UniLodge on Waymouth - Student Accommodation Adelaide: what do users think?

Nheil Vinczent Ching: Hi, I don't know where to contact and ask for more details but I want to know about the prices and details per room, coming to Adelaide on September 23, and looking for a long term place to stay

charan bhatnagar: I am still living here. Faced a few problems first, but Talita @ reception is awesome in problem solving, got all my complaints to an end within a few weeks, and I am super comfortable now. I am gonna extend my lease as well. Best place to be. In my opinion, worth every penny. Also, all the stuff in the communal kitchen work great. I used to live in Student rooms before, and it's so bad. I'd say, this is best accommodation in adelaide.P.S I got an advise, there is a $55 charge for lock out. So, what I do is hang my key card in the chain latch after entering the room, this way, u will never forget your key card when u go outside.

Nice King: Felix is knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly.

Sergey Kharabash: Nice location, with a good view of sunsets over the park lands if your balcony faces west. Not cheap but worth it.

Kaviya Sivakumar: Great place to stay as a student, the staff are all very supportive and helpful!

Cherry Nguyen: Great location. Close to everything

Raj Kishna: Went to collect some funitures for a friend

Sam Pande: Great place for uni students

UniLodge Metro Adelaide - Student Accommodation Adelaide: what do users think?

Lisa Gavin: I was a resident at UniLodge Metro Adelaide for 3 months with my friend and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and bright and the building is in a great central location. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful also. I would definitely recommend considering UniLodge if you are looking for student accommodation in Adelaide CBD.

Dongyang Li: Very helpful and kind

Maurizio Cigognetti: It is welcoming, cosy, and great for a weekend breakfast with friends or with a good book. I highly recommend it.

Lovepreet Singh: Good

Kaveh Izadi: 2- Thin wallsLet’s dig in in detail.I am obsessed with cleanness. It is not easy to convince me of a tidy room. But the moment, the room was shown to me, I said. I want it bad.The room was on the 7th floor, 300 per month. I only need to pay for electricity and that is not included in the supply charge, just a very small amount of less than 20$ for usage. It didn't have car parking. The staff in UniLodeg are super friendly, supportive, helpful, caring, and kind. It's not easy to find such a tidy room in Adelaide which everybody knows as a bad place for accommodations for migrants where without rental history, you have almost no chance to get a room.I was also surprised with the residential advisors, and some internal residents who are in charge after office times, these wonderful guys are very responsive, helpful, kind, and awesome. They replied to my concerns less than a min if I had complaints about the noise.and Yes, Unilodge Metro is next to bars and you may not have a smooth night on Saturday Night as you have for the rest of the week. But Unilodge Metro gives an advantage to the location to you as you are just 1 min away from Adelaide Metro Station and Adelaide Hospital is just 5 min away by Tram from you. The Rundle mall is just 10 min away. Yeah, the location is perfect if you don’t have a car and are new in Adelaide. The walls are thin, and if you have a talkative noisy neighbor, yeah you are in trouble. But don't worry, those staffs are there for you and no noise is tolerated inside the building you can easily email them and they will there to investigate the issue. The common areas get cleaned frequently, the corridors always smell good. Chances are you meet other students in the common areas with whom you can enjoy talking and sharing experiences. In my 6-months stay of mine, they only got loud once. That’s a record and it shows administration in this building knows how to manage people with respect.Free high-speed Wi-Fi, free Events, full-furnished clean equipment in the room, great hot water, a very well-designed bathroom, awesome duct-type aircon which is energy-efficient, lots of safety consideration, enough cupboard for utensils are extra chocolates.Due to my job location, a bigger place – my room space was only enough for one person -, and the need for a car park, I had to leave these awesome guys. Unilodge reception and management did a huge favor for me at the end of my stay, they approved me for every application. You should know there are hundreds of tenants over there, lots of requests and it is not so easy to be responsive in the way they are. They even gave me extra 15 days for announcing my leave. Their mid-stay inspection report also proved I am a clean guy.I cleaned the room and I delivered as it was the first day. I was even paid extra more than 100$!!. I don't know what that money was for but I was charged 0 for cleaning the room and the bond was fully refunded.I really miss them and I hope the best for them. Highly recommended :

Urbanest at the University of Adelaide: what do users think?

