4chillies: One of my favourite bars in Adelaide. Always great service and something interesting to try.Parking: Options.Kid-friendliness: NoWheelchair accessibility: Squeezy but yes.

georgia harris: Our bartender India was amazing with her customer service and the drinks she made. We had a wonderful evening sitting at the bar enjoying her company and enjoying the ambience. She was an absolute gun with making every drink as soon as the docket was placed in front of her and she did it with a smile and charm. Every drink tasted amazing and I could tell it was made with love. India kept everything stocked and could tell she enjoyed working in a team in a busy environment. Great place

Charity Clark: The staff were lovely. The drinks were great. Really nice atmosphere. Very tiny building but at no time was it cramped or claustrophobic.

Chris Parsons: Great little quiet bar. Excellent range of drinks and friendly staff.

Junius Chan: Best place for cocktails, wines and spirits. Starward and Beyond + Roman Holiday are just tries imo. Friendly and knowledgeable staff + a good variety of light nibbles

Jared McDonald: Perfect for a pre dinner drink or just a afternoon wine. Well worth the stop in.

Chris Conrad: If you’re looking for interesting cocktails, incredible food and friendly staff who will treat you like gold, you’ve arrived.Clever Little Tailor is the place. Well done.

Jonathan Dutton: Great .... regular Bottled beer is good too though

2KW Bar & Restaurant: what do users think?

Craig Jeffery: 2KW provide an exceptional dining experience. We enjoyed a long lunch, selecting the ‘feed me’ menu, which allowed us to sample several shared dishes, which we complemented with brilliantly recommended wines and rounded off with divinely crafted cocktails. 2KW excelled in every aspect of the culinary journey, however the absolute standout was the customer service provided by the front of house team, in particular Lisa, who delivered outstanding attention to detail, expertly balanced with knowledge, warmth and professionalism. It is evident that the team at 2KW take great pride in their work, and this translates to a superior dining experience in every aspect. 👏👏

Ella Irlam: 마샤는 최고의 바텐더입니다. 그녀는 매우 도움이 되고 아름답습니다. 나는 그녀의 서비스로 즐거운 밤을 보냈습니다

Karen Ross: Absolutely Stunning! Classy boho vibes and setting over looking city grounds! Service excellent, stand out was Connor! Professional and friendly, helpful advice on a large range of wines and cocktails. Really appreciated his patience and guidance to find the right red wine 🍷or Shiraz in the end that suited me to a tea! Definitely recommend checking this rooftop getaway bar! 2KW was a stand out for me, for the 2 nights spent in the city checking out a few different venues. Most memorable experience was 2KW!! Highly recommend the Triple cooked salt and vinegar potatoes, they were devine! Will be back!!!!

Elizabeth Carter: and the wine was waaay too drinkable. The team of people who tended to our table were exceptional. Especially Aaron, he is gold. Thank you all for making a customer dinner a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will be back.

The Bibliotheca Bar and Book Exchange: what do users think?

Jacopo Guidone: Beautiful bar in the main center of Adelaide , good cocktails and especially nice the signatures one . The bartender was friendly and recommend my girlfriend a cocktails that she really like .Ps : Maybe could just improve by adding some more tequilas in the menu .

Paulii: It's not often a themed bar gets it right but Bibliotheca is on point. It's a cosy, tucked away bar with a definitive library feel. My friend and I got a cocktail each, The Drink That Shall Not Be Named and The Golden Ticket. Both of these were incredible, as was the service. Our bartender knew her stuff and correctly chose our drinks to suit us when we asked for help. I also enjoyed perusing all the secondhand books on the shelves and the traditional green library lamps scattered around the room. Really want to go back with friends because this is a place I want to show off, especially as an avid book lover.

Fiona Putt: Great little spot with awesome cocktails

melissa Gent: he not only has amazing service but nearly two years ago he helped me by calling an ambulance for my son when he had a medical emergency. Ever since that whenever we have seen him he has always been amazing and remembered both my partner and I and always asks how my son is doing.

Avijeet Sen: , the Honey Pot, and the Silmaril.Take a counter seat to see some interesting and ‘fiery’ cocktail preparation techniques. All in all, this cocktail bar is a must visit if you’re in Adelaide.

Maybe Mae: what do users think?

