My fridge stopped working after 3 months coz of freezer defrost and had to get it fixed as it was out of warranty that Chris provided but again, buying electronic items second hand will always have such challenges. But overall Chris is fair and supportive

Rachel Phelps: Great showroom & they have some great idea's. Ordered 2 cupboards, folding table & a expensive office chair. Had issues ordering, delay in delivery of the cupboards & table. When they arrived we wanted them ensembled they arrived partially ensembled & the wooden cupboard we had to pay full price in the end so was expecting a brand new item but all the shelves had collapsed & now are damage, has stickers over it & not easily removed. The chair is not the one we wanted & will be taking it back on monday