Anran Ding: Very good student accommodation, the best choice for University of Adelaide students. I recommend the Large Studio. It is well-equipped and can be moved in with your luggage. It is very convenient to have a garbage channel on each floor. The sound insulation is so good that you never realize that you have neighbors.

Ruby Von: Please update machines! It is really dirtyUpdate for the requirements speed is 5 stars ⭐️, thank you for the effective plumber staff, they changed a new sink and sewer for my room👍The sound insulation is too poor. Sometimes I feel like the doors between the rooms are made of paper. It's not my roommates' fault, but when they open the doors, my walls shake. However, I didn't have this problem when I lived on other floors before. Why???! When I want more warm, the air conditioner only have cool function, and I wanna more cool, only heat! -follow-up maybe they updated the system, good 👍It is a student accommodation, why they prefer to inspect our room during the exam time? I don’t understandAll good for now! I moved from scape, everyone is all friendly! Cindy and Kyle👍👍

Lincoln College, Adelaide: what do users think?

Julia Wallace: Professional staff

Tom Holmes: A wonderful first place for students leaving home. Good location close to the city. Makes life easy so you can focus on study.

Jenny Tran: Choosing to live at Lincoln College during my study in Adelaide has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. As a new student in Adelaide, I received a huge amount of support from Lincoln staff and residents from the moment I moved in and I also made lifelong friends during my stay.

Jessica Lai: My decision to stay at Lincoln College has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Having grown up in a small city, Lincoln College has been a home away from home. Lincoln College advocates a very welcoming and inclusive community, which made it easy for me to leave home for the first time. The staff are very supportive and always willing to help. I've met and made some lifelong friends. If you are looking at studying in Adelaide and are considering your accommodation options, I would highly recommend Lincoln College.Thank you to Paul Tosch and all the wonderful staff at Lincoln College.

Jasjyot Khanduja: Best accommodation for University students. Meals 3 times a day, supportive community and academic help make it an amazing place to live. Truly a home away from home.

Liam Harrison: Lincoln college is the greatest accomodation I’ve ever stayed in, the friends I’ve made here are ones I’ll keep for my entire life. I was hesitant coming into this environment, however I quickly found that it was very accepting and fun. Events organised are always fun and the structure of the college is extremely thorough. Easily the best place for uni students to stay!

Edrick Koh: Lincoln deserves a 5 star rating. It provides everything a university student needs, from its holistic support from friendly seniors coaching you with subjects you’re unclear about in Uni to a library of textbooks saving yourself hundreds of dollars every year on school supplies. For an international student like myself, I was given the chance to get out of my comfort zone and meet and befriend local australian students. Lincoln also provides a community and culture that I guarantee all university students will enjoy. The fellowship that lincoln provides does not just end at your time at lincoln. They recently just invited us to their annual lincoln singapore reunion, bringing together lincolnites in singapore spanning over 5 generations. I definitely recommend aspiring university students both domestically and internationally alike to consider lincoln as their first choice of university accommodation when they come to adelaide.

Wen Nee Teh: Lincoln has been a home for many University students throughout their stay in Adelaide. It is beautiful inside out.Within the Lincoln community, you can feel the warmth, welcoming and friendly environment everywhere and anywhere you go. The rooms and common areas within the premises are constantly being renovated to keep the place looking fresh and aesthetically pleasing! Here's a little tips for those international students: Don't stay in your shell while studying aboard! Lincoln not only provide you a place to eat and sleep, it also gives you the chance to mingle around with the community and experience the Aussie lifestyle. Not to forget, the life long friends that you will be making along the way!Missing every little bit of it!