Avijeet Sen: . The entrance is sort of “hidden”. The restaurant Bread & Bone and Maybe Mae are located in the same building, expect that for Maybe Mae you go downstairs to the basement and then try to find the “invisible door” 🙂Ended up trying 4 drinks - Bill Murray, Corpse Reviver, Odd Company and Poolside. Every drink was really good. I’d recommend folks to try more stuff from their ‘Hall of Fame’ menu. This place is a 100% recommendation for cocktail enthusiasts visiting Adelaide.

bonbon and pumpkin: When I arrived it has just opened and I was the first one in the establishment, which was very relaxing.Staff were extremely friendly and explained how everything worked

Woz Ray: .Thanks for a nice cocktail session.

Kym Tomlinson: , Poolside, Middleton Mango. All delicious and as described on the menu

Niloufar Ansari: Nice bar with friendly staff, coupled with great wines. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The bar has a rooftop area, but our preference for the night was to sit downstairs at the bar; soft lighting, comfortable seating, and cool decorations.

Michael Wilson: My favourite bar to visit joe and Shane are legends. All the bar staff rock Luca is a great bartender ! Honestly the nicest venue in Adelaide!Vegetarian options: Great toasties

Avijeet Sen: Visited in Sep 2024Made a visit to Hains & Co during my recent trip to Adelaide. It was one of the 3 cocktail bars I went to in ADL, the other ones being Maybe Mae and Bibliotheca. Hains has decent cocktails but nothing stood out for me personally. The Smuggler’s Soul cocktail was my fav among the ones I tried.Overall a decent bar which is worth a visit.

Lorena McIntyre: Incredible little hidden gem of a bar, Kristian and Josh took great care of us. Will definitely be back!

Charlie Hannemann: Such a fun place, never a dull moment with the movers and shakers behind the bar, shout out to Wilson for the whisky sours!

Matt Richards: love love love this place!! such good food, brilliant atmosphere and decor, always so cozy and warm. but the highlight is undoubtedly the amazing bartenders, who are so inviting and make the BEST cocktails. I was served by Zoe, who was so quick with our drinks and did it all with a big smile on her face. very impressed by her and the rest of the team, i’d recommend this place to everyone 11/10

Jennifer S: with a generous platter of nibbles each to soak up some of the alcohol and enhance the tasting experience

It's always nice to be warmly greeted with a smile. Suitable for any age group and the art of cocktail construction is spot on. We only had drinks so can't comment on food.

Ordered the Ham & Cheese sandwich and some drinks, enjoyed it through its every detail! Jodie Fraser: We held our daughter's 21st at The Howling Owl. What an awesome venue. From when we first booked the event Rachel and the team were outstanding. Their communication was excellent. Everything we discussed regarding the event was actioned. The staff on the evening were fantastic. Everything went to plan and our guests absolutely loved the evening. They were raving about the venue and 'the vibe'. The retro pieces of furniture and the cool artwork added an extra touch to the venue. The long bar bench was perfect for a grazing platter too. There was ample seating for those that wanted to chill out and plenty of room for dancing too. Every aspect of the venue and the event was perfection. Thank you Rachel and the team. It was a special and memorable event for my daughter and out family. Many thanksJodie and Andrew Fraser

Boris Kojic: Great bartender

Robert O'Shea: Brilliant night, well managed and executed by the staff!

Savvas Eftimiou: The bartender they call Hollywood is a top bloke. Makes really good drinks. Recommend the sour drop

Marc Webb: I attended Distil for a function. The venue was clean and well presented. I don't drink alcohol, but was glad to see they had a few non-alcoholic specially drinks available.I would have liked a bit more range, particulalry as the zero beer would be, in my opinion, the worst one in the market, but I think the "non-drinker" wave is yet to fully be accepted.Keen to go back, maybe try some food next time.

Kelly O'Brien: We held my daughter's 18th birthday party in the function room upstairs and it was fabulous. The venue manager is second to none. Organised, super responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect with seating in booths and plenty of room to dance. The bar is a good size so good access for getting drinks. Grazing table generous. I highly recommend Distill for any function/party.

Julie Jolly: We had our son's 21st here Saturday night.Perfect venue.Great communication for the booking.Great staff on the night.Highly recommend for any event.

Darren McInnes: To Steven and the team at Distill, a big thank you for a wonderful 18th birthday function. Right from the outset, your service and willingness to assist was excellent and, to be honest, pleasantly surprising. Not only is the function space perfect for such occasions, you took all the stress away from organising such an event. We were able to enjoy the night watching our son and his friends have a fantastic time. With free venue hire, we felt the cost was very reasonable, particularly when you consider our designated security person and the monitoring of underage patrons. Having great IT infrastructure in place allowed us to display a photo presentation on loop and we were able to play our personal playlists through the venue’s sound system. Had a fantastic night and all we had to do was get home safely. Could not fault it and would encourage anyone looking to hold a stress-free function to consider Distill.

