With Kyras help she made me feel safe and able to continue the appointment.Within 4 weeks a huge noticeable improvement was seen using the dermavidual products. Kayla Wallace: Claire does such lovely massages and I first found this place a few years ago during my first pregnancy. I tried a few places but Claire’s care and the bed with the hole in it make it so worth it! I hate side massages in pregnancy and Claire makes sure you can actually be comfortably and safely on your tummy and elevated on your back.

As a not-so-skinny girl I used to have anxiety around getting my brazillian done by snobby, judgy girls at **another salon I won't name** in the city but Sally is so down to earth and chill that you're put at ease straight away. Not only that she's a perfectionist and very good at what she does. Go see Sally, have a laugh and a really great beauty treatment.. you won't be sorry you did. BB is always clean, hygienic and professional. They're also really accommodating and often fit me in even when the online system says they don't have any appointments available. Side note the waxing after-care cream is wizardry and I have barely any regrowth for weeks and weeks afterwards if I use it properly. Highly recommend and it lasts for ages.

She always goes above and beyond to improve her work and skills which is how she continues to provide such a high standard in her services. At my last appointment she introduced her amazing new surgical loupe glasses, which help target the smallest difficult hairs during waxing, so nothing is missed. My skin had never felt so flawless. It felt like laser hair removal which is another form of service she provides besides waxing. Love your work Kerry!!!!!

The best wax I’ve ever had! Today I visited for my usual appointment, so I thought, and Kerry puts on surgical loupe glasses! Yep, this woman wasn’t satisfied with her already meticulous care, so invested in a pair of these to ensure every hair is removed! I could see and feel the difference straight away. Kerry is such a lovely person with a great sense of humour and goes above and beyond, and the salon is so clean. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

She uses surgeon type loop glasses to ensure that she visualizes and gets rid of all hairs in sensitive areas and face..It was my first wax session with Kerry and it was comfortable, much pain free and soothing to my skin. No breakout or reactions.She also uses an excellent numbing agent.She has 14 years of experience and so knowledgeable about waxing. She used an excellent blue wax on me which worked like magic!Love this place and definitely would go again.