Josiah Saunders: I lived here for six years, and felt at home from the first night. I had come from the countryside and was grateful to have people in the college community show me around the city and help me with navigating university for the first time. The community is a great environment to live and study in, and the college has helpful resources and support for studying and student welfare. It was wonderful living with people from country, city, and international backgrounds, and being able to learn about their perspectives and areas of study, which is something I wouldn't have had if I'd lived elsewhere. There is an amazing emphasis by the college on building a positive community for people to succeed and feel welcome in. I'm thankful for the opportunities, support, and experiences I had while living here.

Ivano Ivano Jnr: Moving to Australia from abroad to study, Lincoln College staff went well out of their way to make me feel very welcome and make sure my arrival and settlement in Adelaide went as smoothly as possible. I was picked up from the airport at no charge and allocated a room specifically catered to my preferences. The principal Paul then went on further to show me around the campus suggesting other rooms that he thought would be great for me. All of this making my first few days in Australia as an international student such a positive experience and leaving with me a long-lasting impression of Lincoln College and the people of Australia.I cannot recommend highly enough a residential college if you're an international student or moving interstate. The only experience you can have at Lincoln is a positive one and definitely one you won't forget anytime soon.

Grace Parker: or internationally, I cannot recommend Lincoln highly enough. The college culture at Lincoln is something that is special and unique, and they set an example to other colleges of what a modern Australian university college should be.Lincoln offers a wide range of social and sporting activities for students, including one-offs like music night, international night and casino night, and regular events like hot chocolate or wine and cheese by the firepit evenings

Gene Bennetts: When I moved from interstate to study in South Australia for University I had to look no further than Lincoln College. I got 3 meals a day, my own private fully furnished room and access to heaps of team sports. The atmosphere is thrilling and easy going. Very affordable compared to most other Adelaide student accommodation. It's only 15-20 minutes walk to the CBD and Uni. Fantastic welcoming culture and traditions. Definitely worth the money and perfect for meeting people before moving out to your own house. I'll never forget the experiences and people I've met here.

Jared Yeap: Good vibes, Good people, Conducive space for a prospective uni student

Van Gamboa: I stayed in one of the units of student rooms for 12 months. 3B fifth street. The place is really great, I really liked the location because it is very close to the shops and train/bus stops and it’s close to the city. The housemates are also friendly and are easy to get along with.

Martin Sichler: Staff were always helpful with any issues and the location was perfect, right in the city!! Shame to go!!!

Rishab More: SR is one of the best portal for students to get good rooms around Adelaide. It has very efficient portal which solves students grievances at the earliest. Overall I had a very good experience with SR.

Bhavik Shah: It's probably the best way to live in Adelaide as a student. Very well located, near the city and easily accessible public transport. Nice clean and spacious rooms. The best part is you get an opportunity to make new friends and some last forever.

christy john: Great and supportive team.Had a great time during my stay with Student rooms.Very responsive to requests. Definitely my top recommended place to go as a student.

ali nazarizadeh: for two years. The quality of service was excellent. The staff were very polite, responsive, and supportive. I didn’t run into any problem with my housemates. The houses were decently priced, quiet and the access to public transport was very convenient. The only drawback in my opinion was the walls. They were very thin, and I could easily hear the person in the next door. If the walls were kind of thicker or soundproof, I would definitely give a 5 star. However, I am very satisfied with living with Student Rooms all in all and highly recommend them.

Alison Bushell: Great facilities and Management are really helpful

The University of Adelaide Village: what do users think?

Winnie: Today I just had the pleasure of being guided on a tour by two truly remarkable ladies. Their infectious enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. It was reassuring to witness the students' familiarity with the university staff at this facility, reflecting a strong sense of community. I also sensed a genuine commitment to student well-being, making it evident that students are well taken care of in this environment.

