They went above and beyond to assist with my questions with regards to a scooter purchase for my mum who was unable to attend in person due to illness. The delivery was extremely punctual and communication was made throughout the day. The member from the team who delivered the scooter assisted my mum with outstanding care and was extremely helpful and understanding. As a nurse I've dealt with many companies that assist with mobility requirements and this company is definitely the best and I would highly recommend them. The price was also very competitive.

Geoff Hasse: do not buy from these people I did and I regret it. I bought a 2nd hand scooter from them that had done 160 hours with new batteries and tyres. In the first week the steering rod fell off and I crashed into a wall. This is my 3rd gopher and worst. In the 3rd week the key cylinder broke and I had to have it brought home. In the 3rd month the accelerator broke, and inthe 4th moth the batteries packed up. The batteries are Fusion brand AGM 12 volt 75ah recomended by this company. They were sent to FUSION for testing and they would only replace 1 which will cause battery failure in the near future

Claire Page: Really good range of toys. We were looking for crafty activities and jigsaw puzzles and they had a lot to choose from. They are all grouped well for different age levels. There are trolleys up the front to help you carry everything to your car. Lots of parking available since it is at the Gepps Cross shopping centre.

Mike Bazil: I took in an UV torch today, thinking that it was a very poor product because it emmited very little light, and hoping for a refund. The young fella that served me pointed out that the batteries that i put in there may be at fault. Well, sure enough, he put some fresh batteries in there, and it worked great. I must have had some flat batteries in the van, and didn't check to see if that was the cause of the problem, before i returned to tha store and complained. Was my face red with embarrassment...I am an electrician! Anyway, the fella was very kind about it, and helpful and forgiving... top marks for customer service!!!

He was extremely attentive to our needs and knowledgeable and gave us his undivided attention not just to my husband, but to me as well. He has excellent communication skills and listens intently and guided us through the options very skillfully. I can't recommend the young guy highly enough. I would like to add when I spoke to James the boss, he too was outstanding so much better than the previous staff/owners. He was very polite and spoke with a smile which accounts for a lot these days. As soon as we walked into the shop we noticed a big difference to the culture and the fact that there were more customers than we'd seen in a long time and it was a Monday! Crossing the Nullarbor we started to have a lack of charge due to cloud cover.ENERDRIVE Help line referred us to Battery World in Parafield to finish the installation.What a fantastic experience meeting the team at Battery World has been.Manager Grant is very experienced and gave great advice while wiring in an AC Charging Unit and an Ignition Trigger to allow our new VW Crafter smart alternator to also charge the lithium house battery while driving.Thanks a million for helping us out at a time of need.

Sean Donovan: The salesmen were very helpful. They had the exact brand and part number of the motorbike battery I was after, and for a good price. They also changed the batteries in my watch for essentially the cost of the watch batteries, and even replaced the seal for no extra cost; much easier than attempting to do it myself and they have all the tools to do it.

sburgess146951: Staff here are very polite and helpful, installed my new battery for me without any fuss. Reasonably priced too, really not much more than online prices after delivery and you'd still have to put it in yourself. A+
Sarah Binns: They thankfully had the mower battery we needed in stock, but other items like a charger for the rechargeable C and D size batteries they had on the shelf were nowhere to be seen. Even the salesperson was surprised they had none on the shelf.
