Matt Dickinson: I had the pleasure of being served upstairs by Alec Jarmyn. I was a bit standoffish to start with due to a previous bad experience but he built rapport with me really quickly with his knowledge and attitude. Alec listened and proposed some great options within my budget. I came in for a helmet but left with a helmet and a jacket. Even after the sale he ran through the product features so I got the best use from them. Both fit perfect, was a great experience! Will definitely ask for him in person again!

Wayne Rayner: I just want to send a big shout out to the service team at Peter Stevens. The workshop manager helped me the other day with a problem I was having with my bike. He owned the problem and he said leave it with me for 5 minutes, and l will ring you back with the answer to your problem you are having. I don't make a occurrence every time I ride into town but when I do ride into town and I take my bike around the Workshop they are quite happy to check the oil, and the water and the air for me. Adrian “Beachy” Beacham: This has to be the best bike dealer in Adelaide. The service is second to none and all the staff treat you like a person, not a pay cheque. I will never go to another bike shop in Adelaide again.

Second time I bought a jacket. 2 of the parts people we very helpful in helping me with a jacket choice, the also had what I was looking for in stock an Alpinestars Bogata jacket in sand color. I bought it and I am very happy. They also have a good selection of bikes. Had a look at the CFmoto bikes and am really interested in the NK800 very cool looking. Some of the BNW adventure bikes were very nice also. Can be dangerous on the wallet to go in bikes stores sometimes 🤔 🙄 🙃. I would recommend give them a look for sure.

Nick Carroll: I recently got my learner motorcycle license and was referred to Moto Adelaide by a friend. Upon entry to browse their motorcycles I was promptly greeted by Paul. Simon Keir: I went into Adelaide HD to enquire about a Sport Glide. Never enquired about a Harley before and spoke to Mark. Mark was great and showed me around the bike, allowing me to sit on it, push it around, play with the panniers etc. Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable about the bike and gave me some extremely helpful advice about another model I was considering. Mark was able to allay my initial fears about the size and weight of the bike, me having never ridden a Harley before, explaining the best way to handle it etc. I was put completely at ease and my trepidation disappeared instantly. It just so happened that a Sport Glide owning customer came in at the time and Mark was happy for this guy to also give me some helpful tips. Mark clearly had a rapport with this man which I believe indicates that this dealership has a loyal and satisfied customer base !. Would highly recommend this dealership. Great !!

I was desperately trying to get my bike serviced cuz where I had bought the bike from they were booked out which is fair enough cuz end of covid. Everybody wanted to get out on their bikes and ride and they wanted to get them checked over for safety before they did that ride.A friend told me to ring David at Scootaround Tapleys Hill Road. He'll be most likely be able to service your bike. Well. I rang him and he said Wayne. I'd love to help you out, but to be fair and honest with you, I don't want to hold you up I don't want to let my customers down. At this stage l will have to say no. Something about him wanted me to meet him in person. Although I live very very far away from the dealership he wanted to help me, but he had his hands tied but that did not stop him in helping me out. In other times I have rang him. He said if I don't know the answer I'll find the answer and I'll ring you back.Well the other day I did get to meet him and he turned out to be a very nice person to deal with.I would have no hesitation in buying a vehicle from him or Vespa, bike. I love the showroom. It was small but still it had that atmosphere.
