Daniel: French toast was lovely. Close to perfect, only micro comment is that if the cream was cold it would add a nice contrast to the warm French toastNo decaf coffee available unfortunately, but they made me a weak one which was quite nice

Brendon H Bennett: Great coffee and food

Richard Phillips: Went here on a drizzly Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The cafe is located in a quiet, secluded alleyway in the East End and is only a short walk from the Botanic Gardens. It has a nice, bright interior and friendly staff. A great find while I was visiting Adelaide 👍.

Yannis Brown: This is the second time I have been here and is a little gem away from the hustle of the main Rundle area and extensions.I had time to kill between appointments, so I sat myself down for a remote work and had an eggs Benedict and coffee .OMG, that gluten-free Benny with salmon is one of the best I have had.Just like I judge a good Dim Sum restaurant, or as we call it here in Australia "Yum Cha", based on its Sui Mai, I equivalate a cafe with its ability to produce a good Eggs Benedict.Super friendly staff and a relaxed, cozy environment. Tables outside, which I also noticed some peope on their laptops as well getting a spot of work in.

N D: Very good coffee

Daniel: Overall was okay. The pancakes were good, though not particularly standout amazing. Appreciated the berry ice cream as something a bit different though.Pretty noisy inside despite there not being a lot of people there, and service seemed a little distracted but might have just been a bad day.

Andrea Castaño Gómez: We visited with a group of 12 last week and had an incredible experience! The service and the food were simply amazing. Our orders were delivered promptly, and the brunch was delicious. The staff went above and beyond, offering excellent recommendations and even taking the time to snap a group photo for us. Their friendly and attentive service made our visit truly special. I can't wait to go back and enjoy another fantastic brunch!

Alan Gore: Dropped in for a coffee & toast after a morning ride. Despite the chilly morning, we sat outside and enjoyed the warmth of the sun and the very tasty coffee & toast.Coffee was beautifully made, excellent strength & temperature.Definitely adding this cafe to our "good coffee" list!

Cat Sunman: Great coffee and service, thanks 😊

Leonie Garssen: Cute little cafe with nice ambiance. They don’t take bookings, only walk-ins. The food was good and the coffee was excellent! Heaps of menu options too, now I want to come back and try some more. And the service was the best, really lovely staff and they were super accommodating to us with a small baby, let us move tables so we could fit our pram in next to the table even though the space was limited. Thank you!

Belinda Smart: I’m not usually one to do reviews but our experience was that good, that I just had to.Some of the most amazing quality food I’ve had in a long time. The combo of flavours, depth, textures and smells is just to die for. We shared the meatballs, truffle rosti & the French toast, cannot recommend this place enough. The service was impeccable, good vibes and cannot wait to go back and sort our way through the rest of the menu!

Luke Keating Hughes: This cafe has the best vibes in Adelaide and you'll immediately feel like you're family. If you feel like opening your third eye ask for, what I'm pretty sure these guys invented, "The Hulk" which is a ristretto on top of the batch brew. You won't sleep for a whole calendar month but it tastes and feels great.

Mark Stuart: ended up being welcomed by another patron who came and sat next to us, revealing she cannot get enough of the place, their atmosphere and their rotating menu!!The people an establishment attracts says a lot about the owners and their energy ⭐Side note: one of only a few places that ever stocks camomile tea!Excellent music as well!!

Peter Foubister: Why do we eat here at least twice a week... every week?....Because they are totally consistent with quality food, made with excellent produce in record time & served with the friendliest staff! On ya bike,Nella & Fouby

Zeph: For our mandatory Italian away from home, we tried this Italian restaurant down the road. Ordered pick-up as one of them kids had something to do online. Prices are higher than Melbourne but the portions and taste are pretty good so no complaints from the kids. We ordered marinara and piemontese pastas and the usual suspects, supreme, capriciosa and bbq chicken pizzas. For sure, not top bad.

Indra Chandon: .We had to wait quite some time

Kai Luck: Absolutely amazing cafe! The food is exceptionally good - with too quality produce used and unique flavour combinations you just don’t see anywhere else. The staff are also so warm and engaging and welcoming. I was down in Adelaide for the marathon and ended up coming here for 3 consecutive days! Highly recommend - and a little tip, try the chai latte on soy, it’s a game changer!

Tony Russell: You just know a place is going to be great when you realise they roast their own beans .Coffee brilliant.Food superb.Service immaculate.

Jasmine: This place is great, we only popped in for coffee as we were walking by so didnt get to try the food, wish we didnt already have breakfast! But the coffee was so good with cute latte art & the service was really lovely. It was a grey miserable morning outside but the cafe is so cosy & warm & has comfy booths up the back which we loved. Cool little place

Mich Robinson: . The laid back atmosphere has no pretensions which is really nice. The Reuben sandwich is almost authentic and very generous.Vegetarian options: I believe there are quite a few options.

Erica Bouwman: Beautiful place on the river. Beautiful views both on the terrace and inside. Nice alternative atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Many possibilities!

Emily Baldwin: The best scrambled eggs you will eat in Port/Semaphore area. After trying numerous cafes in the vicinity
nothing compares to Folklore’s scrambled eggs. They are always delivered steaming hot and cooked to perfection every single time. I don’t know how they do it, they are magicians of the humble eggs. The staff are always friendly, polite and if you come earlier in the mornings the service is super speedy. The coffee is also always on point. If you’re lucky you may spot a dolphin or two.If you’re a bit of a scrambled egg looking for some delicious scrambled eggs this is the place for you. Top tip: if you order haloumi you also get a slice of lemon which goes nicely with the eggs and thick slice of sourdough.

