Ended up buying a 5kg Fisher & Pykel machine in good, clean condition from here for $400 with a 7month warranty & they will come to the home if anything goes wrong. It was delivered next day & the gentlemen cleaned the area which mum really appreciated as she can’t bend down and disposed of old one machine. Amazing service, friendly and efficient company to deal with.Highly recommend
Rick: I needed a spare fridge, so I bought a secondhand 9 year old Westinghouse. A week later the door hinge broke. Uggh! A known problem with the brand. They came out quickly and fixed it, in fact, better than new.A month later, The fridge stopped cooling. Damn!Once again. The tech came out next day and swapped out the thermostat and we were back in business.I guess it is, after-all, a second hand fridge, but I really can't complain about the back up service, warranty, expertise and response speed. All excellent.I'm happy. Good job. Keep it up.