David Paul: Sound system was not the best yet I've seen Beats on Parade play at other gigs without sound issues. Maybe replace the cables as whenever the DJ spoke it was this inaudible high pitched shrill. Once the DJ stopped speaking it wasn't too bad despite the system cutting out on one speaker. Once it was stable, it was fine. Don't use an MC if the mics aren't working - trust me, I'm a sound engineer.

Scott Hawken: One of the nicest hotels in Adelaide with a great restaurant and bistro with excellent food and friendly staff.

Hannah Alison: Gabby was immediately welcoming, so polite and friendly to all of us, good humour too. She is good at what she does!Food was delicious and presented really nicely.Tables were set up nicely, and was comfortably warm even though it’s freezing outside. My daughter had had her first taste of chocolate and approved.. Vegetarian options: I had 2 vegetarian appetisers and both were delicious and decent portions. I noticed a few v/gf options on the menuKid-friendliness: I thank Gabby again for how nice she was to my daughter, immediately getting her a high chair and offering plastic cups without me even asking. Always saying hello when she came to the table. She is a sweetheart and made our experience more than beautiful.Sorry about the mess on the table! 😝

WhiteNoise: . We had the snails

Mr Creosote: for “nibbles” it was a lot more than just nibbles and was fantastic, excellent blue, Brie and pates ! Highly recommend would not hesitate to visit again!

Carrick F: Gorgeous haunt; slightly off the well-beaten track that is Adelaide's main night-life strip. The service and conversation provided by Clancy was great, bringing a much needed breath of fresh air to an otherwise possibly stuffy atmosphere.Food prices and portioning left something to desire, but from the small taste I did afford, it was anything but disappointing. I would recommend anything that includes their porcini & lentil pate and pickled crudites.

Thu Trinh: Great food, great service, great drinks. The place is warm and cosy. Best for small groups or couples.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian pate is delicious

Her cocktails were flavoursome and surpassed expectations. Her service was the best I've ever experienced in the hospitality industry. I am so grateful to have experienced her bar persona and talent first hand. Her influence at therapy cocktail. Would come again just for her welcoming atmosphere.

Belinda Wellings: Service was attentive and our steak mains were delicious. The brussells sprouts as a side were divine! The restaurant was empty the night we were there so the vibe was unfortunately a bit lacking.BUT we could not fault the staff, including their wine matching recommendation, and so we decided it was a lovely intimate dinner in this beautifully presented space.

Adam S: Servicenwas great - very attentive waiter. The atmosphere is also great - the period and themed decor is really well done. The food - one of the best food experiences I've had. Went with the five course chef's choice with paired wines. All amazing. In particular, the lamb was sensational. Was juat passing through Adelaide, but now i have a reason to return - just for the lamb!

Mark Swan: We started with a drink in the upstairs bar. The maître d’ in charge of the bar was welcoming and friendly. Good selection of wines by the glass.Dinner in the cellar was a knock-out. We opted for the four-course tasting menu, and each course was excellent. Well thought-out flavour combinations and a careful pairing of accompanying wines. Service was on point - our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The price for pre-dinner drinks, plus the tasting menu and wine flight, was much less than we would have anticipated. Excellent value for money.Highly recommended.

Gemma Frances Wellbeing: Beautifully appointed bar. Cosy and interesting decor.Staff were attentive and friendly.I had the tasting menu which had highlights like the kingfish terrine. The cute butter and crusty bread was also a highlight. All other dishes were ok but not ones I would return to in a hurry.

Iain McGregor: Great pub!Popped in before seeing a movie with the kids.Food was excellent and reasonably priced. We were served quickly, but it got quite busy before we left.Staff excellent, friendly and understanding towards three kids waiting for lunch.

julie sandford: A great hidden gem in Adelaide! We have dined here multiple times, great value for money and excellent service.I would highly recommend this for a cheeky catch up with friends or a meal with family .Added bonus is Kilkenny on tap!

alec tibbitts: The crumbed fish was huge and luckily, I had ordered one piece not two. The other meals people at the table had were the Thai red curry from the specials, the crispy chicken burger and the crumbed prawns. All of the meals were good. There is a wide selection of beers on taps, as there was before the renovation. I’m sure there are plenty of other drinks available too - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.As for the atmosphere, since the renovation, pretty much all surfaces are hard and although it wasn’t that busy, the noise was overwhelming. The music was quite load and patrons were having to shout to be heard. It was the one part of the night which really spoiled the experience.