Blitzo: Very good security but if you need to use toilets the staff will still allow you to come in. Very kind and helpful staff. However the parking lot in front of the building is always full and had to find other place to park.

Wildan Zarief: I stayed here for about two weeks. I lived in the 4 room shared unit and my experience here was excellent.Entering The Village, you will be greeted by friendly staff. They were exceptionally trained to provide us with any help related to living and adjusting to the place.Going to the apartment, my first impression is how proportionately sized the rooms were. The space isn't too cramped nor is it too big. All the amenities were also provided; Microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, bedsheets, vacuum cleaner, etc. So coming here for the first time feels like a breeze. The facilities were exceptionally well kept. There is a mini gym, laundry room, outdoor barbeque, vending machine, and a game room if you need to do errands or catch some entertainment. The only complaint I have would be the noise level in the first level, especially for the rooms facing Grote Street. When the traffic gets busy, some of the sound leaks through.Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend new students to try this accommodation option.

Sayed Osman Sajad: If you are just moving to Adelaide there is no better place to live in.

Deki Wangmo: Good location and nice rooms

Fazle Rabbi Raz: The staff here are incredibly helpful and I'll miss chatting with these amazing people, especially Axel, John, Juliette, Jenny and Cathy. There's someone there to help you out 24/7 and the location is also incredibly convenient as it's right beside Rundle mall and so close that I could walk to uni in 10 minutes. Also right next to the tram and railway stations, and is indeed the place at the centre of adelaide. The best part to look forward to is the scape events which made up a wonderful part of my life.

Rachel Chang: I generally had a pleasant stay at Scape - all the staffs were really friendly and helpful. Also lots of monthly activities to attend and make new friends.

sadra olaedo: I enjoyed my stay here. I will recommend it to any international student coming to adelaide. The scape team members- Surekha, Amber and David are very helpful.

St Mark's College, Adelaide: what do users think?

Bianca Feher: coming to st mark's is one of the best decisions i have ever made. it's become my home, and my fellow collegians have become my family. the opportunities and experiences at college are extremely valuable and i would honestly be kicking myself if i did not come to college. as for the critical media coverage of the past few years- come and talk to the staff and students who live here, we'd be happy to talk about our own experiences here, and you'll find that they're all super positive because mark's is an amazing place to live.

Mrs. A-L: I wrote this back in 2020 and then edited it at the end, which refreshed it as new.So disappointing that people who have never seen or been to the college felt the need to write negative reviews, which shows how small-minded some people are and how they happy to be spoon-fed their information. We decided to ignore the hyped media and knee-jerk reviews from "outraged viewers" basing their opinions on TV and visit multiple colleges in Adelaide and do the work ourselves. After a long process of looking at boarding schools, we chose St. Marks. Having our firstborn head off to boarding school was a big deal, but we are so happy with the decision we made. St. Marks has been nothing but a supportive, nurturing environment. The support from staff, older students, and the leadership team has been outstanding. We would highly recommend this boarding college and suggest you ignore the reviews written by armchair warriors and go look for yourself. Highly recommended - very happy with our decision.Edit: Our child ended up staying for four years at St. Marks. I can’t recommend this place enough and be forever thankful to the mentoring and leadership teams.

Quinn M: Highly recommend student accommodation.

Leela lee (LeilaLee): Absolutely no regrets sending our son to St.Marks. It has been nothing but a nurturing, safe environment for him to move into. As a quiet lad moving from the country to the city, St Marks offered a supportive safe place for him to grow. Lifelong friends made. We are so happy with our decision.

Ellen Cheng: Meal is the best in Adelaide from what I heard. Vey safe area and nice campus.

Malcolm Hicks: Fantastic opportunity for students to get a great start in life

M Raza: Nice location

Michael Dissel: Adelaide's best university residential accommodation

olivia white: The most welcoming, supportive and inclusive community you could come across. Beyond thankful I chose to call St Mark's my home.
