julie Sarafov: Quaint little cafe. Nice people. Brekky was lovely. Smashed avo and poached eggs. The homemade fruit toast was yummy, and the coffee was great.

Patricia Witkamp: If you have lots of time, you must experience the food and coffee here.I had the smoked salmon and potato fritter. This was a generous serve of deliciousness. The accompanying salad was so fresh. I thought all the flavours balanced. My partner had the big breakfast. He thoroughly enjoyed it.The coffee is very good too. We're returning to sample some of the lunch options recommended by Helen who's a regular customer.

Toowoomba Resident: What an absolute delight. Great little coffee place right in the heart of town.Nice selection of what looked like all home made goods.Quick service and friendly staff. The fruit loaf was probably the best I have had, if not home made would love to find where to get it from.

Katina Sahara: Great menu, and they have a fantastic grow free cart at the front! Love the vibe ❤️

Ashie: Great little place that is only one of a few open at 0800 for breakfast. Beautifull food delivered quickly and very tasty, wife said it was the best bacon she had eating in ages. The Smashed Avo was devine. Was a cold drizzly morning in Hahndorf today, would have been nice if the heater was on to make it that bit more comfortable. Prob would have stayed in longer and had a second coffee.

Michal: Very nice food but a rather mixed experienceWe visited on Father's Day which was likely a busier day than usual which would probably explain the rather spotty service.Food quality was very good and way above average but the serving sizes are small to average and burgers come without chips.Really annoying and limited wine list without many options to buy wine per glass.Very good food overall but the experience could be improved

Rachel Girdler: My partner and I love the Banksia Tree, the food is delicious, the coffee is great, the fit out is cozy and the location is perfect for a post-meal walk around the port. I love that they sell their own products like seasonings and sauces and other local products like flowers and keep cups. They also have a generous loyalty program. All-round beautiful venue!

Erika Klement: Havnt been here for awhile but it’s always great and this morning I popped in for a velvet latte and a pear and almond cake b4 I head to my volunteer work:- wow the velvet latte has beetroot in it yummo and of course the pear almond cake is extra yummoSo worth pooping in for a snack or great meal

Shaun Clements: Beautiful cafe in Port Adelaide.Lovely vibe with great staff who were very attentive with polite manners. The food was delicious and delivered in a super timely manner.Coffee was delicious also which for me is very important.Definitely recommend this place and will be back.Parking: Can be hard to find prong but being patient pays off too.Obviously this depends on time of day and the day you go.

Sally Ella: I love the Banksia Tree. It’s always so warm and welcoming, and I love the atmosphere. The plants, the fire, the sunlight- this place is so vibrant and comforting. The food is so fresh and tasty and you can tell that so much thought has gone in to each dish. The cafe itself is homely and warm, and it is the perfect size. I've probably visited 150 cafes in the past 2 years, and this is the best one. I believe this is due to the owner, Silas, and his lovely nature. He welcomes customers in, does his best to remember their names, jokes with them, and works hard to deliver quality in all aspects of the cafe.
