I have a number of dietary restrictions and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Matt an hour before the function. He identified himself as the chef from the Krystal Function Centre and was checking on how best to accommodate me and ensure that he was able to meet my dietary requirements. I organised a table of 10 and all my guests made favourable remarks about the delicious food, all served hot and in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The decor and ambiance was second to none.The only negative was the music as it was too loud to have a conversation but the DJ was an outside operator that the Function Centre had no control over. Perhaps dinner music would have been better and to save the loud music for dancing to at the end?All in all we were very impressed with this venue and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to hold a large function. Your guests will be very impressed.

I don't even have our photos yet from our wedding day but our guests had captured incredible pictures of the night and they look perfect in every angle - not a single bad spot in the venue thanks to their awesome lighting! All of our vendors overall were fantastic in creating our dream wedding, but The Krystal Function Centre and their beautiful team really made our dream wedding reception come to true life. I cannot recommend you guys enough!     It was wonderful to finally see the Waterfall Gully wedding we'd dreamed of come to life! We're so happy with the experienced service provided by your team, especially in handling the whims of mother nature. The reception setup was picture perfect and a number of guests gushed that it was the most beautiful wedding they had seen! Our delicious red velvet cake was presented beautifully with berries and cream and the food and wine were excellent also. Much love and thanks to the Utopia team x

    I wanted to say thank you to you and your team at Utopia Waterfall Gully for making my special 70th High Tea a memorable occasion. All 21 of us had a marvellous afternoon with lovely food, bubbles and great company and conversation – lots of memories made more special by the service that was provided by your girls and chef.     Rodger van den Berg: A fresh grey day took us in search of a late breakfast and a walk. We found Utopia and made a brilliant and tasty choice of having a brunch platter. There was a little something for everyone. From pancakes to muesli to eggs Benedict and several tasty treats in between. Delicious 😋.
