Both times the staff who were on were amazing, professional and knew exactly what they were talking about! Sam did my tan and my facial and all I can say is WOW! My tan had never looked so great! Not only that it lasted for ages! My facial was Devine! The products used were amazing, and the gentle way they were applied chefs kiss! Sam explained each step while still making it feel so relaxing and calming. I did not want to get up afterwards I could have slept! I will definitely be booking in again when I am back in Adelaide!

They not only take care of me and my skin when I'm at the clinic, but they also informed and educate me on food that I need to look out for, and how they affect my skin, and even suggest some supplements I should try.I dropped all the skincare I used immediately after my first appointment and only used Visible Changes's cleanser, serum, moisturise and sunscreen. Only four products and they have done wonders to my skin. and they last forever. The ONLY product that I have to repurchase every month is the moisturiser, which I wish they'd come up with a bigger packaging, because its so goood! and now that my skin is almost acne-free, Teresa has changed my cleanser to a different one, which shows how well she takes care of you! this clinic's skincare line helps so much to speed up my acne recovery process.Now I almost never get acnes anymore, maybe two or three during that time of the month. So, now I'm about to start on my micro needling sessions to get rid of my acne scars and large pores. I will be sure to update this review with photos of my before and after!I highly recommend you to come to them, because they will take care of you and your skin, no judgement! BB is always clean, hygienic and professional. They're also really accommodating and often fit me in even when the online system says they don't have any appointments available. Side note the waxing after-care cream is wizardry and I have barely any regrowth for weeks and weeks afterwards if I use it properly. Highly recommend and it lasts for ages.

Caroline Field: Had my eyebrows micro-bladed by kiiara and was very nervous about having themdone.She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process and put me at ease.I love my eyebrows and get lots of compliments about them and how they help define my face and the colour is great.Also had massage with Gypsy which was so relaxing .Thanks to both Kiiara and Gypsy .

I was a little scared to get stuff doen to my lashes n brows for the first time but I would definitely go back again and again!!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the Salon is very nice from the entrance to the inside and super comfortable recline massage chairs at the basin.I completely lost my voice and they treated me with respect and kindness the whole time.
