It was no mean feat taking down my massive old palm tree in a very tight restrictive area, as well as trimming my 5 out of control 20yr old ornamental pear trees. It was a really hot day and they worked the entire day so efficiently and with a smile. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Top value for money with old school service! SA Casting - Ann Peters & Co.: We recently used Austral Trees for what I believed was a tricky sot of job in removing three massive ficus trees up against a neighbour's fence and amid a bed of various ferns. They were fast, efficient, careful of the bed of ferns, extremely clean, tidy, and reasonably priced. Their contact was given to me by two separate referrals, both of who sang their praise. How right they were.We did get four other quotes, one was cheaper, three were more. Brenton Drechsler: Cannot believe the amazing job Craig, Josh and their team did on our enormously challenging job this week. A massive gum that had half fallen and gotten stuck in our other gum. Craig hired a huge Crane and negotiated a very tight driveway to pluck the tree out in pieces, with great skill and effort - leaving our garden and infrastructure in tact. Even used the crane to winch in the stump muncher! Thank you so much to all involved for your professionalism, effort and skill. Highly recommend!!
James C: Cheapest tree services out there, saved me literally near 10k in costs compared to the competition. Would rate 5 stars if it weren't for misunderstanding regarding an onsite quote with an extra service that was meant to be provided which wasn't in the end, but a refund in that was made for the work that couldn't be done but I'm still stuck with more work to do because of it.
Jo Spinks: I was very pleased with the quote that I received from Phil.My plans changed for the day that the work was to be carried out and I couldn’t be home but I was assured that it would not be a problem as long as the team could access the work area. The weather was shocking on the day and I expected them to cancel but they phoned for approval to access the side of my house and then called again to say they were leaving.They did a wonderful job, removing trees and pruning palm trees. Took everything away and cleaned up despite the torrential rain. Will definitely use them again.
