Carradean Farley: When you reach the age that you need to purchase an ear trimmer, it can often feel depressing. But, after speaking to the helpful representative mentioning the aboce, I was informed that they actually sold one to a 20 year old days ago.I ended up leaving very please with a Remington 👂

pw510577w: I usually go here to replenish consumables, or if something shaving related breaks. They did not stock an accessory head for my Waterpik, so I went online instead. A small shop with a wide range of products, clean, brightly lit. Space is a bit tight, so if there are 2 or more customers it can get a bit crowded.

jarrydfc: Such a great experience! I took my shaver in as it was having some issues and staff member Darryl was incredibly knowledgable to diagnosing the problem and helping me select a different model as replacement, and all with truly excellent customer service. Have full faith in buying anything from Shaver Shop Marion that you will be getting more than just a shaving product, but ongoing support and service if needed.

I explained to very courteous young lady assistant I already had hair clipper and was planning for future purchase when current one's inbuilt rechargeable battery reached its use by time . She explained all the pros and cons of options and potential battery expiry times .I asked what was best value for money . She suggested a well know brand which they were out of stock of However, she said if i wanted one urgently a nearby store had them in stock at good price. I was so impressed by her all round transparency courtesy and care . I didn't even go to the other store to check as i made up my mind i would come back to this store to make my future purchase , She and the store deserve my business.

Tanya Murray: My hubby & I bought a replacement blade $69 for his shaver that he purchased around 2 years ago from the Marion store. When we got home, we opened the box to find it was empty, besides the instruction leaflet. Rang the store, explained the situation. Thankfully they refunded us a new one, but the man gave me a strong impression he did not believe me. The lady was understanding & as I said I'm truly grateful they gave me one. I did ask him to open & check there was one in the box before leaving 🤣And I held the empty box & full box & got the shop assistant too, and you could not tell it was empty! I wanted to share my story so that this sortof thing doesn't happen again to honest people

Andrew Benz: I purchased a Philishave mens shaver two years ago, & recently it wasn't shaving as close as before, & then stopped working.I did a bit of research & felt that the blades / heads needed replacing, as they suggest you do this every 2 years. I've been shaving my head the past 9 months so it's definitely had a lot of work.So I headed to Shaver Shop TTP & had the pleasure to be served by Alex. He was friendly, knowledgeable & confirmed that was indeed the issue. He not only sold me the replacement parts required, but replaced them for me, taking time to show me how to do it myself next time. My shaver is now working as good as the day I bought it.Great shop, great service & I recommend them 100%.