Rebekah Bell: If you’re scanning google for cafe’s to hit up - stop right now and go here. Seriously divine food, unbelievable coffee, lovingly prepared food, gorgeous sensory experience with vintage pottery kitchenware, vibes from the staff were so warm & chill, and the view of the water from the deck was heaps peaceful.I’ll literally track this cafe down and come back next time i’m passing through Adelaide. Amaaazing vibe.Vegetarian options: Garlic mushrooms were out of controllllSoo good! Halloumi was the best I’ve ever had. The texture was perfect!

UR Caffe: what do users think?

Frank Sortino: My wife and I recently popped into this trendy little cafe for a late breakfast and were quite happy with why we got.The service was friendly and very quick with both coffee and food. The venue itself is cute and has a nice feel to it.And the food was of a high quality and plenty of flavour. The spicy coconut sauce I got with my eggs was absolutely delicious, I wanted to put it on everything. My wife’s prawn and avocado Tartine was loaded with avocado and a good amount of prawns and had a nice little sriracha aioli on it.The coffee was delicious and like I said came out very quickly. All in all, we left satisfied and happy and would definitely return as the menu was quite large with lots of delicious sounding dishes

J F: I recently visited this café while staying at a nearby hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted and promptly shown to a table with a menu. I only wanted a quick bite, so I ordered a coffee and a raspberry chocolate croissant. The coffee was excellent, and the croissant was absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the level of service here is outstanding and rare to find in many cafés. Highly recommend!

Daniel Weston: An absolutely charming and characterful place for breakfast. My husband and I are new to the area and have found our ‘regular’ in Crack Kitchen. Food was amazing, the French toast will not disappoint and the coffee impressed us Melbourne coffee snobs. Feedback is encouraged and welcomed by staff on collection of plates, which shows their unique approach to customer service.Loved the little history lesson about the bank building on the menu - however the desire for the French toast is what brings me back.See you next time!CheersDan and Billy.

Burbuqe Shaqiri: The best coffee I’ve had in Adelaide. The food was pretty amazing too.

Timothy Mansfield: . The spinach was proper, grown up spinach cooked just right so it still has texture. But the chipolatas! They had these kind of crunchy, caramelised little corner bits on them. Just little parcels of yum.Why are you still reading this review? Go there now.

G Mac: but his froth art. The coffee is on the expensive side, but worth it for those who love their brew. A stand out.

Jessica Nguyen: . Service was really good and would come back to try their display cakes & soufflé.

Surianah Rosli: Recommended by a family member. Did not disappoint. The only halal cafe in Adelaide that offers a great variety of English-style breakfast meal options. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Will definitely visit again when we swing by Aldelaide in the future.Dietary restrictions: 100% HalalParking: Limited free street parking in front of the shop. But there's plenty of paid parking lots around the area.Kid-friendliness: Good variety of sweet and savoury meal options suitable for young children.

æˆąæ€æ»ą: we tried in Adelaide were so bad, but this one surprised us and it is fabulous. We ordered prawn katsu sandwich and soufflĂ©, matcha drink and two coffees. None of them is bad. They are so yum!!!! I will highly recommend recommend this

Linda Wong: Their food is not bad. Souffle pancake needs time to be cooked, so order earlier. Croissant is nice. Personally think that the chilli aoili in the soft shell crab dish can be bit more spicy.Services can be improved. Staff members are polite but they did forget my drinks. Had to be reminded twice before my mocha arrived. We booked online but the table wasn't set. They do split bills and we are so very grateful for that. However, they said we haven't paid for two drinks which my friends had already paid for. It all got sorted out at the end but the whole experience can be slightly improved.

Lydia Chan: This is always my go-to spot after work, and everything is fantastic! Nearly tried all of their menus and highly recommending their steak sandwiches and chicken waffles. The latest menu Thai Tea toast is a must try! Their coffees are surely top-tier in Adelaide, and I really mean it đŸ‘žđŸŒ The approachable owner and friendly staff really make the team work. Love this place and will always be coming back for more.

Elementary Coffee: what do users think?

William Mensforth (The Radio Demon): It was the 21st of June and I was scouring the city for a fabulous mocha to begin my day of study. Low and behold I discovered on Google this quaint little place called Elementary Coffee. The reviews seemed to assure the place was good quality, however I needed to see for myself. So after walking through the alleyway's of Adelaide, I spotted the sign of my destination. Walking in, it was a little busy, but that meant it was popular. After ordering my coffee from the nice staff, I waited for around one minute before my name was called and my coffee presented. After stepping out of the cafe I took a few steps, took a sip, and fell into a world of wonder. The coffee was unlike any I had ever tasted, creamy beyond belief and beans roasted to perfection. The mocha warranted an even caramel quality to it. It was unfortunate I didn't order a large because it was amazing, however, I will be back for more. It is as Sherlock Holmes says, "Elementary, my dear Watson."

Huy Tran Van: I got 5 star service & good coffee from Elementary team. Actually, i forgot my headphone in Adelaide trip, i flew back to Melbourne at the same day. Luckily, Elementary team found my headphone and sent it back to Melbourne for me with a high quality coffee beans bag to enjoy. With a great service like this, now i understood why Elementary always have many customers. All my best wish for Elementary team, you did well service & coffee quality.

Jess Fairlie: Great coffee spot and atmosphere. Tucked out the way

ă‚šăƒ«ăĄă‚ƒă‚“ïŒˆèŒ¶ă€…äžžïŒ‰: The coffee here is delicious. If you like coffee, you should definitely go.The store staff are kind and polite, so ◎It's not too noisy in the store, so it's a comfortable place to spend time.
