Lauren Deaves: I called Better fit to get a quote for my cupboard mirror or redesign. John asked me to send photos of the design and we spoke about the damage to my big sliding mirror. As it wasn't professionally done initially it was going to be cheaper to get the broken mirror and frame replaced. John was honest that it would be easier and cheaper going through a mirror place and recommended a business. I found John so honest, reliable and professional. He tried to problem solve my issue, but as I was over the other side of town and I work fulltime the restraints occurred and we came up with an alternative. He also said he would contact me back to see how I went and if i had an issue he could come down my way when he was in the area. I am so appreciate of John that I made contact again to let him know of the outcome. This is truly good customer service. A man that knows his trade and has been doing it for 40 years. They took initiative and care to protect my jarrah floor boards, were respectful in general and were mindful of our cat’s safety - not letting her out. They were friendly, professional, polite and engaging. They worked hard solidly until the job was completed then did a little tidying up. I was so thrilled with my wardrobes and how they look as well as the amount of useful and plentiful storage space we now have. Also they give the rooms a lift. It was all as I imagined from our discussions and the plans we received. Everyone who’s seen them since last week’s installation is very impressed. No more stuffing things in a and slamming the door. No more unsightly packages sitting on the top and no annoying doors shutting while you’re trying to keep them open. Absolutely love my robes. Thank you to this lovely wardrobe manufacturer. It was fun to hear some of the history behind it too. The previous owner is still involved in the workshop as well so it’s all great with Love going into the building and installation of these robes for sure! Jason! The lovely owner’s name is Jason . Eric Toome: Greg was very easy to approach and quickly made an appointment to discuss our requirements. We wanted to update our walkin robe alongside our redeveloped ensuite bathroom. He gave us a wide choice of finishes and designs to choose from. With completion last week a couple of happy residents set about moving our clothes and other accessories back on and discovered more room than they thought. Despite a couple of supply problems for materials that took extra time to be delivered the end result is excellent.
